I recently dropped off my bike with a broken chain along with a wheel with a flat tire. I didn’t make an appointment and they had everything repaired and ready for pick up the next day. I was surprised at the low price for their services. I’ll definitely go back when the need arises and I highly recommend Kelowna Cycle. Thanks guys for the great service and price!

I had asked for them to replace my break pads and replace my tube in my tire that had popped. From the original conversation I was informed with break pads it would be 130. I wish I had gotten a break down of the price before I left.
When I returned to pick up my bike: They ended up not replacing the break pads because they said it didn't need to be done that I had some lights interfering with the break cable. They cleaned and tuned my bike up for the same price, and I asked well why if you didn't replace my break pads why the price is still 130? It seemed a little steep for just a clean up, new tube and a tune up. I had also asked for a break down of the work done which he didn't provide. I felt very awkward and left. I won't be back.

Everytime I've needed something fixed on my bike I've stopped here. And every time they've done a quick and amazing job (even when they're very busy). I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for bike repairs.
