I just had the absolute most bizarre experience. We came to Home Depot to re-key our house with 2 deadbolts. We specified we wanted one key to work on both locks. Ashu in the keys department told us if we buy Weiser locks we can do that. We had additional copies of keys cut and asked if these would work for both locks we held in our hands and were assured they would. We spent over $300 to re-key our house with one key. We went home (a ferry ride and 3 hours away) and installed the locks. We come to find they require different keys, one key does not work for both locks. We called customer service and they told us it's not their problem and we need to call Weiser. Now we are frustrated because we are being told one thing and finding its not true, so I asked for the customer service person's name. Suddenly she "couldn't hear me" and kept saying "hello? Hello? Since I can't hear you anymore I'm ending this call" so I just said how it's a little odd that as soon as I ask for her name she can't hear me and she responded "my name is Elsa but I don't see how that helps". We are new homeowners who don't know much about homes and want to be able to trust our hardware store's advice and this has been really frustrating, everyone keeps passing the buck on to be someone else's problem.

If you go there in the first hour after opening, only one entrance is open and I had to walk all the way across the store to exit, then all the way across the lot to get to my car. Very few associates are on hand at this time, they're not all that helpful and it was up to me to search several aisles to find out they didn't even have what I wanted.

My safe space where I go to escape the horrors of everyday reality. I wish I could live in the store. Build a home from all the materials in the corner. Live off the plants. Nothing makes me happier than filling a bag with slightly differently sized nails.

Staffs are really helpful and friendly and more surprisingly have enough patience.
I was there looking for hinges or something which could hold mirror on wall.
As I was trying to look for it but could not find then approached one of employee who was busy doing her part.
She tried to help me all way.well I don’t remember her name but she had courtesy to help customer patiently.
I would like to visit this place again.

I absolutely love the events HomeDepot organizes for kids. After attending, my daughter is always in a fantastic mood, which lets me shop in peace. The store layout is intuitive, and I've never had issues finding what I needed. I also want to give a shoutout to the staff at tool rentals—they've been super helpful and truly deserve recognition!

The night manager Abdullah is racist and does not follow proper security guidelines.

He should either get fired or be disciplined.
