The Mad Butcher

I usually love this place but they just lost all credibility and if it had been one of my kids that found the toothpicks INSIDE the stuffed chicken breasts with NO WARNINGS ON THE PACKAGING AT ALL instead of my hubby, I'd be in jail right now. Absolute garbage. Do better.

Great sales and quality, tuesday is seniors days 10% off, love the Wednesday buy one get 50% off on hamburger. Many more great deals, love there steaks.

Excellent quality and selection. It’s a little out of our way but totally worth it and we get our rib-eyes, short ribs and chicken here - stocking up every couple weeks. The pies (both the meat and dessert pies) are delicious. Friendly, helpful service.)

Love your Food. But we realised the deli sliced "Mexicain salimi " had the plastic still on! Weird? We gad to seperate the plastic off each slice.

This is the first time I’ve purchased from Mad Butcher. Prices were pretty good and everything was fantastic.

We recently purchased a prime rib roast for our Christmas eve dinner. When I called to order, they asked if I wanted it with the bones, or without. I wasn't sure but the lady suggested that the butcher slice the bones off and then tie them back on.

When I picked it up, I didn't take a good look but once I got home I noticed that the bones looked like they hadn't been removed.oh well.

To my surprise, once I took it out of the oven and removed the twine, the bones magically fell off. Ben who did the work did such an amazing flawless job! I'll make sure to have Ben cut my meat from now on!

I was desperate for what apparently has become rare in the Chilliwack in the form of Suet (for baking) I had been to three major grocery stores and another two butcher stores without success. After some frustrating encounters with several butchers and store clerks I looked up butchers again on my phone and I found the "Mad Butcher" and called, a very understanding gentleman patiently listened and said no problem c'mon over, I can grind up up however much you need! What a kind and helpful person. So I highly recommend the "Mad Butcher" for all you cooking, BBQing needs this is the place to go!
