Our family Dr is Dr. Ross, he is is fantastic, he is very friendly and understanding, we have phone appointments which are pretty convenient when you have kids or face to face for more serious heath issues. Wait times are reasonable.

Every doctor I have seen here has been absolutely amazing! Had a phone appointment for my daughter and rather than send me to emergency, Dr Z Moodley got her an appointment for same day. 2 hours after the appointment we are at home resting with prescriptions that we could have had to wait hours for. I cannot thank you guys enough!

I’m 21 years old. I struggle with health issues. Dr Ross has been no help, he basically told me he doesn’t think my diagnosis is real and refused to send off referrals. Also, Stacey the receptionist unfortunately is extremely rude whenever I’ve called. She hung up on me and wouldn’t book an appointment with me because she said I was “being rude. ” Well, if you call standing up for yourself rude I’m really sorry for that. I’ve reported them & im hoping that they can find peace within themselves. Extremely ashamed that this is how our medical system is going. Stacey please find a new job.)

My family and I have been seeing Dr. N. Moodley for years, since I was a kid! He is absolutely amazing, professional and so friendly. He truly cares about your health, whether its mental or physical! I will be his patient as long as he will let me!

Dr. Guirguis loves to "Body Shame! " So disheartening that a Professional who should be there to help you, would rather focus on your "Body Image! "

Dr. Clifford Moodley is a very good doctor.he's patient, very kind, and understanding. BUT, it is impossible to get ahold of the receptionists to book an appointment over the phone.every single time i try to call it says the line is busy. The receptionists there are very rude aswell. They have too many people trying to call at once and not nearly enough people to answer those calls!

Good doctors.but.office is near impossible to contact.if you call expect significant wait on hold.you will get a.we have a high call volume message. 100% of the time.

I'm not a patient but I called on behalf of my parents. I was extremley impressed with Pat, the receptionist. She was more than helpful with my questions. I wish I was a patient at this clinic! Thank you! Jill

Dr. Guirguis is an excellent doctor. He has solved health problems that my former doctor couldn't. The receptionists are courteous and professional. Happy to have been accepted as a patient.

Extremely rude staff with very poor knowledge. If you can go anywhere else to be seen by professional healthcare staff please do. This place is your worst nightmare. Patience are NOT treated well at all.

Dr Guirguis Is an excellent straight forward, Explains information very well and shows you everything that is going on, and the thought process behind his decisions. Plus the office uses online self booking if your interest, which works perfectly with my schedule.

They are open on saturdays for patients only 8-8: 30am they open and close depending on how busy.

Dr Guirguis is welcoming and he listens well Is direct works hard for a solution for your heath concerns He is honest and easy to talk too

I have seen both Dr. Moodleys' at this office and they have both been fantastic. I would strongly recommend either or as a family doctor.

Dr. Basanti has been my family doctor since she came to Abbotsford and she sees all three of my kids and me and my husband. She never keeps us waiting too long and when she does see us she’s very respectful she’s very thorough and she has excellent bedside manner. She calls back with results of tests and asks how we are doing which I find rare these days with doctors being so busy. The staff have always been helpful when I called to make an appointment and they’ve been courteous.

Dr. Basanti is by far the best doctor I’ve ever come across. Incredible bed side manner and always willing to listen to what you have to say!

I have my family doctor of almost 30 years here Donald Ross. He has now recently retired and Dr Clifford Moodly took over I have only met him a couple times and have had the most awful experience with him. He isn’t understanding at all he does not listen nor care about certain things an shrugs his shoulders with a smile on his face when I’m trying to talk about my health concerns to him, that are already in file from my pervious dr there. Dr Clifford Moodly has awful bedside manners I’ve never met a doctor so rude. He tried to send me to a doctor I was not comfortable with even after I told him I was not comfortable with that doctor and he still continued to try to push me to see him. I then asked for my chart in case I needed it to find a new doctor and he then proceeded to dismiss me as a patient cause he said I questioned his ability and he didn’t trust me and apparently I didn’t trust him. He is fresh out of medical school and definitely doesn’t look into taking every action to help his patients.
