I went to do return today and had the best, old fashioned customer service with a fellow named, Dustin. Keep up the great work!

Do not go to the tool center. They do not maintain them and it caused thousands of dollars in damage. Home Depot send me to their back-alley insurance agency who denied the claim for not being responsible to maintain equipment?

I spoke to the store managers Mike, Tristan, and Kim and while they understand the damage home depot caused, their hands are tied by corporate who is more interested in scamming than helping doers get anything done.

We recently purchased an LG washer/dryer combo from the Vernon location, but it was actually delivered from the Kelowna location. Through the whole process the staff were very helpful, with assisting us in choosing the right product for our needs, keeping us informed about our delivery (as this year has seen numerous highway closures and delays due to landslides, flooding, etc), and also with delivery. The company that delivered/installed the new unit had to maneuver through a very tight spot, which looked as though it was impossible. They managed to do it, very quickly, and with a friendly attitude. I want to thank all of the staff involved for going above and beyond.

Home Depot is an incredible facility! Great selection of various products, very knowledgeable and helpful caring staff, and the very best comparative pricing! My go-to home renovation store for all my projects.

I love to walk in Home Depot, learn from the products and know what supplies I need to buy for fixing issues. A great place for home owners!

Was just like any other home depot. The loading dock is on the left instead dog the right like I'm used to, and the garden center is on the left. The interior of the store seems consistent to other ones though.

Most of the staff are Knowledgeable and they have everything you could possibly need for most projects. Generally good or decent prices and great sales occasionally. Definitely recommend it for any DIY people. Five stars.

The team in kitchens and bath went above and beyond for us, and we feel the need to mention Joe specifically! He helped us hunt down a bathroom vanity that was stored in the wrong isle, and recognized and helped us immediately when we came back the following day to pick everything up. We came from out of town with a pretty decent list of things we needed for a reno and weren’t leaving until the following day. Not only did they hold everything for us, but they put it on a pallet and wrapped it for easy loading and transport!

Had to ask 3 times for an associate to cut a sheet of plywood and waited for over 45 minutes to get it done. It's understandable if the store was busy, but only saw 2 or 3 other customers in the lumber aisles.

Wow. On three occasions their staff were in little groups having conversations and using foul language. I actually couldn’t believe it, I thought i was overhearing other customers doing this and was the orange vest staff every time. No ‘f’ bombs at least. Not once did any of their staff seem interested in helping me find what I asked for. Just got told to look in an aisle. They were much more interested in getting back to their stories I guess. Found everything I needed at rona.

Clean store, friendly staff. Their indoor plant selection is usually quite well maintained but often have bugs on them. Careful when bringing them home before putting them near other plants inside.

They have a great selection of hardware, everything from bolts to insulation, lumber, tools, appliances, glues, paints and much more

Brought my dog Sturgis into the Kelowna Home depot and what a warm welcome from the staff. Thank you Cora for making Sturgis day with treats.

Would like to give them 5 stars but staff can be hit and miss. Most are knowledgeable and very helpful but there is a small minority of staff that should be let go. Management needs to get out and properly supervise them. The garden centre is exceptional and offer a great selection at a reasonable price. They usually have the item your looking for at the store. Paint personal are also very helpful. If you don’t know, just ask.

Had everything I needed to start my garden and everything was easy to find. Staff were very friendly.

Best hardware store hands down. As my Mom has stated numerous times. If you cannot find it at The Home Depot.you cannot find it in Kelowna.

We have bought six appliances this year and they have been very helpful. Just had to replace our spare fridge and the salesman gave us $75 off which always helps.

Went looking for tools for plumbing and had a very nice employee direct me to another employee who was more experienced with my needs and answered all my questions

I had the pleasure of being served by Blaine at Home Depot on the Highway in Kelowna. He went out of his way to help. He hooked up a small utility trailer to my car. He took the greatest care to ensure all was carefully put together and safe. Blaine was very professional and personable. A valued employee for sure.

I made a purchase online and chose curbside pickup as an option. The item was ready in a reasonable amount of time, around 6 hours later. Once I received the ready for pick up email I headed to the store to pick it up. I parked in one of the designated pickup stalls and pressed the convenient I'm here button in the email. It checked me in and told me someone would be out shortly. After waiting almost 20 minutes I called the store and was told someone would be right out. Finally at 30 minutes I just went into the store and picked up my item. It was still in the back. Many stores are offering curbside pickup, this is by far my worst experience ever. An absolute disregard for my time.

I came into the tool rental in the Kelowna store with a pressure washer that was not working, and the guys helped me figure out what the issue was even though the equipment was not bought at Home Depot. I was in a pinch with a project and with their help I successfully finished it. Thanks to Jamie, Jack and Dillon (I think that was his name) working in the tool rental center on Saturday 17 May @10am.

Some of the rudest staff that I have ever encountered. I didn't even want to make my purchase by the time I left. I think that I will start shopping elsewhere. I would rather pay more and get polite help

It stinks there for a fridge waited 8min, no help, workers standing around.my wife and I counted 5 of them.not even a hello so we looked and looked ourselves and found they were sold out of the one we wanted.not impressed!

Always busy in here, staff knowledgeable, and always clean. Also allowed to bring your fury animals inside so that's always extra fun on a trip to the store

Dawn at Home Depot Kelowna was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly with our questions! We were on the hunt for a bunch of things including learning more about window installation for our new home this weekend. Dawn answered all our questions including the very specific ones, made us aware of a variety of different products in the store, and knew the most cost effective ways of accomplishing a certain outcome. 10/10 recommend to family and friends! Immediately the appliance specialist was exactly that. My experience with him was above and beyond. I left feeling confident and in capable hands in these busy times etc. I wanted to shop local but wasn't getting customer service there, I went here and he delivered. Very happy, my hays off to you sir!

Went to the blinds department today and was taken care of by Freddie. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. Awesome service and advice. And my blinds are up and fit perfect

I went in to purchase a new dishwasher. Staff in the appliance section sucked. I approached a guy who was leaning on an appliance to ask some questions and he opened a washing machine near him looked inside and pretended he was busy.
Bruh.
I said hello and asked him a question anyway and he told me I could find "all of that online".
Bruh.
I went to Trail and got answers and a dishwasher.

Very pour customer service was looking for assistance finding the right screw for a job as I needed a matching one and the guy working literally said "it's down isle 16 but your on your own" went and found another floor worker who was just standing around and he told me he couldn't because he had to unload an order and offer no help to send someone to help me eventually I had to go to the cashier to send some one there to help me and she said it would take 5minutes so I waited for 5 minutes and then heard 2 workers talking in the next isle so I asked her for help as she was training someone else she helped me and was helpful. (ps my friend was waiting for me in the car the whole time so 1 star)

Really good experience with Dave who normally works in flooring and decor but was filling in, in the appliance section. He was very informative and really nice.

Absolutely horrible experience buying a set of appliances from home depot. Our delivery has been delayed 3 times. We have been lied to by appliance delivery representatives. Spoken to numerous completely rude and unhelpful customer service representatives who can offer no answers or solutions to our multiple delays or horrible service.

Ill go out of my way to shop elsewhere from now on, regardless of prices.

It took foooor ever to find an available associate. But once I did manage to track one down they were very helpful

Even on a long weekend, place was well staffed and easy to find what I was looking for, got in and out easily!

So I purchased a skill saw from here today, got it home, I guess it was a return because it was missing a piece and had no packaging on anything, had to go all the way back to return it, frankly its a joke, they didn't seem to give too much of a care a the return desk
Was it disinfect after whomever had bought it before I did during the pandemic? Anyways you've lost my business, i'll buy from elsewhere!

Amazing staff! Every time I shop here there is someone available to help me figure out where to find the item I need without hesitation!

If you have been to one, you know what to expect as they are all the same which isn't a bad thing! Staff at this location are really good. Most are helpful and you can usually find them when you need them.
