The Home Depot

Went there to buy a door lock. Sale price on the box was 60.00 but apparently an error on their end. They wouldn’t grant me the price on the box. Poor business ethic. I will be shopping a lot more at Lowes.

Went to buy some stuff for my floor and Pushpinder helped me there. She had a vast knowledge of stuff and she explained the difference between the types of materials very clearly. Appreciate her help. She is a gem!

It's a Home depot, it's better than Lowes for sure but they always seem to not have that one key thing I need

Though I am predisposed to shop Canadian instead of American, I do quite like home Depot when compared to places like KMS or Canadian Tire. Its wide variety of products, combined with its sensible organization and layout make it a great place to shop. I haven't found the employees to be very helpful though!

Exchanging two propane tanks and I am still waiting for “lot associate” and it’s been 25 mins…

Never not find what we need, plus they have a great collection of Halloween items we always buy something each year.

They are using loopholes around their price match guarantee policy by listing local retailers as "non-competitors" when I can drive to KMS tools down the street

We were there looking for some flooring material. It was on the very top shelf and a wonderful young girl grabbed a ladder and retrieved it for us. Such a great place where the staff is happy to help.

Was needing a specific part for a water boiler. Knew the area it would be located in but just couldn't find the actual part. A sales associate walked up and asked if we needed help with finding anything (which is so rare, you usually need to walk aimlessly around a store to find someone who works there for help) and he guided us in the right direction, gave us great advice and actually advised us to get a different part that would work better and would cost cheaper than what we were actually looking for. All in all, he was very helpful and we will be coming back to Home Depot for any hardware supplies.

Andre in the Lumber department helped us out with a lot of wood. Was super helpful. Great service!

Great selection of tools and products. My local 'go-to' store for everything home reno related. Price comparable shopping keeps me coming back to Home Depot verses the other big-box stores. Friendly staff and easy returnable/unused items makes it effortless to keep shopping here. Their Tool Rental program was super easy to book and pick up my concrete cutter in short notice. Good rates and insurance made the project stay within budget.

Me and my wife stopped in for some garden supplies Andre helped us find everything we needed and more. He even helped us load it up with me having a bad back was very happy with the service i got from Andre and you don't find service like this anymore these days sadly would gladly come back and see him again.

Pushpinder surprised me with her knowledge on gardening and plants. I highly recommend her suggestions for best gardening results. Well done

Customer service is bad, no one ever to help in the area you need. Waiting 30 mins for help during a quiet time is ridiculous!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought an air conditioner few months ago and it arrived with a wheel broken off. Attempted multiple times to speak with customer service but each time I was on hold way too long. Finally got a hold via text and explained the situation. I requested a replacement air conditioner be sent.

I was infield this was not an option and I would have to lug the ac back to the store, get a refund, then order a new one and wait. I explained it was going to be 40 degrees soon and as I live on 3rd floor I had to have an air conditioner. I was told nope we can’t help you.

I was then informed I would be “compensated” if I did not want to go through all of that for $150. I gave in and said okay please put that back on my MasterCard so I can hire someone to fix the broken ac. I was informed this was not an option and they could only send me a $150 Home Depot gift card.

The agent I was speaking to must have stated “sorry” about 7 times throughout this interaction to which I stated “sorry doesn’t help me unfortunately”

Literally the MOST RIDICULOUS poor customer service. I will never shop at Home Depot again and for those of you who have read this- buyer beware

I suggest that it would reduce the garbage of parking lot by cutting the bush around the corner, then nothing would hide behind the bush! And making clear vision for drivers too!
