The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Burnaby

Willow is a great server! She is confident and well versed in the menu! She made me and my boyfriends date night thank you to the staff at this keg we had one missed item and with out question they were able to fix it very quickly! Thank you!

Great service. We sat at the bar this time and bartender was friendly and quick to place our order and fill out drinks especially as it was a full house.

Was here 10 days ago for a birthday dinner. Typically we come to the Keg because you know what you are going to get; on this occasion, the meal didn't come close to the standard. Steak had minimal flavour and broccolini was soggy. Server tried their best to make the most of things by providing a free extra desert. Both Billy Miner Pie slices came out with no extras; asked server to bring chocolate and caramel sauce, so we then had to dress it up ourselves. All in all, very disappointing birthday dinner particular for the price. However, the kids did enjoy their meal. Unlikely to come back to this location anytime soon.

Server was fantastic food was great tried the lam.that was on special it was amazing through the sauce was great didn't quite pair nicely to my taste buds but it was still delicious

You get what you expect from a good Keg restaurant. Polite, attentive staff, and good food that's also visually appealing.
Elegant atmosphere, but it's okay if you show up in jeans and a t-shirt.

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing service I consistently receive at this location. Today was no exception; in fact, it surpassed my already high expectations. From the moment my wife, 14-month-old son, and I walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and treated with exceptional care throughout our entire dining experience.

Our server, Gio, truly went above and beyond to ensure that we felt like valued customers. His attentiveness and genuine concern for our comfort and satisfaction were evident from the start. Not only did Gio provide excellent service, but he also showed remarkable thoughtfulness. He anticipated our needs and exceeded our expectations at every turn. Throughout the evening, Gio checked on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed and that our food arrived promptly and prepared exactly as we had requested. His attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service made us feel pampered and well taken care of.

Absolutely top notch food and service. We went right at 3pm opening and straight away ordered the top of the menu best stuff. 1x 24oz Omega prime rib and the Steak and 1/2 atlantic lobster. Both meals were amazing, the slab of prime rib was insane! Of course we will be back.

The best steak i have had till date in Vancouver. The service was beyond expectation as they did take two steaks back to get it done a little more when we felt it was too rare for us! We also had good cocktails although wine is the combination.

It is very dark and hard to hear with all the conversations going on. I have a hearing aid, and even with that, it was hard to hear. Not a place to go if you're looking for quiet laid back dinning

No complaints. The food is good but not amazing. It was my sons first steak house experience and his steak wasnt great so he ate a lot of my prime rib. Want 5 stars. Give kids some cooler options.

My experience was amazing! I was there with my 3 best friends and my one gf got the steak and OMG it was to die for lol. It melted in my mouth lol. I had the shrimp cocktail and yum yum yum lol. But we r coming back soon and I will be getting the steak next time!

Great evening! We were lucky to get into Dan’s section, and he really provided amazing service. The steaks and prime ribs were perfect, and the desserts were even more impressive! Well worth the price of admission

The ceases salad was terrible they put goat cheese on it. Couldn’t taste any ceaser sauce. And the black chicken looks like white chicken. What terrible entree and the portion size is small.

My husband and I went to The Keg to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The staff was polite and friendly since the moment we walked through the door. First time at any restaurant that the cooks were able to cook my steak the way I like it, without having to get a refire on my steak. Thank you for making our night special with the extra attention

Anisa, our amazing server, single-handedly made our first wedding anniversary incredible and literally perfect! Such intuitive, engaging and sincere service. I cannot say enough about our experience there tonight - probably because I’m speechless from being treated so wonderfully. I actually wondered if this visit to The Keg, and our delightful interaction with Anisa, was BETTER than our wedding one year ago today
Management: give this woman all the raises!

As a long time Keg lover, I can say with confidence that this location is just about perfect! We had our usual steak and lobster tail dinner, which was cooked to perfection and handled by a server that was absolutely delightful. We didn't wait at all for our drinks, bread or starter Cesar salad and our entres were at our table shortly after. The whole experience was great!

The quality of the food is good, and the service from the waiters is also very good. I am a little disappointed to hear that the king crab legs are no longer available. I will come to patronize in the future!

This time I ordered medium-rare Top sirloin (baked almost), baked potatoes, fried squid, snails and bacon rolls

Our server Cara was so awesome! The food is so good. We tried the calamari, fillet mignon and top sirloin. And it’s so so delicious! Also, they served us an ice cream cake for my boyfriend even if his birthday was few days ago! We’ll be back here for sure!

Very busy but amazing food and service. I had better service from Mike at the bar than table side at most steak houses. My steak was cooked perfectly. The salad was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Even the bread was top notch. I think I have found my new steakhouse in the Vancouver area.

Perfect steak, nice and pleasant atmosphere, everything was flawless 10/10, will always visit when I come back to Vancouver area for vacation! Yum!

Food cold - sourdough bread, dinner for both veggies, mastpotate were cold, and seafood on osard steak are cold and not taste good. It was one of the worst dinners last night.

My Girlfriend and I come to this Keg location pretty frequently and the food never disappoints and the service is always 5 stars, especially from servers Brad, Todd and Shaqeel who never fail to make us smile and laugh. Highly recommend coming here.

It was my wedding anniversary and I decided to try this restaurant, all the staff were so friendly and the food was good, I didn't give them 5 stars because they sat us in a small table, but the rest was ok.
