Dr. Kristina Mokhir is a very friendly, knowledgeable professional. Using a combination of acupuncture and unique massage techniques she helped me gain relief from stress, anxiety and depression. Her expert advice has helped me maintain a healthy balance in my lifestyle and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve mental, physical and emotional health!

Kelly Yannacopoulos in Chilliwack. Her rmt service is life changing, the pressure we all are searching for. I have been looking for an rmt with that kind of skill since 7 years ago when my faithful rmt got injured and suddenly retired. I have been to at minimum 6 people in the interim and Kelly is now my go to girl from here on out. Amazing, great atmosphere and she’s just the best! Oh and she does early morning apts at 645, perfection. Thank you, Kelly!

Always enjoyed my massages here, but you guys should really open your doors to customers to use the washroom prior to appointments.
The last two times I've been, I've had the door opened just after my appointment time and I've needed to use the washroom.
I've had many massages over time, and have NEVER had time taken out of my appointment for going to the washroom or undressing when it was no fault of my own.

My most recent appointment was 3: 15pm. I got allowed into the building at 3: 16pm and had to go to washroom. I entered the massage room at 3: 20pm to undress and she returned at 3: 25pm. In my opinion, my massage should be ending at 4: 25pm if it started at 3: 25pm.
The massage was OK compared to past amazing massages. Most likely won't come back since this has happened a couple times now.

I went to the healing oak for the first time yesterday and had a lovely experience! The place is easy to locate, clean, beautifully decorated and just overall lovely. Chrystal was my RMT and she was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and preferences and was very effective with her technique! She made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend going to see her!

Tanya is the best RMT I have seen. I have ongoing issues with my arm and shoulder. My mobility improved after just one visit and the chronic pain was reduced. Plus she is professional, thoughful, and knowledgeable.

I have seen a few therapists here and they have all been professional and helpful. I will say they rely heavily on their online booking so if that's not your thing it may be tough to get on the schedule here.

Kelly is so great! She’s super nice and mindful and always creates a relaxing environment. I always leave with my tensed muscles feeling so much better. Highly recommend if you have chronic pain!

Evening, I am a veteran of 36 x years and a VAC client. Unfortunately, what I experienced on Tuesday, June 07 was nothing short of a disappointment and experienced a lacked good old "fashion" common sense and judgement by Kelly Yannacopoulos.

For the past several years, I have been a regular client of Jessica Sneddon and, most recently, Lorna Stewart. Both have been awesome and professional and understand the administrative process of being a VAC client. These two individuals are shining stars at Healing Oak.

Although, I initially appreciated Kelly for taking me on short notice! It quickly generated into an unpleasant experience. First, Kelly greeted me holding a payment machine in her right hand,: (When asked why? She replied that I seek payment first while trying to explain to Kelly that I am a VAC client where Jessica and Lorna bill VAC directly. Kelly doesn't! I stated, I don't deal with VAC as it's a lengthily frustrating process to get reimbursed. Kelly reminded me that I was responsible for acquainting myself by browsing their website! Wow, very unprofessional, and I believe Kelly could use some people's communication skills.

I look forward to returning and seeing Lorna Stewart again soon! Yvon
