I had a very bad experience on Black Friday with the store manager, I think her attitude is terrible towards the customer, she was very rude and very bad service, I think they should have better treatment towards customers on those days.

Very good behavior. I was so tired but the cashier boost my energy with his smile. Thank you Mathew

Good location for shopping with good offers, there is lots of parking areas and also it’s free. You can enjoy really good brands and shopping, different restaurants and also Starbucks or Artigiano cafe …

I am writing to express my experience at The North Face store located in YVR Outlet. I visited the store at around 12: 15 pm on March 10th and found a short line with only two people ahead of me - a father carrying a baby and a lady. A staff member was standing by the entrance. We know customers should wait until others leave before entering the store. After about 11 customers left, we were still waiting in line, and we noticed that there were not many people inside the store. Feeling confused, we tried to find out what was happening. At this point, a staff member named Bee approached us and said in a rude manner, "Back up to your line and wait outside. "

I felt that Bee's attitude was unwelcoming and unhelpful. As a customer, I do not expect excellent service during the sale season, but the staff should still show a welcoming attitude to customers. I was disappointed with the way I was treated and did not feel like shopping at The North Face store.

I hope my feedback can be helpful in improving the customer experience at your store.

I bought a jacket with $400 on 50% discount.the fur inside the jacket starts coning out from every part of jacket.
It is what we dont expect when it comes to big Brand.

A racists family skipped the line to checkout, 3 of them skipped me one by one to process 3 separate transactions. When I asked, the man just replied: you were looking away. He called me LOW PEOPLE after.
The cashier simply didn’t care anything, but processing checkout.
Never experienced such terrible racism in a retail store before. That’s a shame on this business.

Nice and clean place in the new center, friendly service, they even went to storage to pick my wife's size, great service compare to other shops in this mall.
Only one thing couldn't find - winter pants, shop has only for skis and etc, not for everyday wearing.

Pretty good selection and deals going on. The sales people were friendly. It was a good experience, bought a fleece and a toque!

The last visit was so annoying on black friday because every stuff was sold out almost. Just left with extra small and mostly double xtra large sizes. Even on sunday after friday there was no to much to buy.

I respect northface outlet but it's loosing it's sheen. Not many options available.

Multiple brands, fab discounts and great choices.all top brands under one location.must for tourists.

This is a whole city of shops. Here you can buy many branded clothes. There is also a bonus of low-flying planes over the shops, it is very exciting. This center is served by a train from downtown Vancouver

Not really an outlet store, just a store. Just as good as finding any North Face store, or retailer that sells their stuff.

One of the nicest looking outlets I've been too. Great location next to YVR especially if you have a few hours to kill before your flight

It's ok. Nothing much to write about. Typical factory outlet which can get very crowded over the weekends.

First time here, can't believe it exists. Some great deals to be had. Feels like it's own private village.

I really liked it, bit, for some reason o felt as if their clothes needed more color, everything was black or dark blue

Your newest store policy has really upset some customers & created unnecessary tension between your employees and customers at the counter. My wife was trying to pay for 6 T-shirts, yet she was told by one employee that she can't purchase more than 5, because a little sign at counter says so.

It was not a great shopping experience and we likely won't come back.

The store team here is very friendly. They go above and beyond if you ask them a question. Store was clean. There was a large variety of items, however not many in each size. They had very good discounts however discounted at register meant doing some extra math. The staff was very concerned when I had asked for a bandaid, and went the extra mile to make sure that I had sufficient medical supplies.

I have experienced nothing but great customer service, employees are friendly and helpful! I called several times to ask questions and they did an amazing job locating the product that I was looking for, especially at an outlet store where products seem harder to locate. I feel like it’s not everyday you come by customer service like this. I was very impressed by their professionalism & patience with me.

Outdoor shopping mall with designer brands and some good deals. First washroom toilets were all out of service and there was no sign saying where they had toilets in service.

Been there for couple of times but this time I was served by “Mo” a very friendly and warm welcoming staff. He helped us to find our perfect clothes for freezing cold Alberta. Thanks Mo! You are amazing
