The Jammery

For many years I have drove past this place and said I wonder why it's always Full?
Stopped and the answer. The food is amazing and loads of options. The service and the staff were brilliant. This has to be put one of the best restaurants in the Valley.

Fantastic service start to finish. I come here on special occasions when I bring friends from out of town for an Okanagan food experience. Our server Amy was quite outstanding. 5 stars for her too! Came in for breakfast on July 7th and it was so good!

Food was okay. Nothing really stood out. The server was really nice and attentive. Friendly people. I wish that they offer free taste for their jams as my husband and I are both regretting why we only bought one of their red pepper jam. We are from Surrey so maybe we'll get more next time.

Scones, hollandaise, potatoes, and bacon were all amazing. My only complaint was that the serving sizes were too large.

Just an amazing spot all around.love it every chance we get to dine in this fine establishment

So, I went to The Jammery with my mom this morning in Lake Country.
I’m celiac, and considering they have won best of Kelowna so many years in a row…. I was very underwhelmed and disappointed in their gluten free options. Because their sausages and hash browns are not gluten free, they suggest substituting a fruit cup for an extra $4. Becomes very pricey when you are charged extra for gluten free bread as well. There are many better breakfast options in the Okanagan for those with food allergies.

The food was good but it was a 45 minute wait to be seated and waited 10-15 to order drinks then another 10 minutes to order food and around 30 minutes for it to come, it’s just ridiculous almost 2 hours just for brunch!

Found mold on an English muffin in my eggs Benny informed the waitress who brought it back to the kitchen, upon returning without the plate explained it was not mold and then asked “well did it taste like mold? ” “I’m sorry I don’t usually go around eating mold…. ” Instead of offering to make a new one she then asked if we would like our bill where I paid full price for a moldy meal I didn’t eat. Will not be returning. Gross.

Always a pleasure to visit the Okanagan and visiting Jammery is a MUST on our list of places to go. The food is so good and comforting. The service is amazing. In the store there is a plethora of jams you can purchase.

This place never disappointed us. Everytime we go here, the food is great. Just have extra patience with waiting, but every second of wait is worth it. They have a gift shop while youre waiting for table. I hope this place never stops serving unlimited waffle.

Wonderful experience, a bit of a long wait (so less one star for that), but well worth it. Ordered the beefy corn beef and French toast with yummy blueberry sauce. I didn’t take a picture of the toast, but was able to sample four jams with it… and bought two after! Restaurant lives up to its name as THE place for jam.

I would of gone higher, than 2 stars. But service was terrible, our food plates were hot, food cold. We had to remind waitress about extra drinks. Food was probably really great when hot, not under a heating lamp. Gift shop has an amazing selection of jams, jellies and tea. I would recommend the Jammery. Be prepared to wait, if they are busy. Group of 6, once seated, and served, it was like we were forgotten

Excelled eggs Benny, but it’s extremely disappointing that their fruit salad isn’t made with local fruits. This is the Okanagan! Use the fruits grown down the street!

Amazing spot for some breakfast. Definitely get a scone (or two) and share with your tables. Comes with some whipped cream and their fresh jams. Definitely filling.

My go to is the eggs Benny, very delicious.

Has an attached gift store filled with their housemade jams and other trinkets.

Establishment is always very clean and the staff have always been very friendly. Very efficient service. Gets busy around 9,930am I find, so getting there earlier is better! (You also want to get there before they run out of scones!)

Place is always good every single time I come here! Breakfast paella with hollandaise on the side! Unfortunately, after about 9: 30am it starts to get packed (especially on sundays). Not sure about weekdays but weekends are busy. I love coming here! If you get a seat with a window it is nice as well.

Since the above review I have been back a few times and since I've been going here (past 9 years) I have only had bad service once that rly stuck out! That's a good batting average if you ask me!

Great breakfasts. No complaints except I would like more butter with my waffles. Everything else is fantastic. Even the sausages taste good which is extremely rare to find.

Unfortunately, if you're looking to do pickup be prepared for uncooked, non toasted, and overall poor food assembly. Dine-in is great, just do not do takeout, it's as if they don't care.

This place is extremely popular, and for good reason. Their menu is massive. Highly recommend the all you can eat waffles for those that are really hungry. I had the beef dip and it was delicious!

Was looking forward to eating at the Jammery today but we didn't even get to taste our food because of an ordering error and after 50 minutes waiting we left. Greatly disappointed.

Must visit while in Kelowna! The wait time was about an hour but we did not mind as we had heard great things. Our server was also great. She checked on us often, getting us whatever we needed, making our dining experience great. Food was also delicious and we purchased some jam to take home.

Fantastic food and unbelievable jam just more on the expensive side. Definitely one of the best breakfast spots in Lake Country and surrounding areas

People. I am addicted to this place. Everything on their menu is EXCELLENT, and the servers are very attentive. TRUELY THE PLACE TO EAT.

Had breakfast here with some friends from Edmonton we absolutely had a wonderful time the server was great and the food.ohhh the food is amazing

The jammery is one of the best brunches I've had in years!

We got there around 11: 15 on a Sunday afternoon in August (probably peak levels of busyness) and the wait time was ~60-90 minutes. It was more like 45-60 but we spent some time in the gift shop and bought some jams.

Me and my friend ordered the Chorizo toss and the Jammery Toss (pictured below) and wow, they were absolutely amazing. I had multigrain bread - it was to die for. The jams we were served with our toast were blueberry and apple cinnamon. Both were great but the apple cinnamon was out of this world good. I had to go back to the gift shop to buy some more on my way out

Despite the long wait, it was well worth it. If you have the time, this is an absolute must in Kelowna area.

Very sad to report that this place seems to have gone downhill. None of our food was cooked right, and service was slow because the poor waitress seemed to be spread too thin. The waitress was the only good thing about the visit. I really hope they can figure out how to get back to how awesome they used to be.

A popular Winfield restaurant; we had to arrive at opening time to get a table without waiting. Good coffee, good service and an impressive seafood Benny. I'll happily go back.

Our food sat waiting under the light for almost 10 minutes. Servers walked past all the food under the light but didn't serve it. The counter was so full of dishes they couldn't fit anymore on it. I would think to take out food right away. My waffles were soggy and cold. It was unfortunate because we came from Vancouver to eat there.

If you are trying this place for the first time, make sure to ask how long the wait time is every 10-15mins!

It started with me being told today that outside seats was a 10 min wait, which ended up being about 1.15h. Then it took my friend seeing that 2 groups that arrived after us went in before us, so than when I went to go ask what's going on, I noticed on the sheet that my name was crossed out. There was no way I missed a call since I was by the door the whole time. So then they got us in right away, but only because I went up to check. Then when we got our food it was cold, but by then we just wanted to eat and leave. So I can say first experience was not great and don't think there will be a second.

Good breakfast but not great. Had the Jammery Favourite and the French toast was very greasy. Traditional breakfast is a bit more expensive than other places too for the quality

Went for breakfast on a Sunday. There was a waitlist about 25-30 minutes. Gave name and number. Was told that they would call us when our table was ready. Walked around property and sat in vehicle. 45 minutes goes by, 1hr goes by. Go in to check and see how much longer. Hostess told us that she called us, let her know that nothing came through on my phone. She said that she doesn't call you on your cell phone. You have to stay in the gift shop or right outside the building and they holler your name. Told us we could wait another 30 minutes before they could seat us. We left.

Really lacking in vegetarian options. I ordered my Benny with the meat on the side so my meat eating husband could enjoy it. Would really like to see some inspired vegetarian options on the menu.

I visited the other day and was sad to learn that Cassandra was not working there anymore. Her service was amazing and she was so friendly, she treated me and my baby so nice, i always looked forward to seeing her during my visits

AMAZING food and great variety! The service was incredible, and the staff was patient and accommodating to our family with young kids. Will be back and recommend to others!

Edit - Not sure what's happened but the last three times I've gone over the past couple months my order has been wrong, the wait time was nearly an hour and the food was cooked improperly. New owners? New head chef? I dunno.

Love this place for their brunch options. I got the bennys and it was nice and perfectly cooked! Very clean especially during covid and the staff were friendly as well!
