I went to the strawberry branch on Oct 25 and wanted a piece of metal cut. There I was very pleased with the excellent customer service that I received from Sebastian, who works in the lumber dept. I needed assistance in the millwork dept.but without any hesitation Sebastian helped me with the task. I work in the service industry too and have very high expectations. Kudos to Sebastian for providing an amazing service. Good work ethics surely has to be acknowledged. It was a service with a smile and I too left the store with a smile. Thanks again, Seb

Worst customer service this time. I placed an order for two sets of kitchen appliances in the beginning of September and delivery was supposed to be in the end of October (which obviously did not happen). I have spent hours on the phone and visited the store numerous times, trying to figure out the delivery dates. Nobody has given me a clear answer yet. It has been a very frustrating and stressful experience so far. I did not expect this kind of service from Home Depot. I spent over 9k on the order and this is what I get?

Normally very helpful but not in the bath area today. I went in looking for information on sizing and drain location on shower units. I got redirected to a custom shower manufacturer that is not associated with Home Depot. I found the information I was looking for online, I told them the one I wanted to purchase, and he brought it down off the shelf. He then disappeared and offered no help to load onto a cart or bring to the checkout. I am not pleased with the service. The aisles are not clear, and I had to go all the way down to the lumber aisle to make it back through to the checkout.

Marie was very helpful and quick and solving my concerns with a product I got got sent to multiple stores that were unable to accommodate our problem.

Good luck finding someone to help you if you have questions. A lot of the staff avoid making eye contact so you don’t flag them down and ask. If you do find someone they are rude and make you doubt yourself for DIY’ing something, or they barely speak English so it’s difficult to understand them.

Very Helpful staff, some time you would not find item as required.but good to have this store in this area.

The manager wouldn't accept my real (they confirmed its real) $100 bill because it was slightly wavy from heat. Couldn't make my purchase because I didn't have my cards with me. Won't be shopping at this location again.

I went today around 1pm. The Chinese lady who works near appliances/bath kitchen area spoke to me so rudely when I just asked here which aisle the tubs were located and that I would have to go find it myself. It’s very upsetting to see that she thinks it’s okay to speak to someone like that. This has left me feeling very upset.

What a messy place! No people willing to help! Last time I did shopping in this store I was double charged and after 1 week calling and talking to Home Depot people still no money back. Home Depot is quick to steel money but very slow to return money to the customer. Menagement on every review only says: . " How can we improve your experience? DM us with more information, and we will gladly do what we can to help! ". Well-get to work and train your people to do job properly and teach them how to deal with customers! Do I had to call 3,4 times to get my money back? You were responsible for stollen money and you should fix that right away. You deserve to be call HOME DIVOT not Depot!

I love all that home depot carries. Could live the rest of my life quite happily inside one. I think. And most of the time I'm thankful for the convenience. Competitive prices on most items usally. But I find it's always a pain to get anybody to help. Or that really know much about the products. When ya do get someone. I usally find it much easier, when I can. To figure out exactly what I need first. Find it on the app. And order it for pick up or if need right away find a store that has it. I think they could afford to improve in this area. The checkout ppl are always great. Helpful quick friendly.

I did not have a good experiene here. I went in looking for tubing, I found what I needed and found an associate to try to help me. The associate told me she would radio someone in plumbing. I waited a while and no one showed up. I then went to look for someone again. Again found an associate that said they would page someone in plumbng. I told the associate that I didnt need tips and tricks with plumbing, all I needed was a tube cut. The associate told me she was helping someone else. I waited again and finally found someone else who then paged a manager who did not come. He did not have a knife to cut the tube and was adament that someone would be on the way to help us. I was frustrated and told him I had been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to help us. He then took out an xacto knife and cut the tubing for us. However, he also told us that I would only be charged for 3 feet but ended up being charged for 4 feet. There doesn't seem to be much focus on customer service. I have been here many times for different projects, but do not plan on returning. If I could give ZERO stars I would, to have two associates brush me off and a manager not even show up when paged is incredibly unprofessional. Maybe being a "little girl" didn't seem important to them but good customer service should be for everyone.

This store is very slow on responding to on-line purchases. I order a item at 9am. Online said they had 3 in stock. The email says to wait for there response before going to the store to pick up said item. I got a call around 2pm saying they were sold out and they were canceling my order. If they told me this sooner I would have just got it from another home depot.

Couple days back i was helped by this amazing young man by the name of Khuz. He really went above and beyond in assisting me in finding out what i would need to properly renovate my new deck. Great guy really cares about his customers in finding the best bang for your buck! He deserves to go places in the company. Will come again just to get his amazing service once again!

Great. We buy closet selves from here. We get them cutdown in pieces at the same place. Heavy duty stuff avaliable.

Lady named Vish on returns this morning was screaming and was very rude for no reason. Management should look into this and at least should not put people on the front like her who don't even know how to talk to customers. We always visit this store and always buy all all our stuff from here. But guess if home Depot will hire people like her who knows nothing but just to scream and to be rude at the customers we would have to find an alternate store. Literally there were four more ladies at the front desk who noticed her rudeness. I could have screamed back at her but decided not to be like her. Home Depot please look into this so other people working don't learn from her rude behaviour.

May 28th went looking for patio roses and was served by staff member Mo. This young fella was polite; vibrant; willing helper and in no time I was out of the store.
Please convey my sincere appreciation to Mo for his excellent service.

My go to place for all my hardware needs. I won't be wrong if I say my house was built by the materials bought from this store. I specifically like the fact that the staff at the Strawberry Hills location is very friendly and helpful. They are always there to guide whenever the need arises.

Don’t bother with curb side pickup. Even at 8am in the morning when there is low traffic they won’t get to you. After waiting for 30 mins we went in to find there was no line up and there was staff available to bring it out immediately.

Great store to pickup any building equipment and materials. Very large plant department, with lots of different planting equipment and plants.

Will not be back.

Extremely limited Disabled parking. Some have been removed for other purposes.

Staff standing around everywhere and yet no one thought to help customers?

Asked multiple people for where an item would be found and even with VISIBLE MOBILITY DISABLITIES CLEAR TO THE WORKERS and they still run around and off, they don't even notice customer can't keep up. And to add some other workers expected a disabled person to walk around a HUGE store looking for something the workers cannot even seem to find. Or just walk across the entire store to go get a scooter.

Worst business I've encountered in this area.

This is my closest store in Surrey wish I could give them negative stars very bad customer service I usually go on weekends and their answer is we don’t have enough people to look after their customers. It doesn’t matter what time you go there same problem that we don’t have enough people. This weekend I I had to wait 1 hour just to get answer which is I need to call a phone number provided on the Central cooling system so why that product is sitting in the store at first place if they don’t know anything about it? Should I switch to Canadian tire for my needs? I know nobody care right?

Can't find things in store that they show online. Plus they going cheap on staff. It's kind of sad these days the level of English people have.

Don't like giving a negative review but HD has failed today. After being on hold several times, I'm advised that the product that I want can not be ordered online, or paid for over the phone and delivered. Why is a flooring product different from other products? It won't fit in my vehicle, and I can't order it online or by phone to be delivered. What's up HD?

Raj Dhiman the appliance specialist, was amazing he got us the best deal and is very knowledgeable on all the appliances. We had a great experience and will be coming back in the future.

Had us waiting forever even though we arranged to pick up the package. After paying for the package we stood in line while staff talked amongst themselves for way longer than is reasonable. The customer service over the phone is great but the in store service is pretty bad.

Never opt for their delivery option unless someone physically strong is present at home. Never ever expect the delivery driver to be kind and helpful. Never expect them to deliver the product when you are home because if you are not home they will deliver it outside your house in rain. The rude delivery guy delivered a patio furniture today at guildford area and kept on barking like a rude dog in front of my wife. Get a uhaul truck and buy it from somewhere else. I am never buying anything from Home Depot and i am planning to refund the product today itself.

Would give it zero stars but I have no choice.
Manager Mr. Rattan on duty doesn't know how to treat costumers equally and doesn't have respect for costumers.
A family member had bought a skid of bricks a week prior and asked the manager on duty at the time for a discount and she knocked off 5% and he was happy. I wanted to buy the same bricks and asked Mr. Rattan to price match but he straight up refused even though I had the receipts.

Pretty much the same kind of assistance as other home depots, ask for help and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Huge selection as always.

Helpful staff that brought down a product from a top shelf quite quickly and they knew which exact isles products were located in too

I went to this Home Depot and was surprised they don’t allow dogs. Every other Home Depot I went to allowed dogs.

This store also has very little selection and the workers were not helpful. They stood around and was gossiping. I don’t recommend coming here.

I use this store alot for my renovation. 1 thing I have to say is it has a great selection but the shelves are poorly stocked.
I've gone there so many times to find nothing on the shelf but online they have lots in stock.
I've gotten to the point now I buy it online and wait for them to email me to pick it up.

Great selection, really friendly staff; though some are pretty young and lack some common knowledge of tools and such.

The staff over here is so polite and eager to assist the customers all the time. Whenever I visit there for buying tools and stuff, usually they start giving me discounts, which magnetize me to be here for another time. They are really doing an amazing job. A big thank you to all the staff. Thank you for serving smile on my face. This Home Depot is just in the heart of Surrey/Delta and have a ample parking space, which means no matter how busy this depot is, users can easily find the spot to park their vehicles.

They have pretty much everything a handyman would need except an available person to help you. Yes, there are a few helpful people wandering the aisles, but there is always a big lineup for them.

Did not have a great experience with service staff in this store quite rude!
We are asked to be kind and nice to our essential worker but wholly Mother of Pearl it goes both ways, so that is my take on the 2 staff I encountered today. One older gentleman when I asked where I might find a particular very gruffly said one word to me " twelve" I asked if that ment I would find it in isle 12 or what? He just turned around and continued stocking a shelf. Then the lady at the checkout was quite crabby as well maybe Home Depot need to give more coffee breaks or something.

There are almost everythings you needed, and their service is nice, but somethings are really expensive.

This place is one of the worst retailers I have seen. In all their wisdom a week ago they took down all the signs indicating what is in each isle. When I asked several different employee why, they said they were changing them to new ones. Why the hell didn't they wait until they had the new ones and change them as the removed the old ones, the result is customers have to remain in the store for an extended period of time going up and down every aisle looking for what they want possibly exposing themselves and others to covid. Great covid strategy Home Depot keep up the good work. What a bunch of bloody clowns

Its home depot. They have just about everything for a homeowner and small things for a contractor

It's very easy to find what I'm looking for. Usually visits are brief and efficient. Not much waiting in line despite seeing many customers there

Drove here from Richmond to get some firelogs that have been ou of stock in the Richmond store for over 2 months. Staff here were great and made the drive worth my while.

Employees were helpful and quick but professional at their jobs. Large selection and huge store. Their is a Subway and their food is average.

Good crowd control efforts noted at Home Depot. Greeter at the entrance reminding people to sanitize and keep their distance. No one needed a mask reminder when I was there but I would expect that would also be part of the job at the door. People generally kept their distance but some came too close to me and I had to move away. Can't fault the store for individual behaviour though.
