Huge selection. Even during their busy times, I was able to find someone to help me with what I needed.

What a great place. Called and inquired about a specific stick. Talked to two different staff members who were both friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. They shipped the stick from their store to Toronto and arrived on time.

This is our family’s go-to shop for hockey gear. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure safe and proper fit for safety gear. The selection here touches a wide variety of price points.

My go to for all things hockey related. From a great selection of gear/sticks/clothing/accessories, excellent skate sharpening, great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable, the Hockey Shop feels like home. And a huge bonus that they are now located in Langley - even though the nostalgic part of me misses the old A&B sound location. Keep up the great work everybody!

the province of BC is so lucky to have places like the hockey shop-BC and cyclone taylor for their hockey equipment and apparel needs.here in on-terrible it's stockout's, ambiguous product descriptions on the websites, unavailable items/selection, polite at best/indifferent staff and collusion pricing.from that august 2019 order, a big shout out to dawson aulenback - online sales for his great work setting up an order for me.it wasn't a big order but throughout the process he treated me with the same respect and consideration as if i was outfitting a whole 20-man team.order was punched in within 24 hrs of initial inquiry and their response.just got my order today and am very pleased.really liked the THS-BC labelling on the box, adds a professional look.additional review date: december 17,2020

THS-BC continues to provide great customer service.i was able to catch some flex pants at an amazing clearance price, a red wings jersey which they price matched a competitor, and the new bauer supreme pants which as of writing this review, none of PHL, national sports or sportchek even have. THS had the new bauer 2020 pants/jackets months ago!

a big shout out to mike ball for being the TSN turning point.doing a great job, providing quick turn around answers, and pictures of product when requested.within LESS than 24 hrs of my initial e-mail inquiry, mike had done everything mentioned, plus had the order on the road with a tracking number.the order reached my hands in 7 calendar days as it was coming from bc to ontario, delivered safely by UPS, whom i appreciate bcuz they don't leave packages outside like amazon does.additional review date: december 26,2020

-shout-out to evan power for taking ownership on an incorrectly shipped item, and for resolving the matter immediately when i called in.the correct item did reach my hands a week later from bc to ontario, which was fine, given the shipping distance.on all occasions, i feel that with no matter whomever i am dealing with at THS-BC, they are representing the store, themselves and the customer's needs very well.staff are very competent at answering questions, providing solutions and closing deals.shipping (free for orders over $100) has been same day of the order, and the product reaches my hands in 7 calendar days from bc to ontario.mr.brad (the owner) has put together a bunch of patrice bergerons on the floor.people that have a pretty complete game, that can get the job done no matter what the situation entails.whenever it makes sense and when i can, i like to support THS-BC, even if i am in ontario.bottom line: i would continue using and would absolutely recommend the hockey shop-BC to others who are sitting on the fence about buying hockey products.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a cap which was different from the website and from what I received, and not only did they issue a full refund they also allowed me to keep the cap. I recently ordered a pro set of goalie pads from Bauer. Initially I was looking at Vaughn but the wait times and cost turned me away. Cam helped me through every step. I’m very outdated as I’ve been out of the net for many years. I’m incredibly particular and can be very indecisive. Cam was patient, knowledgeable and just generally awesome to deal with. He really truly cares, and takes the time to make sure what you’re ordering will be right for you. He even noticed that I mixed up on one colour of my order and emailed me about it to make sure it was a mistake and not something I wanted. Just an awesome experience and could not recommend more than them. This will be my only store from now on, and I’m in Ontario.

Best Hockey store, the staff is amazing and really helpful. I recommend this Hockey Shop to all hockey players, goalies and parents.

My go-to hockey shop with top notch employees - bought skates (100k pros) for 15% off about 2.5 weeks ago and now they are 20% off but was not able to receive the difference. Full disclosure, baked them and skated twice in them but still very disappointing

Picked up a pair of Jetspeed Shock skates and a Bauer helmet here this morning. The guy who helped me with fitting was great, knowledgeable and not pushy. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. I was a bit nervous buying skates as I haven’t done so in close to 15 years, but everything went well and the skates fit great. The store has everything you would ever need for hockey, and is incredibly neat and organized. If I lived closer I would probably spend way too much money here, but when I need to pick up a full equipment set I will be sure to make the hour long drive again. Thank you

Jaden is the man! He was absolutely amazing helping me find the perfect size skates. I have wide feet and had tried several other stores before with no luck. I was even sold the wrong size skates or was told I'll have to get them custom made and spend an upwards of $800!

Jaden was super patient, and he tried several sizes and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Bonus, he kept me within my budget!

What an excellent experience for getting my sons first pair of ice skates. The amazing staff took their time to fit his skates and offer their expert advise. Well worth the drive out from Vancouver to visit this location. Price and service can not be beat. Customer for life!

I had placed an online order for skates but had to swap it for a boot that was deeper and needed help with picking out a new skate AND also delivered before a certain date. Evan made this all possible. He spent the time to answer my questions about fit and picked out an excellent skate choice for me. He is an amazing person. If I could give 100 stars I would. The guys at the hockey shop did everything in their power to get my daughter's new goalie gear to us before her tournament. Every employee I spoke with over the phone was knowledgeable, had amazing customer service, and went out of their way to ask what I was looking for and offered the best priced options. Definitely the best hockey shop in the lower mainland.went in for a skate fitting today and brandon and a fellow named Ryan blew it out of the water. Extremely happy with my visit too the shop. A lady named Sarah also helped make it happen! Any thing to do hockey.this is the place!

Despite the store being very busy for Boxing Day sales, we had an amazing buying experience with Branden. He was patient and provided fantastic guidance for a new-to-hockey customer looking to buy new skates and a helmet. He sat with us while we tried on 4 different pairs of skates, he provided digital measurements of feet and showed genuine care for our experience for over an hour. We left with a well-fitting helmet, skates and some other accessories to get the full kit started. I would highly recommend visiting here for the vast selection of all things hockey, as well as the customer focused help from knowledgeable staff.

Big selection, but only if you want Bauer or CCM. Other brands very very limited options. Pants only from Bauer and CCM, nothing more. I was looking for Sherwood Code TMP pants and stick. Went to pro hockey life instead.

The move to Langley was a great one even though its farther for me. Its a massive store and the only place you need to go for anything hockey related in greater Vancouver. Staff are knowledgeable. Best selection and sizes.

I had placed a order for my jersey about 3 weeks ago. The tracking has said my jersey was delivered but I have not received my jersey. Kind of depressing as I’ve went to two hockey games since then and not had a jersey. Been trying too message the customer service but no response. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

I’ve been coming here for years. This is, hands down, the best hockey store in the GVA. Plenty of selection and helpful staff. Prices are fair and ultimately, it’s well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

I've been wearing uncomfortable skates for a long time, and decided to buy some comfortable ones that were quality. My concerns were a bony pronation on my ankles that constantly give me pain. Sunny helped me out by asking my budget, finding a few pairs to try on, then moulding it and punching out (further adapting) the skates to where I could not feel my bony protrusion.

Customer service was great. And to top it all off, the Hockey Shop will ship the skates to my home in the Nunavut, saving me on shipping costs and provincial taxes.

I won't ever waste my time at a sport chek again.

We have been shopping for hockey gear since my son started playing in grade 2. He's now in grade 11, every time we go to the hockey shop, the service of staff is amazing. My son's a goalie and Cam in their goalie department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for all your help Cam and other staff. Highly recommend them.
