What's the point of having a phone number if none of your associates ever pick up? What kind of business is this?

Great store and very helpful but thier phone communication is horrible.
I have called the store on terminal Ave in Vancouver. 3 times now I have been sent to the rental department and it rings then canceled my call 3 times I have called the direct line
to rental department 4 times and no answer then dropped my calls as well.
I would suggest going into the store or order online.
Very frustrating

The staff weren't up to par. A couple of my friends have commented as well. Uninformed or just not interested. I've actually asked an employee recently to direct me to pre mix concrete. To which he responded " oh no sir we don't really sell home reno stuff. "

Alison in garden section is such an amazing employee with an amazing heart helped me with my plants and selection.

Most of the time I perches my materials from this Home Depot because parking is convenient and they Mach the price, today I bought drywall wall the cashier Jasjit was very helpful ans even call for associate to help me loading my truck that young man was very helpful and nice too, I forgot his name.

The people at the return desk are officious and very difficult. They seem to delight in saying no, and making your life difficult.

Had a horrible experience at the equipment rentals. The manager was extremely rude and has no customer service what so ever. Will never come back here.

Great location, finally found what I needed. Went across the whole lower mainland to find this. Watch where you're driving, things can get dodgy pretty quick. What I thought was a camping ground of digital nomads was nowhere near that. My fault for being so presumptuous, egg on my face. From now on I'll never walk into another person's tent and ask how much Bitcoin do you own.

Went to Home Depot to purchase a new fridge. Start to finish, it was quick and easy. They have a wide selection to choose from.

The only down side was when we received our Fridge, there was 2 small dents; one on each side of the french doors.
Sid Moosavi, that works in appliances was the one that helped us from the time of purchase. He was very helpful and resolved the issue immediately.

I enjoyed the experience of purchasing with Home Depot.
10/10 would recommend and will definitely purchase at this location again.

I've been there several times and have always gotten the right product and tool for repairs to my RV and my generator

Tried to call to see if they had a product. The phone literally rang for twenty minutes. Not on hold, rang for twenty minutes. We just wanted to see how long it would ring for after a while. Do not bother calling the store, there is no point.
