Great service. The usual spaghetti factory food. Consistently delicious. Great value for meals because they come with soup or salad and ice cream

I came here twice in the last month and I liked it, my kid likes this place and the portions are always generous and good

Every time my family has gone to this restaurant it has been a nice friendly experience. The food is always great and the portions are just the right amount. The bread with butter at the beginning and the ice cream at the end are perfect bookends to a delightful dining experience.

Very disappointing on so many levels. Service was slow. Food was sub far unfortunately. We will not be returning here especially with so many other options to eat in the city.

Best place for Italian dishes. Staff are incredibly welcoming. I do wish the kids pizza was a bit more home made though.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, good prices. Busy but not overwhelming on a Saturday evening. Felt well taken care of, as staff frequently checked if everything was to our liking and if we needed anything. Hannah was an amazing waitress and I'll definitely be returning often!

Great value meal. A spaghetti dinner (many sauce choices) with fresh baked bread, a basic side salad, ice cream dessert and coffee for $17.how can you go wrong. Other pasta choices available but we had been on the road for 12 hours and were looking for simple.

Same old, same old, which is a good thing. I just like this place for nice casual dining and pasta. Except they took the clam sauce off the menu.

I have been an Old Spaghetti lover since I was a child, went to the Toronto location when I lived in Ontario and have been to a couple locations in Vancouver as well. This location doesn't seem to be quite as high of quality but still good food and a fair price for what you get

If I'm craving pasta this is the place I go! You get a lot of food for the value with the "everything included" part of dining there. Sometimes table service is a bit slow but they're always smokin' busy. I'm awarding 5 stars even though we had the mussels there and they were extremely salty. Don't order those!

We ordered take out, and it was very expensive for the tiny portion sizes. I ordered the spaghetti with brown butter and mizithara cheese and it was like 4 bites of spaghetti, for 13.75, plain boiled spaghetti without any sauce or meat that would cost probably 10 cents so why so cheap with the amount? Also the side salads were filled with rotten pieces of lettuce.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, very tasty food. A nice place to visit for either lunch or dinner. Definitely recommend this location

Had a great meal here on Monday Aug 2nd! Our server Sadie was fantastic, friendly, efficient. Can't believe so many restaurants were closed on a holiday Monday? We were able to reserve a table over the phone, arrived and only waited around 10 min. We found out when leaving that Sadie was new and that this was her first solo night - thank you Sadie - well done!

Great family restaurant. Lots of choices on their menu and kids menu. Their staff is great at accommodating any special requests. Good value for your dinner. You start off with bread and garlic butter brought to your table. Your meal starts with a soup or salad, then a good portioned meal, then an ice cream dessert. You will not leave hungry!

Great service, good prices, pasta dishes were delicious, found the sauce on the steamed mussels flavorful, but quite greasy.

Had dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory tonight. It was a pleasure to see such a close knit team. Service was definitely 5 star and food was yummy. Well done we'll be back next visit to Kelowna.

After emailing with management, I have learned that they don't mind people hanging around on the grass before or after eating. OSF food is pretty good:)
ORIGINAL REVIEW: My wife and I went have been here once, and while the food was fine, after our meal we decided to sit in the grass outside to digest. After 10 min the manager asked to us leave, even after we told him we were digesting from a meal in his restaurant. We were not being disruptive. Needless to say we don't eat here anymore.

Food was as good as ever but it was close to an hour before our order was taken! Normally I’d chalk it up to a crowded Saturday night but it wasn’t even particularly busy. Service was still very friendly and the food is always good here.

We Ordered to Go! An We didn't have along Wait, an the Customers were coming, an going @ a steady stream. The food was delicious too! We will Return! We recommend this Place, Honestly! Luv, Luv!

Great family restaurant for a great price. Always great service and always fresh. One of our favourites in Kelowna.

I visit the Old Spaghetti Factory weekly with a dear senior friend. We are always met with a warm welcome and seated quickly because we always make a reservation since Covid19 arrived. The food is consistently tasty and served hot and the drinks are always very good. They make the best Mohitos in town. The restaurant and washrooms are kept very clean
and the staff are always friendly and professional.

Last week we had an experience at the restaurant that has prompted me to write this review. A big bouquet of thanks for the amazing customer service we received from Braden and Jodie. My friend wears hearing aids and when they were removing their mask as we sat down, one of their hearing aids was temporarily lost while we were sitting at the table. Jodie came to our rescue and ran to get her cell phone to use its flash light. She crawled under our table to search for the hearing aid, which she found on the floor on the far side of the table. She was amazing and took a personal interest in helping us locate the hearing aid. As always we found the service of Braden to be above average as well.

We would be very happy to learn that your management team shared this review with Braden and Jodie. They should be commended for their excellent service. See you again soon!

Server was excellent! Bread, salad and beverages were great! Steak and spaghetti with meat sauce were awful. My sons steak was also awful but fries were excellent. Not sure if we'll be giving it another try.

Great food and service. Very clean and are following Covid-19 protocols. Always a great experience.

This is a very comfortable place to eat, the rules about distances are respected, the servers are friendly, and always make sure my Cup is full, the food was delicious, the spaghetti portion is perfect I was very satisfied, and I love spaghetti, if it was possible I would have given a better than five star rating, I will definitely eat again.and again.

My kids absolutely love this place. The food is decent quality for a family restaurant. The reason I give this place such a high review is that the service is always fantastic, and keeps us coming back.

The Spaghetti Factory is an absolute classic. I grew up going to the one in New West, so when the Kelowna location opened I was ecstatic. There's usually a wait to get in on prime times/days, so I would recommend booking a reservation. The atmosphere is unbeatable, a great place to eat.

I’ve had dinner with friends here numerous times and haven’t had a complaint once. Very good food and excellent service. Looking forward to having dinner here again after this COVID-19 slows down.

Was super disappointed with the take out portion sizes! I've been in there to eat many times and always love it. Decided to get take out and upon opening everything up all 3 meals were literally 1/2 the size they are when you eat in! Usually myself and my family members can't finish our meals and we bring leftovers home. Well we ate our salads and bread and finished our meals no problem. I will NOT get take out again! It did taste good though and great customer service.

I tried Bam Bam shrimp.it tasted delicious and it was a big portion however it was appetizer! I liked it. Highly recommended

I have been eating at OSF for years, but never here. This is a gongshow, to start with, I got a salad with no fork, waited 10 minutes for bread and the server kept asking me how my meal was, when hadn't even eaten it yet? !
These are young folk, and its a Sunday, but management need to train their servers to do a better job, and pay attention to the customer!

Greeted with warm smiles and the friendliest staff as always. The decor and music also added to the much needed positive atmosphere. The owner makes time to check in and a birthday song in the background. We really needed this, thank you Maria for being so wonderful and coming to work.without you.this whole experience would not have been possible! Thank you

I had a great meal. The price was ok, for what I got. Thought it would have got larger portions. Service was good, food came fast.

Great food with a good price. Pasta selection is incredible and most dishes are all included with bottomless bread, a soup and cup of ice cream after! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere is family friendly and warm.

We went out to eat as I had wanted some spaghetti for a while. I had spaghetti and meat sauce, Gramma had spaghetti and meatballs, and my mom had the French onion soup and a salad. It was all very nice and I'd recommend the food to anyone, but wow this place is busy so don't go for a quiet or intimate time. The service is great, everything is nice, but it is LOUD and packed full. It is very much a family restaurant.

Can't beat the value. Very kid friendly too. Without drinks you're looking at typically $12-15/pp for a whole sit-down meal at a clean, fun restaurant. Service is consistently good too.

We love to come here as a family. The bread at the beginning is so nice, especially if someone is hangry. Everything on the menu sounds delicious, and I've always loved everything I've tried there. Love the minestrone and the spumoni ice cream that comes with your meal. Service has always been great. One of our favorite places to eat in Kelowna.
