I went there to get a quotation for a new car insurance and they refused to give me a quotation as I just wanted a quotation and was not going to buy insurance that day by saying that their system is not working but served other people after me.

Tushav was very helpful with us today, when we renewed our insurance. He was very patient and with with us and clearly explained everything about changing the principal driver or a vehicle.would go there again next time I need to renew my insurance

Called to do my ICBC Insurance over the phone. Was told they were very busy and they would call me back. Never received the call back.

Came here for condo home insurance. Hardeep helped us through the process and answered all our questions on the coverage. Would definitely recommend their service.

Horrible customer service! Very incompetent staff working here. Was told by Jason to have a seat as I was next in line, as I patiently waited for 25 mins to be helped after Jason completed one persons car insurance. I was then overlooked by Leah as she helped the next person that walked in the door! Who know what she was doing the prior 25 mins as she wasn’t helping anyone!

Doesn’t even know that you can pay insurance with credit card? Not remotely funny. Insurance finally got done but it took hours.and I am not kidding. Would I go back. Never. Eric call icbc. They do accept credit card. Your agent called and was told so. Only cause my husband had to come down that phone number is the store in Richmond? Not the insurance.

Both times I have been in here the insurance agents I talked to have been amazing! They were super knowledgeable and clearly explained all my options.

Went in to insure my vehicle from out of province after completing my car inspection and other checklist items as this was my 2nd car I've brought in from out of province. Spent 2.5 hours in the office with a gentleman who was nice enough but clearly had no clue what he was doing. Was told to contact the leaseholder, did that, got permission to transfer car to BC, called back to complete process and was basically told to come in and start from scratch. Going to go somewhere else now.

Went to for a quote. I said cr-z. The guy thinks it's the cr-v. That's ok. I understand that the cr-z is a rare car. And some would misunderstood or misheard as the more common crv. But this guy kept on saying, the suv. No. Suv would be the crv. The car i would like to check is a crz hybrid, 2drs. "Hybrid! It's the crv. " No. It's a two doors cr-z. Showed him a picture of that. Nope, can't help. Can't do. Not in the system.:/ ok. You arent a honda car dealer, i totally understand that. But i know the car i am looking at.

I love going here for insurance. It’s fast, accurate, and every single broker or worker here, has been super helpful and nice to me. I recommend this place so much!
