Amazing layout and structure. Great parking and loads of product. The OriginalFARM has become my fav dispensary. Consistently has the items I want in stock and the budtenders are knowledgeable.

This used to be a 5 star pot store but because of the way bc government regulations it don't have a chance it has to sell the same bunk as all the other stores the CBD oil tastes like your chewing on stems of the weed uncared for sealed over dry under weight from mass production farms so sad they used be great and had alsome products

Second time I’ve had a worker seem so inebriated they cannot function.

Previously told I could return something, when I could not. One worker said I could see if some glass fit, and could return it with my receipt. Turns out, that’s not store policy.

Today this worker seemed so intoxicated they couldn’t stop rambling and was holding up the line. I was watching other customers come and go while trying to be polite and wait for this worker to find what I was looking for.

Eventually I just asked for a recommendation and left, as it took way too long in there. I even checked the site to see what products were in stock, and none of my picks were found by the worker. What’s the point of the site, or is it another worker error?

Very regular user of the Click n Pick Up service. Last two visits, ignored while standing in the pre paid line. Alot of new faces, lacking any customer service training. Been standing and waiting for awhile as they serve others, even after making eye contact. Shouldn't take 15mins to pick n pay.

Love this place, the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Place is absolutely spotless inside and out. Well lit and the boards are easy to read along with the desktop view at the counter. Always a great selection on almost everything cannabis related. Highly recommended and you know I'm definitely coming back. These guys are my go to place and there are other locations on the island in case you get that travel bug.enjoy!

Hey, Danny was great! We had a little problem with our purchase which we knew it could be retuned if there is a problem. We did end up having a problem with our purchase. We went back and xplained our problem. Danny was very kind to to make everything right for us! We left happy customers. Also we appreciated Danny’s help and understanding. We will be retuning to the Farm soon again ️

I’ve been a customer for over 6 years and while it does tend to be a little more expensive I didn’t mind given that the store is beautiful and I haven’t had any issues over the years. Recently I went in because I had an issue with a brand new tank that was already clogged and I needed to exchange. After an employee pre-heated it multiple times and had me do multiple attempts to force it I was able to get a small draw which apparently means it can not be returned. It was a brand new cartridge within the return window that I can’t use with the $30 battery I had purchased from them the week prior. The associate even told me I would need to purchase a new battery with a button to make it work which is ridiculous considering it was a brand new cartridge. All I wanted was an exchange for one from the same brand that would work.

Loyal since opening I learned recently they underpay staff while overcharging customers. Does anything else matter? Sad

Great Selection of Canabis products to meet most anyone's needs. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Busy location at times, service is still reasonably quick.

Amazing service during the pandemic, the click and collect option is elegant and easy to use, and the counter service staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No, nobody paid me to write this, as far as dispensaries go this is as good as it gets IMHO. Sure, having an even greater selection would always be better, but they have good selection and stock for everyone's needs.

I wish the packaging of the products would be a bit more sensible and mindful of the environment, but that's not on the dispensary. Government guidelines I guess. Getting a large plastic container for a gram of bud just seems like such a waste. But again, not the fault of the Farm (I think, correct me if I'm wrong).

Awesome service every time I've gone in there, especially recently. Tez helped us out and was amazingly friendly and really made us happy to shop there. Great selection of products as well

Came in to buy a concentrate vaping devices but was met with a condescending attitude from one of the staff. The only reason I purchased the product is because it was the only item in stock in any dispensary in Victoria, otherwise I would've left and made the extra drive to go somewhere else.

I think I was met with the attitude because these "bud tendors" have some sort of superiority complex, as I've found, like they know best or better than everyone else.

Some of us have been consuming cannabis for longer than these bud tendors have been alive.

Settle down, you're a bud tendor who makes minimum wage or slightly better, get over yourself.

Not saying they're ALL like this, but most I've come into contact with have the attitude.

Dear FARM; check your customer service and keep an eye on anyone with a "my poop don't stink" attitude, you'll likely find it gets presented to the customers.

Nice setup, knowledgeable staff, products are a little pricey. Sale items will be something that's like 90$ regular, now 89$, still expensive.

Been visiting the Hillside location for years now and there is a reason I drive across town to go there specifically. It's always been a super professional place and customer service is tops. Cheers to a member of their staff for going above and beyond today (in my books). She's a rockstar!

Really nice dispensary.the online menu is also really helpful especially since you can order ahead online and pick up in store.prices are fair as far as dispys go.customer service can be a bit hit or miss (like most businesses really) but usually pretty good

Love The Farm it's my go to. The click and collect feature is great, just order from home and pick up when ready.

Customer service with most of the staff is seriously lacking. Especially the staff that have been there a long time, it's hard to get them to even speak with you if you have questions. Would avoid if you need advice on products

If you know what you want to try you have a variety of options to choose from! Couple of the location I've tired depends on the mood I'm in, how much I want to spend and the energy of the staff. Enjoyed every visit in store so far. Thank you for being open during this difficult time.

Bumped up to a 5 from a 4, awesome selection with much better prices than the last time I was here. Super nice displays of their stock. Covid precautions are reasonable and tolerable! Staff lovely as always!

Fantastic store with a huge selection of cannabis and cannabis related products. They have large screens at the check-outs where you can see all of the types of cannabis they have and they can sort it by what you'd like (sativa, indica, hybrid) so it is easy to find what is right for you. Great prices on small glass pipes if you are just getting started. Very friendly staff and I have only had good experiences at this store.

This is the best FARM location in Victoria and easily the best dispensary in Victoria. They have the best selection, they often have ridiculously good sales on quality products such as Broken Coast, and they have the BEST STAFF out of any dispensary I've ever been to. They are super polite, down-to-earth, friendly, they KNOW their stuff, they won't try to upsell you something that won't help you.

Again, this is the best dispensary in Victoria. The downtown Farm leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service and staff knowledge about cannabis and the cannabis industry.

First time customer,

1. I felt I was annoying the staff member just by being there.

2. He lied to me on one of my questions, I realized after even the box said the opposit to what I was told.

3. I'm pretty sure I was also given false information on a different question, as the government site seems to state different.

I was referred to them so I ignored the negative reviews, that was a mistake.

I will never go back.

They are always able to find you exactly what you need, best customer service in Victoria, they have so many varieties of products and prices, and the building is always looking remarkable. I can never find a bad thing to say about it

I like Farmacy a lot but I would like them a lot more if they told you how much THC is in the strain on the pic. I need something at least 18% absolute minimum. I hate having to ask about every strain. It's on the bottle just add it to the screen. Also $45 for a 8th is nuts no matter how good it is.

Thanks for the response I'm changing my review to 5 stars after a satisfying response to my concerns. The bud tenders are really knowledgeable & super nice at the DT location as well.

The original farm haa two places. One downtown vic which sucks for finding street parking but I prefer the one near oak bay
Normal parking lot. Eitherway it's an ok place to get what you need in the way of oils and buds as its easy and they have a good selection but the pricing at any original farm dispensary is just plain ludicrous for what you get. I only use it when I can't source it cheaper

Ive been here twice and twice now ive been sold old yellow weed and there excuse is the duty free stickers. Wouldnt go here unless i had to and there fully aware of that. Be warned. They should be gone just like the rest of the dispenseries. Shameful. Also ive read the owners comments on the reviews here and basically it all says its our fault for buying it we have to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT GOING HERE. I cant wait to see what the owner says about this. What a crook.

Overpriced and dry. Bought a gram of RISE for $10 that was packaged on september 2018, literally a WHOLE year ago. Stick with local dealers where you can actually buy for $5/g and it’s fresh.

This place is way overpriced. Everytime I buy any product from them it is not cured properly and way too dry. Their packaging is based on Justin Trudeau's model and according to me does not care about the environment as it is all plastic and not eviromentally friendly. There has to be a better way environmentally and pricewise than this.

Really unwelcoming customer service at the Hillside location. Almost every time I go there I have to deal with an unhelpful member of their staff who always seems irritated with me for making any inquiries into the product. Do yourself a favor and go bring your business somewhere that actually encourages professionalism in their staff.

Rude staff everytime for no jusitifed reason and terrible prices for pre rolls and limited selection. If you're gonna be the only dispensary of 2 in the city, have some decent stuff. Glad we have another option to go to because this place will not be getting my money.

A complete newbie with cannabis and I went in looking for CBD oil for inflammation and joint pain. I was given an oil and told it would be the right thing for me. No information on how much or how to take it was offered without asking and the directions were vague. After trying the product with no noticeable help I increased the dose with still no help. After researching the product I discovered that it is used more for anxiety then for pain.

I've been to a few of the dispensaries around town so far and I have to say this one is one of my favourites. The set up is pretty cool with the touch screens built into the counter displaying all the products. As well the quality of the herb was awesome. I Will definitely be coming back!

Rudest people ever, I had been told I could return something if it didn't work for me. When I went back to return the item, I was told that was not true. I said well the seal on the bottle isn't broken and that is what I was told. I even spoke with manager, it's not my fault an employee told me the wrong information. I should have got my money back, employee be talked too, and I now know this is not a policy. No, just rude and too bad for me. I will never go back. Now stuck with a product for $72, that I never would have bought if I had the proper information to begin with.

Long story short - there was no cannabis inside packaging.

I bought 3.5 g of Xscape Tailgate yesterday at 5: 30 pm. There was a seal and everything on the packaging. I opened it up once I got home and there was nothing inside. Literally no cannabis. I spent $35.00 for nothing at all. I couldn’t believe it. I called Farmacy and nobody answered so I left a voicemail. I don’t blame them for not giving me a refund or a replacement because how are they supposed to know I’m not lying?

I will never get what I paid for and it sucks but I’m writing this review for everyone going there. OPEN THE PACKAGING AND MAKE SURE YOUR CANNABIS IS INSIDE BEFORE LEAVING. Do it right in front of the cashier, because how else are they supposed to know you aren’t lying? I also wonder if this has happened to anyone else. Please let everyone know if it has and don’t be afraid to speak up! This is not okay. I won’t be going to this store anymore. Cloud9 is way better anyway.

Once upon a time one of the best dispensaries going! Not so much anymore. 1gram doobie $20 bucks, unbelievably ridiculous. When a couple of joints cause more than a 40 ounce of booze there's something fundamentally wrong! Just so sad.

3 half gram joints for $19.99 + tax, absolute rip off! Joints weren't even high quality, they burned with black acidic ash and wouldn't stay lit. Way better dispensaries downtown with way better value.

The one star is for their lemon water, which is a nice touch.

Helpful, friendly staff. There always seems to be deals on (like). Felt like I was the only customer in the shop as there was no rushing to get to the next customer. Excellent service and selection.
