I went in to cancel my car insurance. The agent was very patient and helpful. She helped answer my questions about storage insurance as well and looked into how I would be refunded.

If possible to give zero stars I would, Lady that served me was rude argumentative and questioned my age and was very disrespectful.

The only reason I am giving this 5 stars is because a lady named “Parla”. She is extremely helpful and accommodating. I have been visiting this location many times and every time I came across her, she has done all my needed work without any difficulties.

Jaspreet lady refused to insure our out of province vehicle while we had all the necessary documents. She rudely told us to go to westland insurance. Unbelievable.very unprofessional and poor quality service.

Anthony was patient and professional. Explained everything in great detail and didn't pressure me to buy any additional coverages. Highly recommend.

Great and kind staff! Thank you Parla B for helping me out w/ my insurance. Very accommodating.
