Assisted the staff in helping bust a thief back in December or January and finally got arrested by police last week for stealing 3 jackets and managed to recover 2 jackets in the process for the staff from the store and prior convictions and warrants that the thief had. Staff including management are still thanking my family member and myself for assisting them.

Went into their store today and I was welcomed and helped by the team. Specifically Leon and Darren. They helped me with my old TNF Goretex jacket that needed to be sent to warranty. They were friendly and educated me on the new technologies of their current products. It was a pleasure being helped by them, Keep it up guys!

I placed my order at the beginning of November and after spending hours on the phone trying to track this package down, including speaking to someone from North Face and from Purolator, my order has apparently been sent back to North Face because your company did not put my apartment number on the package. It’s been almost a month since I placed the order and now every time I call North Face I am disconnected after waiting on hold for a long time. I have already paid for the order. This is extremely frustrating and terrible customer service.

The staff at this North Face are among the best I've ever encountered. I was buying a suitcase and spent a long time deciding. They were patient and helpful. I highly recommend this location.
