From the moment I spoke with Aleem and he answered our questions in an educated and well mannered way I knew we went with the right mortgage specialist.

Every week he would check in during our period of getting mortgaged, just to ease any concerns around interest rates, as well as general house hunting pressures. His background is in economics so he does market projections which is backed by years of experience in the mortgage field. If I had to put money on Aleem’s competency, I know I would win. And the best part is even almost 6 months after finding us a great rate and we are settling in… he’s still touching base, if not to just say hi! The process of working with him is pretty convenient too. Aleem was highly recommended by a close friend and although I had worked with other mortgage brokers in the past, I decided to contact him along with the last person that had helped me with a previous transaction a short while ago. I’ll be honest, the big reason I had called Aleem was to basically get my friend off my back. Aleem suggested we book a call as the first step when I emailed him. I was a little hesitant at first as I was just going to go to my bank, but my realtor highly recommended I speak with Aleem – I trust my realtor and so I called Aleem. It’s been a great experience so far. He has helped me get very clear on my budget, he ran through a few scenarios for me, and he records them on a video that I can refer to very easily. He also was able to pre-qualify me and do most of the leg work up front, I was able to write an offer and get the financing turn around time in half the time I was quoted from my bank because of the preparation work done up front.
