I guess this place is under new ownership.clearly these this new owner Gagan has not run a salon before because as soon you walk in the front is turned into a barbershop, you are bombarded with insanely loud music and you have to walk through an entire group of men drinking and vaping just to get to the back where the salon is.walking into the back there is no professionalism there is one stylist who barely speaks English and one girl who is just learning how to do hair and she doesn't speak proper English either.
0/10 do not bother coming in here.truly a shame lindsay is gone.she really put her all into that salon, and to see what has been done with it is extremely sad.

Ruined my friends hairs and overcharged her instead of fixing or giving refund started behaving rude and started harrasing her over the phone. Very unprofessional! The whole staff should get fired.

My Friend had a worst experience with this salon. They don't know how to treat their customers. Very bad customership, very rude staff. They need to hire good people who knows how to work properly and treat their customers. After seeing my friends hair i would never come this salon or would recommend anybody else to go their. If anybody wants to get their hairs ruined they are more than welcome to waste their money at this salon.

I have had a terrible experience with this salon, as I had booked a hair colour service and had asked for the stylist to add purple highlights which I was charged 200$ for, and it turned out be blue.she told me to go home and see and if I don’t like it i can get it fixed. I still decided to keep it but it literally washed out in 2 days and turned to green I was extremely disappointed with what had happened and called the stylist to let her know! She had told me that she could fix it. I was away on my vacation, as soon as i was back i tried to rebook it. She booked an appointment but then called back and canceled it day before the appointment and told me she will reschedule it. I called back to reschedule and they told me they can’t accommodate it anymore, i asked for the stylist and she rebooked me again. I was then called back by the salon to be told that i made stylist uncomfortable and she will no longer proceed fixing my hair and I will not be issued a refund off any sort and that I wouldn’t be welcome to book again. I was very frustrated with the situation as a client, who had paid for a service and was dissatisfied with the service as a business they should hear out there clients issues and try to resolve the matter in a professional way. Instead off ignoring the problem off an unhappy customer and being ridiculed they should have tried to de-escalate the matter. I would have even appreciated a 50% refund At the least. Very upsetting and disappointed would not recommend.

Been here for few months now for hair. It's a cozy and roomy salon, and I like their service.
