The Laundry

I was at your store today at noon and one of the coins I put in your machine was rejected. I pressed the reject button but the coin wasn't released so I tapped the machine firmly with my palm. One of your employees in a maroon T-shirt walked up and said "you hit my machine so I can hit you. "

This is incredibly rude and unprofessional, joking or not. It also asserts that she will assault me for "mistreating" your equipment. She had also been snarky with me earlier when I approached the machine and asked another patron if it was free, by saying "It's available, but definitely not free. "

I don't know what her problem is but she needs to learn how to be polite with patrons. And most certainly she needs to refrain from telling people she will hit them. That is not acceptable language in a civilized society and could lead to an incident if she says it to the wrong person.

I don't visit a laundromat often, but next time I use your services expect to be treated with dignity and respect.

We had accumulated clothing etc.that needed to be washed on our road trip to the coastal islands after days of outdoor activity and camping. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at The Laundry. It was a comfortable, super friendly environment. The facility was well-equipped for all laundering needs, including while patrons waited in a comfortable sitting area. Staff was competent, helpful and created a really light atmosphere. Who knew doing laundry could be so much fun! We highly recommend and would definitely return!

Poorly designed layout makes it difficult to function when it's busy. Wait times can be long. A lot of the machines are not in a great state. Half the staff is polite and helpful, the other half not so much.
Sometimes I think it might be better to just wash my clothes in the river

Washers could be cleaner, lots of hair in most of them that I used. But very helpful & friendly staff.

Awesome service for UPS! Super friendly and kind staff. Highly recommend to anyone who needs laundry or ups service!

Suzanne was super nice and helped me wash two duvets. Don't worry about quarters, you can get change there or in my case just pay for the services you used by debit. There are chairs and tables to sit at while you wait. I can't overstate how nice Suzanne was and made my experience really easy and stress-free. Bonus info, there is a PO box service and UPS stop on site.

This was a peculiar experience one of the lady's was very kind and helpful while the other very unessaraly rude and insulting. Unfortunately I cannot say this was a good experience

Alittle too much money for the dryers and not enough time in between. Quarters, spent almost 50.00 for 3 loads i believe and had to finish drying my clothes at home which was a nuecense since I rent a room at the Travelodge. But otherwise a good place great location.

The Wonderful people who run this place are very kind and accommodating. They showed us right away what we would need and helped with any questions along the way. I have nothing negative to say about The Laundry

We stop every year during our camping trip to use the drop off laundry service. Very friendly owner and great service!

Decent facilty.but I would avoid this laundry its gross. There are other cleaner and safer. It caters to homeless people for wifi, charging there devices and a bathroom. They wonder why a horde of street people hang out front. Staff not wearing masks. The one staff can be rude and ruff around the edges.

I chose The Laundry to clean my very beloved Burberry raincoat which also had stains. Could not be more pleased with the excellent job that was
done. I don't let just anyone have my Burberry!

Amazing laundry place. Excellent staff and dog. Clean machines, fast dryers, fast WiFi. Close to Wendy's. Absolutely recommended.
