Great staff. Amenities are fantastic. The classes and trainers are professional. By far this is one of the best in all of BC. Great Job.

This studio is the best place! Love the variety of classes and the fact that they have several classes throughout the day to suit your schedule. Teachers are awesome and you'll always leave the studio feeling amazing 10/10 highly recommend to anyone of any fitness level

I have attended hot yoga studios in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria, and even New York City - but The Hot Room at Studio be in Vernon is the BEST OF THE BEST. 5 stars all the way! Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, there's something for everyone. The instructors are professional, approachable, and most of all, fun!
Whether you're looking to get your sweat on in a super intense setting, or relax in a calm Yin class, you won't be disappointed. I attend all different types of classes. Inferno hot Pilates - with or without weights, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Hot 60, and even Kettle Bells (i.e. Hells Bells). There are numerous classes a week, so depending on your schedule, you can go early morning, mid morning, lunch hour, after work, or evening.
Highly recommend this place. We are very fortunate to have this world-class studio right here in Vernon!

I like the burn and the challenge to push myself to new limits and overcome those.the staff is amazing and helpful and super pushy aka motivating.i love going there and the burn is truly addicting. I like to see that not only my body changes but also my mind.

Love love love this place from the moment you walk through the doors you feel welcome. Paige will greet you with the most upbeat attitude beautiful smile & unbeatable customer service They have the most incredible instructors who keep you wanting to come back for more you see and feel results from day one.this place "ROCKS" in so many ways you gotta try it to know ️

After having my baby I was nervous to get back into this but I am soo happy I did! There's something about the hot room that's different from regular yoga. The energy of this studio and the teachers are truly AMAZING! I've travelled to Bali and had some unreal teachers and they are on that same level These classes ignite something in you and are truly life changing️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
