Lux Loo has been servicing our industrial camp to a very high standard. Mike and company are always on time, courteous, and attentive. They are the best septic and portable service provider I have experienced.

I had an emergency a septic problem. And it needed to be pumped out asap. I gave Mike a call. He responded right away and told me he could come first thing the next morning. Which worked out perfect as I was still digging out the top of the tank lids. Very professional. Was on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be using him again and I recommend him. Just attended the watering hole at the Scotties and what a surprise to go to the washroom in a Lux Loo. It was outside the building so expected to use a freezing cold porta potty but no. Thr Lux Loo is heated, bright, clean and so great. If hosting a function or event I would use Lux Loo. Just great.

We just currently moved into a travel trailer. On Monday July 25 Mike sent Brandon to empty the septic black and grey. When we got back to the trailer we looked and the black tank showed full. We called Mike and he said he would call Brandon to see what he drained. Mike called back and assured that Brandon emptied both. Anyways Brandon came by today July 27 bright and early to show me that it’s drained and explained to me that 9/10x the sensor doesn’t work on the black tank.

Rented a porta potty for a few weeks for a bathroom renovation and the service has been outstanding! Delivery was seamless, cleaning quick and efficient and the toilet itself is the nicest porta potty I have ever used! I would absolutely rent from them again if I need to and will recommend to everyone I know!

Portapotties set up in Kutsford with gail force winds. Didn't budge. Doors stayed closed so TP wasn't flying everywhere. Bathrooms were clean and hand cleaner was full for a 70 person, 3 day event. Will use again.

We used The Lux Loo for their porta potty rental and not only was the service impeccable but their customer care was too! In the summer of 2020, we attended an outdoor wedding in the central interior of British Columbia. The hosts had rented the luxury bathrooms from The Lux Loo. What a great surprise! The facilities were well maintained, air conditioned (major bonus in the 40 degree heat), contained all of the necessary sanitizing products for peace of mind, and were beautiful to boot! The hosts had nothing but wonderful things to say about the service they received - all the guests were very impressed. We highly recommend The Lux Loo!

We rented the Luxury Loo for 2 events in one weekend, we were impressed as well all our guests.

The Lux Loo is not your typical porta potty as they have running water to wash your hands (hot water capabilities), temperature controlled (yay to air conditioning!), blue tooth or radio, clean, nice smelling and fashionably decorated outdoor bathrooms.
