Great store with a very good selection of boating / fishing gear. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it 4 is that I was charged full price on a marked down product at the till and didn't realize until I got home. Likely the scanner wasn't updated with the shelf price.

Regardless, I will still shop here.

I am so appreciative of the help I received at Harbour Chandler. I am converting a van and it's a steep learning curve for me and the education I am receiving through the awesome staff there is priceless

THE place for BC Saltwater fishers to shop. They were great to deal with and very knowledgeable when we bought all our electronics for our boat. Tackle as well. Just bought my new Amundson Trend X5 reel from there and they wound it with backing and line for me so I could hit the water running. I had to get the blue so the whole fam damily knows to "back away from Mom's reel".

The absolute best selection on the island. And truly excellent customer service. I am a fishing guide. These guys get all my patronage.

Lots of inventory, great prices, good location with easy access and lots of parking, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a classic; they basically have boats and boating covered and it’s fun to wander around the store seeing the myriad of things that you might need in the future. Good service, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices.

It is a bit messy and hard to find your way through- but the staff are very helpful once engaged. Somehow we always find what we are looking for- charts/safety gear/ and obvs everything cleaning and maintenance

I live in Victoria, I somehow came across this store because it was close to my hotel. They always have a clearance or sale items which are really good and cheap as compared to the bigger outlets out there. I always drop by here whenever I drive north

I placed a big order from Harbour Chandler for their Black Friday sale. My order arrived at my door within 2 days, much faster than I was expecting.

I also visited their store in person for the first time this past weekend. The staff was very helpful in helping me find the items I was shopping for and then answered a bunch of my questions about fishing for Lingcod. (I am not new to fishing, but new to targeting Ling, and plan to this season). I can't recall the guys name who helped me but he explained a number of things to me and gave me some fantastic advice.

I can't recommend this store enough, although be careful. If you enjoy fishing or boating, you might end up having to explain a large bill to your spouse, it is easy to get carried away in this "candy store". If it were not for COVID and having to wear a mask the whole time I could spend hours and hours in that store!

The prices in here are better than Amazon most of the time. Plus you are able to talk with someone first hand about all of the questions you have. The only downside is how small and tight the aisles are. I really dislike this since I feel like I can't move and everyone is touching everyone.

Good service, and always great prices which I appreciate as a budget-minded-boater. I don't have to worry about getting ripped off when I shop here, and I appreciate thier selection of Scotty products.
