I have experienced a great purchase of mobile plan from this branch of mobile shop and their sales representative named “Mitra” helped me to investigate among all providers and plans with patience and professional ethic to find the best one! She is so experienced & I would recommend her to all my friends to ask her help for their mobile plans. I would give them 10 stars:)

This place is not the same without Hadi the previous store manager. Never going back to this place again

Best customer service From Hadi the store manager. This was my first experience at the mobile shop and it was by far better than any other cellphone shop I’ve been too. I bought a screen protector and they offered to install it for me. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my phone with me, so I brought it home. I tried to install the screen protector myself, but managed to mess it up. Just a comedy of errors really. Anyway, I went back to the store and mentioned what had happened. Hadi helped me out with the install and it is perfect now.

What really stands out is the genuine care for customer service. It is noticed and appreciated. I’ll recommend friends here. Good work.

Great customer service. Friendly, nice and professional guys. My wife and I took a new plan and upgraded our phones. Parsa was awesome. Gave us good advices and helped us very much. Not only being satisfied with our new plan and phones, but also having wonderful time with him. We greatly recommend them, particularly Parsa.

I recently upgraded my phone and got a new plan from this store and it was indeed a great experience! Very good customer service and very responsive.

There was a slight problem with my account but one of the employees (I think his name was Arshia) spent a great amount of time in his busy day fixing and taking care of it with no questions asked.

My family and I have been purchasing our phone from Hadi for the past few years. We recently visited the store to upgrade our phones and like always, we couldn’t be happier with the help we received from Hadi and his team. Hadi went over the top to meet our needs in a polite and friendly manner. He also walked us through all possible plans and options with different providers to find the plan that was best for us. They then were extremely patient with helping us to set up our new phones and making sure everything goes smoothly. Also, Hadi and his team have always helped us anytime that we have questions about our phone/billing. I highly recommend this place as Hadi and his team are very knowledgeable and not only they’ll help you find what best suits your needs but they’re always willing to help you at any time when you run into problems. If you want someone who wont give you a straight answer, then this is your place to go!
Its always difficult dealing with a third party vendor if your cell company directs you todo so, but seriously need to give more than an "I don't know" response.
