The food is ok but the service is bad and shady. We did not get a bill for our dine-in and were charged extra gratuity for table of 4. When i asked for the receipt, they admitted they had charged extra but could not refund due to a machine mistake and given partial cash refund. Always check your receipts at this place. Its just sad behaviour. We were not served timely and had to go to the counter to ask for stuff.

We were there for breakfast and had the loco moco which was so tasty and quite a big portion (especially for the price). Really, the miso gravy on anything is good! The service was great, especially Scarlet who was extremely friendly and nice to talk to! The various choices of tea is also great and quite cheap.

20/10 experience! Absolutely loved our server! The food! And the ambiance! My girlfriend and I were celebrating on a calm Monday night. HOWEVER, the server made our night so much more special with her banter and welcoming presence. She made us feel like family and deserves her own standup comedy show for how much she made us cackle laughing: D The food was stellar from the tofu appetizer to the windows to the wall and the main entrees were just as scrumpdiddlyumptious! 32/10 will be recommending this place to all my homies!

The food here is terrible. No flavour. Soggy overcooked vegetables. From reading reviews this seems to be a common thing which we did not know before going. Would not return here ever. Don't recommend. There is so many better vegan and vegetarian restaurants in Vancouver go to literally any of them!
It was also expensive for terrible food don't go here!

Visited this year back in March. Interesting vibes for it's interior, and patio. Food does take awhile to be served. Did hear from others their miso gravy is amazing though.

Funky little restaurant. Staff were not very quick but the food was good service is everything. The place was not too busy.

Celiac friendly! Love this spot and HUGE servings you can take home. Basically 2 meals in one order and great price! Great casual patio vibe and funky inside. Service a little more relaxed so don't expect quick dining. Over all lovely spot! 10/10

My family was in Vancouver for a short vacation this week and found your restaurant with only two days left of the trip. We ended up eating there both days. It was so good, and my kid loved the choices (they usually pick one thing and never try another option again). They ended up eating some of everything we ordered each day and loved it all. I could have eaten there every day for two weeks and still had stuff I wanted to try.   In a city with so many vegetarian options, this place stood out for us. My kid wants to add - the chili was the best I have ever had.

Yummy vegan food and loved the cozy and relaxing mood of the place. We ended up getting out of an event late and were pleasantly surprised that it was open late on a Saturday.

Absolutely fell in love with this atmosphere, staff, and food. My only regret is that we're from out of town so we won't be able to return. The banana buckwheat pancakes were fabulous!

Holy wow! The food here always hits the spot. Such a cool vibe and healthy food. Oh! The best part is the diverse menu. Where else does so many items sound so amazing in so many ways. Not just a classic, more than worth a try.

Went back after 23 years and it was as delicious as I remembered it. Our waiter was very nice and on top of things. I has the delicious chili. It comes with a side salad (the house dressing was so yummy & fresh) and home-made bread with veggie butter. Also I usually don't eat bread at all I just couldn't resist this time! Will be back soon even though it's not right around the corner for me, but they are open til 3am on weekends.

Delicious and plentiful vegan breakfast options! The miso gravy was out of this world! The portions were very generous and service was fantastic.

Sadly we didn't love it. We were looking for a healthy/authentic experience and this fell short.

We both Ordered Mexi dragon bowl. Swimming in miso gravy. Like a soup so everything in it tasted the same. When we told the waitress and asked if there was a new cook, she shrugged and said same cook for 30 years. Certainly not the same as we have had before.

By far one of the best places for vegetarian and vegan food in the whole city of Vancouver.
Highly recommended for Indians as well who wants to eat not indian but veg food. Also try their Stuffed Chapati, that’s way too good.

Delicious vegan options
Update: went back for the vegan gold dragon bowl. It looked healthy but was delicious! The sauce + vegan cheese omg. Apple cranberry pie was sooo good too! The crumble on top was delicious. Cranberry was a bit sour but I didn't mind.

Great place, great service. The food is good. Portions are American sized. I think it is a great value. They are also one of the few restaurants open late.

Great spot for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free fare. Last Saturday I went with a bunch of friends and we all loved our meals. They were able to accommodate our food allergies and preferences and our server Scarlette was an absolute gem. Super friendly, helpful, patient and kind, even with our larger group who was full of questions. Thanks for making our after event dinner and wonderful and delicious night!

Amazing food with extremely reasonable pricing. Great options for those of you with allergies. I’m allergic to gluten, dairy and egg, but I’m always able to get full here.

Came here on a Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed my Dragon Gold Bowl while my partner had a tasty Naam burger. Portions are generous and full of tasty veggies. Casual but fun vibe. Servers were attentive but also not too up in your face (in a good way!). Friendly local establishment with a lot of amazing history.
