Housing staff was unhelpful and put zero care to the applicant. The subsidized units were all mysteriously taken regardless how earlier you contact them.

My Father Inlaw is there. He knows all his Wonderful Care Staff. Clean, New a Beautiful Facility. Thank you everyone for all you do. Sincerely Patti and Family activities every day

Update January 10,2923
Dad got covid again from here. Family never ever had. So how? This time he diedCovid 2 times. Isolated 3 times while 15 months living there. This time pneumonia was too much and dehydration due to living at LTC New Vista.
Was called 10 minutes! After Dr informed me asking exact time dad died because his stuff has to be cleared out in 24 hrs otherwise fined. I knew that. They continued to call and email, Till dinner. Outrageous. Told them I know. Leave me alone. I want to think of my dad. Empathy Respect
Food not cut numerous time when hand unable, denture broke food not pureed Mention numerous times can't eat.
Wheelchair locked when again one hand can't unlock. Other cannot reach. So stuck
Pain meds not given last day in afternoon while dad Moaning all time while I was there.
Often told dad fine when told he needs to go to bathroom.
U decide would u want a loved one here!?
Some amazing staff but then there are others
Clothes stolen, we are not talking a little 11 sweaters first Xmas there when we had huge snow and they are on bby hill, jewelery ring off his finger gone. Yet at hospital never ever happened. Ps just the designer costly clothes

Ps Staff " Sit up properly"
After family said dad needed bathroom after sitting with family having a large drink brought. Dad in wheelchair All day no break, imagine how would ur bottom feel. Heal sore so trying to find relief family elevated foot. So he's spoken to that way? I was outside door to give dad privacy.
Wish to God cameras were allowed. Privacy issues? What! How about family trying to protect their loved ones!
Can go on and on.

The staff were very sweet! Sam was especially cheerful and caring. I was very relieved to see her taking care of and speaking Cantonese to my grandma!
