I was there last weekend, the bartenders were super friendly and the staff there made me feel safe.one of my frnd got a little drunk and the bouncer (black guy with short hair and earnings) was very professional and polite got our jackets and bags from the coat check. Overall i had a very nice experience and a blast at this place. Will definitely visit again.

Owner should really contact me. Some bouncers create problems. Major power trip take bribes to get in without proper I'd and tried to lie to my face about the letherman I checked, saying they had three and that I didn't have one. I told them to bring me the lethermans and I would say which is mine. Bouncer walked away (to look for it, and didn't go inside) I threatened to get a lawyer involved. And buddy took it out of his pocket and says is it this one. Anyway I hope the owner would get in contact with me privately about the bouncers who use unnecessary violence against me in particular for sitting on the loading dock in the smoke pit. Not fighting not doing anything wrong. Being a non issue and bribes being taken at the door so if your ever worried you don't have I D just slip the guy a 20 haha. Business not being conducted in a legal manner.

i got a really bad experience with some of the staff member specially with one young lady who tried to intimidate after the party was over outdoors.it was a tall blond staff lady, who was totally out of mind, only just for one comment that i said about the night life in Kamloops is terrible in front of my friends.this lady hear that and she came over to me telling me get out and come back wherever you're from.next time i will call 911 for that kind of attitude.just because she is a woman does not have the right to be rude and pathetic, also someone stole my black jacket in just 5 minutes my jacket disappear, and nobody of the security guards saw who take it.folks if you have the money and time go to Kelowna or even Commodore.just a waste of money
