We thoroughly enjoyed our meals here. Customer service is very very good especially Ana and Cris who looked after us. They are very attentive to all our needs, foods are great and they always serve with a smile. Well done girls and it was really an amazing experience. Thank you very very much

Absolute sesh in this place. Makenna really hooked us up with some sauce. The bread starts comin and it don’t stop comin. Make sure you leave room for the spumoni ice cream it slaps. 10/10 would sketti again.

I came here with my family and I was in utter astonishment at how good the food was. Our waitress was attentive and had a gentle presence. Don't write this place off as a hole in the wall restaurant, it was fabulous and had a great atmosphere. The décor was just awesome to look at as well! I also love the ice cream that comes with every meal at the end!

Great mainstream place to eat. I just came back from Italy so maybe the pasta wasn’t hitting for me. Such a wholesome place! Spumoni ice cream is a must.

Good price-quality because of all the extras that are included and a choice of tasty juices/lemonades. The staff will do their best to help you quickly. We went home more than satisfied and even skipped the (included) ice cream. Funny decor too.

Budget friendly and sooooo tasty. It's like a very much better version of olive garden.

Gluten-free. This particular restaurant was down in a basement. It was dark and understaffed. It took a while to be seated, but we had a fantastic server. I ordered a gluten-free pasta dish, and they sent me out a regular pasta dish. I must say the pasta looked fantastic. I questioned, and of course, they said it was not gluten-free. They took the dish back it was not long before they brought me out my gluten free Pasta dinner. The noodles were dry. I asked for more sauce, which, of course, an additional charge. If my server was not so patient and tried so hard, I would have kicked up a fuss. I do not like to give bad reviews, but I will say if you eat here, please pay attention to your gluten-free dishes.

Courteous service, one price meals, (the seafood linguine in a tasty tomato sauce is excellent) with wine coffee and ice cream was very reasonably priced. Comfortable and well situated in the Village.

Found a metal twist tie in my lasagna after ordering takeout.called the restaurant who offered me compensation for the meal but please be aware upon eating here.

The food was alright. Definitely don't recommend the French onion soup. Too much bread. Not enough soup. The chicken parmesana was pretty good. The service was awful. Half the time we were unable to find our server. It took about 10 minutes just to get three drinks. Based on this visit, I wouldn't recommend.

We had to wait for a while but they were able to accomodate our large group of 9 after a 25 min wait. Definitely great for large group and very kid- friendly!

Absolute worst service experience we had at The Old Spaghetti Factory restaurant. Normally I am forgiving but what is disturbing is the bad service we got from our server. We have had the misfortune Jennifer as our server on our visits. This server made numerous mistakes on our order. She did manage to get us our menus fairly quickly. The drinks we ordered were taking longer than usual, so we called our server and asked about our drink order and she told us that it’s being made and will bring them to us shortly. It is now more then 30 minutes and still no drinks, we asked again and the answer was same. Meantime, we got our food at the table but still waiting for drinks. The table beside us actually came after us and got their drinks order fairly quicky and ours never showed up. We waited and waited, and never being asked if we are doing ok and if there is something we are waiting for. Infect we had to call our service every time to remind her of our missing drink order. She bought us our bill but still no drinks. She wasn't even apologetic to this matter. We felt discriminated for not having to look after compared to others at the restaurant. It was definitely such a horrible service we received. I hope the management sees the problem and adjusts this issue.

Wonderful place to have an evening meal! Great value spaghetti meals, lovely interior and amazingly friendly wait service! A must for anyone spending time in this awesome resort town of Whistler, B. C!

Good food, nice waitress and clean washroom. Music was a little load with very low sound quality which was annoying.

What is this? ! Stood at the front - multiple staff saw us but didn't come to greet.

Waited ten minutes before the manager came around the corner to the front - from talking to a female staff member.

Didn't know fraternizing with staff was more important.

First words out of his mouth: "So how many? "

And then proceeds to tell us the wait is 45-55. Is that on top of the front door wait? !

Never had this lack of service and professionalism from the other locations.

I had called earlier in the afternoon to make the reservation. The guy on the phone said if we came in before 8pm, he could add our name on the wait list for the table. No mention of condition to availability. We were just in whistler for a night. When we reached at 7: 30, we were told they are booked for the night. The manager was rude and not at all apologetic when I told him about my conversation earlier. He said it’s not their fault that they are busy. Being in the customer focused job myself, I would rate their customer service as pathetic and will never go there again. The manager had a bad attitude and as a customer, we certainly didn’t deserve to be treated in such an obnoxious manner. Actually after reading reviews, it seems there is a problem with the management which has not been addressed given multiple bad reviews. Should not have even attempted going there. Your manager seems quite entitled and needs an attitude check.

There was a issue when we went and it took some much time to have our food. I still give a 5 because they were really nice and sorry about the situation. At the end they made it right and we appreciated it.

I don't have any words to express my amazing experience at The old spaghetti factory. It was a great place with great ambience along with a reasonable price.

I wasn't expecting much from this kind of touristic location and the affordable price, but it was actually a good surprise I'm not afraid to say that the pasta was better than some fancy restaurant in Metro Vancouver.

Good wholesome food, device a bit slow. Servers attentive and friendly. Ambience reminiscent of times gone by, history of the area.

Extremely slow service. Waited over an hour for the food. We had doutside seating and asked the staff multiple times to turn on the heater but were repeatedly ignored. The food itself was very bland as well.

The man that waited my table deserves a pay raise. Big guy I don’t remember his name but he was awesome.

We had such a great experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory! You can tell the staff is working hard. The manager Marek was fantastic at handling the crowd, taking names, making reservations, seating people, sanitizing AND helping set tables in between. How can one person do so much!? We had a fantastic server (sorry I forget your name!) She was polite and got us everything we needed while having a laugh with us!
I forgot my bag there but was able to get it back the next day before they even opened! Marek recognized me and was happy to help, apparently they went looking for me after we left! Couldn’t have had a better experience - Thank You Old Spaghetti Factory Team

Everything was perfect. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was good. It was the perfect choice for dinner.

It takes a long time to get a seat (45mins) and when you finally get in, it takes another 35 minutes to get your food. Maybe not enough staff? So.if you're really hungry, don't go here.

Food was ok but service should use some major work. Server gave us attitude and was not friendly. Refused to fix a situation that came up with our meal. This is just not good customer service. We left feeling very frustrated.

We had supper here, the service is ok, the location is good, what disappoints us is the food, it is not delicately made, comparing to the other Italian food I have, it is kind of not so well made.

I ordered baby back reebs and it comes with soup. I could not enjoy the food, the soup and fries where very salty.

We had a great time here at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Whistler. Food is consistent and the drinks were great but shout out to the exceptional service by Amelia, she was amazing. Definitely will be back again.

My partner had Spaghetti and I had a Caesar Salad. I'm not normally a girl to order salad, because I don't believe in paying for lettuce, but I wanted something light. I admit, I still love their garlic butter.

It's always the full meal here, all inclusive, with coffee or tea, soup or salad, and ice cream. We got the Italian Spumoni with chocolate, vanilla, and pistachio. It's not the most refined meal you'll ever have, but it's a decent family restaurant.

Truth: Old Spaghetti Factory used to be one of my top 3 restaurants when I lived in Victoria. I've been to the Victoria, Whistler, Banff, and Toronto locations.

Mid day visit to the old spaghetti factory in whistler. As always the lasagna was amazing. I appreciate the adherence to the covid 19 safety plan. Safe place to enjoy a decent meal on a budget. Ps love the bread with the garlic better! Good service

Food was delicious and staff helpful. Always nice to go where bread, soup or salad, and dessert are included with the meal. Portion sizes tend to be large. Music was a bit disruptive- we could hear music from two places at once. Otherwise five stars!

Well. I am of 2 minds regarding this place. If you want a place that won't mind if you come in with some crazy kids, then this is your spot. If you're expecting good italian food on your plate.perhaps you should keep looking elsewhere.

Remember this place as kid being the most awesome spaghetti place ever. Wish I hadn't returned to this one because it kind of spoiled those memories for all the reasons people say on here: sloppy food, tiny portions, bad service, ancient decor.

Staff was great, super friendly! Food was fine. Expected a bit more in flavour but it was pretty basic.

The old spaghetti factory used to be a lot better than it is now. Only reason for 2 stars is that the staff was good and my order was ready upon pick up.

First and foremost it was a spectacular experience and I would recommend the Whistler Old Spaghetti Factory to anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere and great food and service. After my friend and I had been told by various restaurants that the wait time would be upwards of three hours we were pleasantly surprised to be told we could be accommodated in about 45 minutes. Their COVID-19 protocol was well outlined and well implemented. It felt safe from start to finish. We were greeted by by our waitress Yee. She was forward and told us that she was new and this was her second shift. Well. We would never have known if she hadn’t told us! She was amazing. She was personable, knowledgeable of the menu and offerings and was very helpful with accommodating a food allergy. All and all Yee made our experience even better (please pass our continued compliments along).

To top it all off, I accidentally left my bag at the table when we left. We were partway through the village when a gentleman (who I believe may have been the manager) ran up to me carrying my bag. He braved the cold in his short sleeved shirt just to return my purse and for that I am very very grateful.

Safe to say we will be back!

It was decent price, 80 something for three of us, we ordered appetizers cheese triangle, on picture it was big but came really small. Three of us ordered meatball and mushroom spaghetti, it doesn't taste nice at all, we can make better sauce like 50 times better at home.

This old spaghetti factory is just like all the other ones. Nothing special just because it is located at whistler. Same prices, same menus, same everything.
Overall a decent place if you are looking for a quick meal. Don't except the food to be too good or authentic, but for the price I would recommend it. A drink, salad, main, and dessert for less than 20.

Really good value for the “all in” menu, especially after a long day of skiing! Great choice in the otherwise expensive village.

The staff were awesome! If you're a meat eater and love mushrooms you gotta give the New York steak a shot! There are vegetarian meals as well.

I would like to start by saying that the place was very busy when we went here. We were seated within ten minutes and our server was really nice. We ordered soup to start and some appetizers. The appetizer was great. They run out on minestrone so we got an upgrade for clam chowder instead. Then our meal came. I ordered NY steak medium done, and for me it was so dry (i should have ordered medium rare) and taste like the burnt residue of the grill. My wife ordered pasta and it was good. Overall, mediocre experience. Would have been 2 stars but our AWESOME server saved the day.

Food was great, as it always is at this location. In fact, we no longer visit any other locations because they always mess something up. However, the service was SERIOUSLY lacking here. I asked to sit on the patio, it was nice. But our server lacked professionalism and left us feeling like he was never coming back. Service was very slow and ended with our server asking us where we lived and telling us that his ex girlfriend lives in our city, and stated her name in a very dramatic way. Hopefully some further training can be done to help him serve guests in the future.

It's an OSF. That's exactly why I went. Whistler is such an expensive town to have fun in its nice to have an economical option relatively speaking. However, I think that's what everyone else was thinking as it took us an hour to get a seat. There were so many people waiting they ran out of those buzzers. Still, I was in vacation mode so I just hung out at the local Starbucks for a bit. They had AC while the waiting area outside the restaurant did not. It was a weird area with really no seats so that sucks. Also, yiu had people walk by from time to time with robes on because it shared the same hallway as the hotels spa/sauna area. Food wise, had the mussels for appy and then the spaghetti with clam sauce while my wife had the manicotti. Salad, dessert and coffee/tea is included of course. The waitresses we had was so awesome. You knew she was stressed and running around but she was still so kind and attentive and always smiled. We complimented her on her attitude. Definitely would go back.
