The Meat Shop & Deli

You have a large variety of rice types. At least 15 by my count. Great. NOT one labeled with a price though! When I suggested to the employees that they should put prices or price signs up for the rice they looked at me as though I was suggesting some crazy scheme. Put a price on your goods! It’s pretty basic. I don’t want to spend my time asking the price on each one. Why should I. Please follow standard practices. The store next door prices vegetables and fruits for example, which also have fluctuating prices so why not rice!

I've been there many times and so happy with great customer service! We always shop our meet and deli from here.you can find fresh and good quality meet with reasonable price.

On the afternoon of Sunday, February 6, we made some purchases from here and asked Kashir, who is really an impersonal and unbearable woman. Unfortunately, due to the presence of such people, customers do not buy in this place. Unfortunately, I will not buy this rude lady anymore

Went up this morning and they have a box of plastic gloves outside the door and ask that you put them on before you enter. They have plenty of meat at really good prices and friendly staff

We shop here often as the store has a good selection, but the poor service we receive makes us wish there was another deli nearby. The lady asked my husband what he wanted. He said 400 grams sliced meatloaf. She said "Now? We're closed. "
News flash - they were still open according to door open, people shopping, and hours posted on front outside of business. My husband asked. What time do you close? She said "7: 30. " My husband checked the time. It was 7: 45. She begrudgingly said "OK, I'll do you a favour" When he asked also for Pizza Pepperoni slices, she refused. Upon leaving the store, he checked the hours of business. The closing time on Mondays is 8: 00pm. She and others "working" there have exhibited similar behaviour to these attributes of dishonesty and laziness. We strongly recommend you do as we say and not as we do, by avoiding this market. You have a better chance of making your cat speak in tongues than expecting these people can change.

Yesterday they sold rotten meat and when I called them they were not shocked by the news. It seems they know they are serving low quality meat and meat that are not eatable.

My experience with Deli is the worst experience in my entire life! Staff are extremely rude, unprofessional and uncivilized. They easily accuse you without doing investigation. It is a real shame! And the worst part is that the owner not only did not apologize but instead supported his employee. I am really sorry for his behaviour and for sure I will never ever go there in the future. They really need to learn much about customer service. I wish I could not give any star because they even don't deserve one!

That Lady Cashier is Soo Rude. Like my Card was Declined at First and she Said Ow My God in front of me and looking at me with an annoying look in her Eyes Like who does that. It’s not my fault that my card Declined hello. I’ll never buy meat here ever again.

This is a small store but it is packed with a meat dept. Frozen foods deli meat cheeses and pantry. It's amazing what you can get from such a small store front. The staff are always helpful

I had a really warm experience with the cashier here, who generously offered me samples of the cold cuts, and didn’t charge me as I only wanted 4 slices to try of a couple of the meats. Made my day!
