Hiral was awesome, this place is busy with the Black Fri promotions and people were somewhat patient but she stayed calm and cool and patient and helped as many people as she could. She just needs to remember to pause and drink some water! Thanks so much Hiral.

I always go to this mobile shop to buy or upgrade my and my family cell phones. They have great deals, especially around Christmas. This year, Nima helped us with choosing a new phone and to upgrade my current plann and he was absolutely amazing! Taj is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond when setting up our cell phones, and was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He even stayed more than an hour after his shift ended to help us solve a phone issue, but not only that, still kept an upbeat and friendly attitude.
His service is top notch!

I do not recommend this place.the guy I bought my SIM card from had some sort of attitude and whenever I asked a question about different plans he answered with sarcastic tone. I really needed the SIM card there and then or else I would never put up with his rudeness.and as he was doing the registration I asked if there was any other cheaper plan he was kinda frustrated saying but I have already processed your request meaning you should have made up your mind already.
I had a very bad experience and the worst part is that now that I look online I could have gotten better plans with half the amount I paid.

Very good customer service provided at this location, I have been to multiple providers but at this location the guys know what they're doing and provide advise based on your requirements and budget. Moreover they also find ways to give you a bang for your buck. Hussain has provided his expertise on two occasions and both left me with a smile. The manager Taj is very friendly and that rubs off on his colleagues. Keep it up you guys!:)

I was looking for an upgrade to my phone. Hussain was very helpful and was willing to work with me. I went to the Fido stores, on line and customer service. Only Hussain was able to offer me a competitive deal with the phone and plan. I walked away quite happy. With an additional 250000 pc points for groceries ($250) during Covid who can complain? I should mention I have been a fido customer for many years but due to their apathy I was very content to leave.

Very bad service. No policies at all to which they stand onn. Waisted my time and money both. Very sad.

The location is very convenient just inside the entrance to Superstore. The manager, Taj, is quite good and follows through making sure his customers are happy. There are many places to purchase a phone or activate your phone or change carriers. The Mobile Shop is competitive and good value as far as their selection of phones and plans.

These guys have helped me out alot. The manager Taj is clearly a great leader, his guys always know how to help. Chris has helped me pick devices even when I think I know what I want. He will help lay out the pros and cons of whatever I'm looking at.

I've spoken with Taj a few times and he's cheerful and very honest. I haven't had an issue with these guys yet!

Got a  Fido connection from a guy name Abu. I must tell, very helpful. He took the time and went over the option and asked me about my daily usages to find me a plan within my budget. As I only need an affordable plan, not a phone. The guy is very knowledgeable and will provide you with accurate information.

They have good deals on all the providers and great customer service. I bought the wireless charger and UV phone sanitizer from the store. The guys are knowledgeable and explain to me the option and feature.

I was there last week to get a Shaw mobile connection and a guy named Abu helped me. He is the manager. Really knowledgeable guy. He went over all the device options because I was planning to use it on my existing device. He explained to me it's not compatible with my old iPhone 5c. So he gave a couple of phone options and explained to me how I save money by getting into a plan. Highly recommended. Great place to buy phones in Coquitlam-Burnaby area.

Worst mobile shop experience ever.
Bough a case and a new phone 3 weeks ago from there, the case I bought (gear4 oxford) started to fall apart within 10 days of the purchase. I took it off and bought a new case online so it didn't further the damage, I work a lot and just got into the store today, to be told that its my fault it's wear and tear (it went from my pocket to my hand, if thats abuse.)
Then I was asked to wait, so I waited for 30 mins, after that I was told that there wasn't anything they can do and its up to me to go to the manufacturer.
I'll be recommending to everyone not to go there, its definitely not about the customer.
You guys suck.

I must admire the patience Chris had explaining different plans and finding and re-calculating the best option that would work for us. It took us more than hour to made a decision; luckily, with no one waiting behind us.

Just like to share my experience at this mobile shop 1301 Lougheed HWY Superstore and the staff that, I've encountered with.

I walked into the mobile shop one November evening looking to upgrade my cell phone. The person behind the counter was Roberto Giardullo, he explained patiently different plans from different carriers and was courteous to wait for me to make a decision as indecisive as I was.

A couple of days later, I had to go into pick up my phone since they had to bring it in from another store and I was helped by Joseph Fernando, I'm really surprised by how attentive Joseph is and the level of multitasking he performs with as well as his amazing customer service.

Thank you Roberto Giardullo and Joseph Fernando you guys are Awesome.
