I have straight medium length hair, and it was impossible for me to find a barber who could cut such hair nicely. Thankfully I met Mahyer. He is the only one who can cut my hair because he is a hairstylist not a barber. He is specifically specialized in cutting, modelling, shaping, texturing hair. The only reason I even put one star is because it wouldn’t let me write a review unless I rated it first. The lady who did my hair would come do my hair then proceed to walk around the room not doing anything while I was telling her to come back because I knew it was time to rinse. I dye my hair most of the time and it always turns out great. I showed her the exact picture that I wanted and told her how.she completely messed and didn’t even tell me, when she was done and realized her mistake she told me she was just going to do one more thing. Trying to fix it she made it worse. I DO NOT recommend going there at all. I really don’t understand how people are rating them so high with such bad service, they are definitely not professionals.

I visited the Mayer's salon first time for hair color and keratin treatment. Had my partial highlights and keratin by Goli and Arzu. They did an extraordinary job. I will definitely be a returning customer. All the staff is hard working and always greet customers very well.

Mahyar is truly passionate and gifted, the best hairstylist I ever had!

I have very challenging hair to cut, very curly and thick, and most of the time the common hairstylists would just go for the easy way and would cut short.

First time I came to the salon Mahyar told me that he could show me a unknown side of my hair and he did. He taught me how to control my hair when they were longer, always with a lot of pedagogy and passion, and adjusted my hair base to make a satisfying shape from all angles, he really analyzed my own head shape and took it into account when defining what would be the best style for my hair, instead of just trying to apply a canvas, that's so rare!

Now I can enjoy way more length, and receive many compliments from people that use to see my old haircuts.

Also, they grow back in a clean and manageable way, so I can stay a little bit longer without having to get a new cut.

And all of that for a very affordable price: o

Goli is an expert in keratin treatment. This is the third time she has done it for me. Every time, I am amazed by the result: smooth-silky and shiny hair.
Two years ago I moved to Toronto, and so I searched for a reliable person to do the keratin treatment for me there until a friend of mine recommended one. Although she was good at hair color and style, the result of her keratin treatment was shocking. After the first wash, I could not even comb my hair. I had to cut my hair in half-length.
Last week when I came to Vancouver for a visit, I immediately booked an appointment with Goli. She did an excellent job with keratin treatment as well as hair color. I am in love with my hair now

I have an appointment but when I got there I was told that they don't have time for me even though I had a schedule. I want to dye my hair since my hair color has changed after the hair keratin That I have done here two weeks ago which I am not satisfied also. I am not happy with this kind of customer service at all and not recommended.

Mahyar is really a magician! He transformed my waivy weird hair to something that I love! It takes some time to go through the process (3 or 4 sessions) but the result is amazing and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. I haven’t flinched ever since. I’ve noticed that Mahyar doesn’t just cut hair but customizes the cut based on the head shape. I would definitley recommend giving Mahyar a try to see for yourself, pure art.

I went in about 2.5 weeks ago for a men's keratin treatment. Goli did the the treatment, and I'm overall quite happy with the results. It didn't take too much time, and the process has been at time saver for me every day.
