This business is great. The workers that repaired my roof were professional and diligent. They walked me through every step of the process from start to finish. The office staff were excellent. They were quick to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend and use this company again. Big shout out to Brad and the rest of the crew.

If you’ve seen their TV ad you’ve seen my roof. I would not recommend this service. I was initially pleased with the work - my roof was nice and clean - but then it rained. The first rainfall after they finished the silicone seal around my chimney flashing leaked. They said they would repair it at my expense which I agreed to (even though it seems likely that they damaged the seal since it had never leaked before, but I was desperate) and then they stopped answering my calls and texts. Now, only two years later I contacted them again because every time it rains or snows I see a significant amount of granule loss. As soon as I told them that they again stopped responding to me. Their customer relations was excellent; right up to the point where I paid them. Once they had my money my experience became completely different. I would have been better off if I hadn’t used their services and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

Damaged our cedar roof while cleaning it, broken and damaged shingles, hardly professional.

They “finished” job with out cleaning gutters. They left big mess around house. They wash 3sides of the house and Windows, but not 4th! Mess on cocreet is also not cleand on all siđeš only 2and half!
BUT Mmost concen mess were inside gutter! Actually, they left all moss, parts of shingles and other debris inside the gutters! Some gutters were cleaned outside and some not touched at all. Luckily for me, man from “Leaf Gutter” company discovered day after “TGCRD”Inc (who came to inspect before installation and took photos on my request, so I can have proof what mess was left inside gutters after their cleaning). After my complain, same young man from THCRD who “clean day before” came to clean but with out water-hose. So, he used myand broke I asked (send 2 emails) for waterhose replacement or reimbursment up to them and photos of gutter to see if this time it is clean. So far, it past 3 days since those emails were sent but no any effort was made to contact me from TGCRD Company to solved this issue. The warranty is 10years, BUT if they are so iresponsible now-at beginning how trustwoody is promise of 10 year warranty? !?
Should I recommend that company? Hmmm. Not sure that this is good idea. NO-NO RECOMENDATIO!

3 young men cane and worked very well together to clean the moss off our house and garage then put a special anti-moss coating on both roofs.they worked quickly and efficiently not stopping until the job was done.they cleaned everything up and were very polite when we were talking with them

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are professional and did an outstanding job.

The work of The Great Canadian Roof Dr Inc was more than I had hoped for.
They were courteous knew exactly what they were doing, arrived on time and and did their work most diligently. It was a most gratifying experience to see the results of their hard work. From being a roof that looked " tired, with mossy streaks and dark patches, to becoming a pristine, cleaned and great looking roof again" I could not have asked for more.
I can happily recommend these guys to any roof owner who wants to extend the life of their current roof.
