The Jin Sushi

I've lived for years in both Vancouver and Richmond, and eaten a ton of sushi. Let me tell you, this place has a great sushi. It's also affordable with delightful customer service.

Love Jin Sushi. Co-worker and so usually come here 1-2 times per week. The owners are super friendly.

We are very happy with this Sushi restaurant. Never disappointed, price is very good for the quality. The Sashimi is always fresh also along with all their other food. We have eaten Sushi pretty much everywhere around us now and this definitely is the favourite!

A neat corner sushi take out place with good food at a very affordable price. The owners are quick at service and are very polite. The sushi combos are highly recommended and come with miso soup. There is also plenty of parking in the front, side, and back.

If you first look at this shop, you will assume their sushi is not good, right? I can now tell you that their sushi taste very good and fresh! Their standard and quality can compete with those good sushi restaurants in surrey, and to my taste and like, is actually taste better.

This small restaurant only do take-out order and no dine-in.
Price is reasonable and portion is big too. Will come back for more sushi next time. Highly recommend this place for sushi.

Ordered two sushi rolls today. One had a hair in it will not order from here ever again. Very gross.

I really love Jin Sushi. A very nice little mom and pop shop with great prices and great quality food. We're regulars and one time my partner forgot to order my rolls with no fish eggs. When we showed up they said "we know you usually order without fish eggs so we left them off for you just incase". So sweet and considerate. Their special rolls are so delicious and everything always tastes fresh.

Tried their sushi, freshly made, delicious. A couple runs the restaurant and they are very friendly and welcoming.

The food was good and fresh. The poor rating is for VALUE or lack there of.

Ordered lunch. Shared a large sashimi with a fried. (9 pieces) and I got 2 salmon avacado rolls and 6 salmon Nigiri. Was $30 each and I wasn’t full. The fish was good, but the sizes were quite small. I guess I am used to the place I go that is amazing value and huge pieces of sashimi as well as Nigiri.

I followed the reviews that the new owner was as good as the old owner. Not even close. Besides it soggy texture three was a serious lack of flavor. 38$ worth of this was a big mistake live a learn

Not 1 THING tasted fresh. The rice was all hard and dry BLECH I was worried about eating it. Never again.

Another Sushi find in Surrey. I have been coming here for a few years now for the awesome fresh sushi and sashimi, and great service. Even on the coldest winter evenings, the miso soup is hot and everything is fresh. Seating is limited normally, while take-out is still available. If they say 10mins, you bet your order will be ready within 10 mins. Nice family run business. Park on 137th or in the off-street parking to the left or rear. Portions match the price.

Delicious food, fresh ingredients, and even better prices. The owners are so kind and courteous. I came to this resturant every week for 3 months while I was on buisness in Surrey. My favourite place to eat.

Ordered a gomae and was chewing away and found a hard sharp piece of plastic in it. PLEASE be more careful with food preparation. Had I not caught it while chewing that could of ended a lot differently.

I love their quality and quantity. The owners are courteous and kind. I really appreciate that their sushi is neatly packed and in the perfect edible size. Their ingredients are fresh and fantastic smelling. My favourite sushi place!

It was sooo delicious! Really good food and very fast service. The highlight of the meal was the scallop roll.

The best rainbow roll I have ever had. I'm a sushi enthusiast and it was fantastic and a GREAT price. Wish I lived out here, but regardless when I'm back in this area I'll make a point to come back.

I've been here since they opened and its so good. Their Chicken Teriyaki is the best I've ever had, and I usually try other things but I seriously crave it non-stop! Food is fast, staff is extremely friendly, and is fresh!
