Very nice and clean store. The staff were polite and nice. Check them out. They have some good prices.

A busy and popular liquor store. Friendly staff and helpful services, especially Owen and Luke! We found very interesting local alcohol selections and foreign ones including Taiwan Beer that we wanted to try for a while! Highly recommend!

Great selection, friendly and helpful staff. One of the assistant managers "Kam" was very helpful and solved the problem on the spot. I will shop there, again.

Extremely rude service by an older gentleman while I was with my children. Very inappropriate customer service. And the tip function was even more inappropriate after the fact. Will be taking my business else where

One of if not the best liquor stores in the GVA. I've driven here all the way from Richmond a few times and have always found more than what I was looking for. Great selection!

I’ve been here a few times and everytime I have to deal with the same very disrespectful caucasian, female staff. One time politely said to her “hi miss I am ready to go. May you check me out please? ” she literally looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked into the back and I was the only one in the store so I could’ve just walked right out, but I wouldn’t do that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT GO THERE. Disadvantage tip option on the machine which I could understand I guess…but really why make it complicated; why not make it straightforward or NONE AT ALL. Could we not normalize a higher wage for employees instead of “$17 per hour” (from current employee mention)
than asking the public for hard earn money? SHAME on the gull liquor store management…

I thought I would try this liquor store instead of my usual but I'll be avoiding it just because of the uncomfortable guilt tipping they do at checkout with the cashier just staring down at you. I would rather pay more and employers start paying a living wage rather than putting it on the customers.
Just a suggestion would be to get a card reader stand so the cashier is not just clearly staring at what you are inputting.

Prices are higher than the government places but they are open later hours. They would have only had 2 stars if their staff wasnt so good. Helpful, friendly and the place always looks good.

Best selection of craft beer I’ve seen. Some of the staff are great and others will do the bare minimum.

Hands down my favorite private liqour store in BC. Not only are they great at picking out popular brands that the usual stores don't carry but their prices are, on average, lower than most places I've been to. Only thing I could recommend is a customer account for points as it would be nice for a regular like myself.

Great selection of craft beer! I always head to the far left after entering to check out the "last call" section of discontinued craft beer options (not in the fridge). Kind of fun to pick from!

I well stocked liquor store! Be prepared for prices though - first time i went, i was expecting the usual $30-$50/bottle of whisky, well i wasn't paying attention and grabbed a variety of 3 bottles to try.over $400!

Great selection. Pretty much everything you might want. Lots available refridgerated too. Staff are efficient and helpful, with a smile and good word even at the busiest times. Ample parking.

The lady working made it a point to tell me she doesn't celebrate Christmas when I wished her a merry Christmas. I found her tone rude and disrespectful. I have had her before and she's always rude. This was the last straw as I will shop elsewhere from now on.
