Having just moved and doing lots of renovation this Home Depot location has been our go-to. We've been satisfied with our custom blinds order and the flooring we bought from them.

I recently ordered five S/O blinds with the wonderful assistance of Masoud, a decor specialist. Four of the blinds are great but, I had some issues with the fifth blind. The vendor could not fix the issue and Masoud tried to find another vendors product that could work for me. Nothing else appealed to me and I requested a refund. Without hesitation Masoud looked after me and ensured I was taken care of. His customer service was amazing and I sure felt valued! If you’re looking for blinds and decor…. Be sure to ask for Masoud!

Had trouble finding a cashier, they have removed most of them and replaced with self check outs which I have not and will never use

Special thanks to Anna in the paint department for helping me pick out outdoor wood stain for my son's sandbox. Very happy with what she recommended and her knowledge.

ATTENTION: RACIST STAFF
I came to buy a tool with me dad. We asked for help from a person. I don't know his name but he works in the tools section and is a white old man. When I asked him something, he acted like if he is doing a favour by helping me. He was constantly shaking his head when asked something and was rude while having conversation. He was behaving nicely with other white fellows but I guess he did not like our brown colour.
I would suggest every colored person to be away from this business.

Asked an associate to help me purchase an appliance that was on display. He literally laughed at me and said "oh we don't stock anything you see there, it has to be ordered. If you want one go to Bestbuy to buy it. " And walked away.
What a joke. I would have ordered it if he hadn't laughed and just walked away. I'm not in sales but an associate that laughs at and walks away from a customer wanting to buy a big ticket item probably isn't a good thing.

I love my Langley Home Depot. As someone who needs to regularly take care of house hold maintenance, I can trust the team to help point me in the right direction.

A *HUGE* shout-out to Jay in Lumbar. He was extremely patient, kind and helpful. He listened to what I asked for and helped me figure out the best way to create a support for my bed. He gave me the confidence to use the drill for the first time to put the pieces together after cutting them to the perfect sizes. I appreciate his help immensely! Thank you for being such a wonderful person and giving me the right instructions and tips to complete the job.

I couldn't have done it without Jay from Lumbar! He is an incredible resource for those needing help to complete a home project.

Flooring dept has the best home depot employee of all time. Has glasses, black hair older fella and super knowledgable.amazing Customer service!

Was not very busy but the workers are not helpful and try to belittle you if you ask them questions

I would give zero star if I can.
Why the hell did you guys charge my credit card when after I cancelled my order? Your policy says I can cancel my order anytime before it's in transit. I ordered this shower pan last month because it said the estimated shipping date would be Sep. 1-7. Then I got an email yesterday (Sep. 7) saying estimated date of shipping would be Sep. 24. So I cancelled the order. And you still charged my credit card. This is unacceptable. I want my money back now!

Was notified my on Online order was ready for pick up. Customer service said they cannot find my order so that took a half an hour. Finally found it somewhere and an hour later I’m still sitting here in the loading bay as I write this waiting to get loaded with nobody having any idea what the hell is going on.

Needed some door hardware because my doors all seemed to stop working at the same time. Home Depot is always the first try because it's the dad thing to do. I found everything I needed and was all priced fairly. I even got one to many door locks and had to return one. Return was done very quick and the girl behind the counter had very good customer service skills which is hard to find these days.

We all know that we can find everything we need here and usually with a fair price. The other good thing is that they have knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help you out.

Almost all of the items will be unavailable at this home depot. No easy way to look out and find what you want. Its like a maze and not well maintained. Also, there is no free wifi, no good cell coverage inside. Good luck finding what you want.

Very hard to get help if you need it. Not alot of stock in store. Delivery driver would not drop anywhere but front of house. Can get very crowded in the parking lot.

Customer service was terrible, blew me off twice when all I had was a simple question about my recipe and found the lady very rude!

I have taken the service for my Dryer vent cleaning thru Home Depot. Waited for 10 days for the service. Unfortunately, they have tie-up with a company named "Steam dry Canada - Vancouver". I haven't seen such a worst company in my life. The technician was just a joke. He cleaned from outside only and didn't attempt to come inside. The dryer was checked for empty run and he didn't find any hot air from the vent outside (Actually that's y I have called their service). I have checked myself last week that the dryer was pumping out hot air very well.
The Technician (very very professional) ran away by collecting money. Please do not choose Home Depot for this kind of service (Third part services). I don't know why Home Depot have tie-up with this kind of cheap company and loose their reputation?

As a contractor I spend thousands of dollars every year at Home Depot. I had to return some supplies I purchased and never use with no receipt. The lady who helped me gave me $128.00 in store credit. Then she scanned my ID and blocked me from returning with no receipt. She was talking loud and there was a line up. Was embarrassing to be treated like I stole the stuff. So unprofessional and disrespectful. My money will go somewhere else from now on.

I have shopped here many times over the years. For the most part the staff are friendly and helpful although I did have an experience in the appliance dept.where the person did not seem interested in helping me at all. I was there to buy a stove and the person barely looked at me when I tried to ask questions about various models.so I purchased elsewhere.

I really liked shopping at the home Depots but recently my experience in most store has been changing my shopping habits, when you see a product online available in store and go to the store not to find the product is a big disappointment! When the staff are less helpful and not caring is even a bigger discouragement to shop at the big box stores. I now find most of my necessities at smaller businesses and enjoy the better service and instant responses from the local small retailers.

Employees here are all pretty much garbage. No one wants to help, have to basically chase after people, and then no one actually knows what things are or where to find them. Store is laid out terribly and is messy. Never again

I was at the store on Tuesday July 27th at about 13: 00pm for about 15 mins. It was my first time in the store. When I was driving back home, this is what I noticed on the driver side of my car (see pic). I changed all 4 tires in January this yr. I have to buy another new tire cos.someone didn't like me or my car in the parking lot, or just that a customer left this on the lot or. I went to the store to buy $20 items, I ended paying more than $200 plus my time on the road side waiting for BCAA.

Found all items with the staff in the store and more. In lawn Care and fans and wiring and more. And I will be going back to the store for more things.

Five to ten minute wait on the phone is normal here, they don't even answer to say hold please. Understaffed or not organized, or both.

Was at this store today and a gentleman named Dennis in lighting helped me! WOW
Unbelievable customer service I have never experienced at Home Depot! The item I was looking for was not in stock but he found 1…at another store!

Went to the langley location and every one was sooo helpful. I needed a hand to my car with my product and Alistair was so helpful and polite!
Great staff and service!

Sad to say this place has a major lack of customer service. Found an item I wanted but needed somebody with a fork lift to take it down.

First associate I found refused to help and told me he was busy and to find somebody else. WOW!

The next two associates I found walked away as soon as I approached them for help.

Unbelievable and disappointing how horrible that experience was. I ended up getting what I needed in Rona instead.

*Disclaimer - I did not buy countertops from this location. I choose a different option from another company. This review is strictly my experience with gathering a quote with their kitchen design team. I spoke to numerous countertop providers in the lower mainland and none had the level of customer service provided that I experienced at this store. Specifically, I dealt with a kitchen designer named Mona. She was professional, to the point in her manner and most importantly knew her stuff when it came to materials and cost. Mona's explanation of the process was clear and transparent. Additionally, Mona was patient and kind answering every question I had for her. I sincerely hope Home Depot Langley reads this review as I strongly suggest you consider Mona for a position with greater responsibility.

I bought stair nosing and they sent the wrong one,
Now I have to explain to my client that he has to wait 2 more weeks to get the right one because the personal doesn't really know what kind of products they sale, and on top of that they suggested to go to another store to buy it, terrible!

Excellent location in the middle of Langley city area. You are always greeted at the entrance, which is a good thing really. The staff are knowledgeable and well-trained in helping customers. The only downside I found was that the staff are little chatty among themselves, so sometimes you will have to wait a minute or two until they finish their conversation. I am sure its work-related stuff, so no big deal but you know what I am saying?

We bought a new washer and dryer today. Rene the appliance specialist took his time and explained very thorough the difference between each brand and answered all the questions we had for him. I would highly recommend talking to him for your next purchase. Thanks for all the help Rene.

In and out quickly everytime I needed to ask a question an employee appeared outbid nowhere to the point I thought it was a simulation. They were all helpful even the guy in the garden center who couldn't remember what perlite was and obviously was just outside because the customer he was assisting needed help with something outside. Guy helped with with and under counter LED light because I like to make it look like there are tiny villages under my cabinets with trails of perlite coming from them as I'm only half vaccinated so I still have to make believe until I can see people. No random animals attacked me Infact I didn't see any Soni don't know what that other guy was talking about. Would get 5 stars but they were out of Perlite

Good selection and definitely have to figure a system out for the loading bay. May be they can designate a loading area right by the door. That's my only suggestion. Overall a great store

Your managers and security are useless, there are tons of customers not wearing masks all over the store and I watched the security and manager walk right by them, look and walk away and say nothing. People with no back bone to enforce Covid policies shouldn’t be managers or in security.

This location always has what you need and it is well organized and the staff is very helpful. I have never encountered bad customer service here. There is a reason Home Depot is successful.

Went for plants and was impressed by the care and quality of the garden centre. Honestly didn't expect such great plants and such good prices!

The Home Depot needs to come back to be the store that it once was and was proud of itself. With knowledge- able and caring staff and staff in general that once roamed the isles. The Home Depot is a skeleton of what it use to be, and what it stood for when the doors were opened for its customers.

Once again terrible customer service.had to ask 3 different employees to find the section I was like point for. When I eventually found it, I waited for someone to come by so I could ask them a question. Nobody showed up, so I wandered one aisle over and asked two employees to call someone over, waited 15 minutes and gave up. I was going to be late for work if I had to wait any longer.
