The pizza and salads are really good. Very surprised and will definately become a regular here.

Great little spot for a bite to eat and drinks during the day. I will say, the waitress Sydney was awesome.

Went for happy hour and loved their patio, food was all great but the pizza was especially amazing. Didnt see our server between 530 and 6 and when she finally appeared at 6: 02 i tried to order a beer and she shrugged and said happy hour was over and there was nothing she could do about it, which was kinda lame.

If you have money to spend and are looking for great drinks, sexy vibes and to let loose.this is the place.

I love that their drinks come as doubles. I don't do single shots.it's a waste in my opinion. Tasty.their drinks were creative and tasty. I personally didn't like the pork belly, but that's just personal taste. I hear it's an acquired taste.and I certainly haven't acquired it yet. I wasn't a fan of the candied salmon either. I found it tough and chewy.but I guess it's the beef jerky just with salmon? Probably just another personal taste situation. What I did love though were their meatballs.melt in your mouth and wanting more kinda taste. I was wanting some fries and they told me they don't have a deep fryer. I feel that their appetizer selections came a bit short.just you know.a bit more in terms of finger foods. With that amazing bar and that rocking space some more options would've been much better.

Loved the service at the front door.really welcoming and happy to have you there. Will come back and try their pizza.

My favorite place to grab dinner with friends or a date night.the music is just a bit too loud sometimes but the great food and drinks make up for it

Visited The Parlour in Yaletown and I can confidently say it lives up to its reputation. The ambiance was relaxed yet modern, perfect for a casual dining experience. Their pizza offerings were a standout, especially 'The Dirty' with jalapeños, which I had topped with blue cheese. Paired with a side of dipping sauce, it was truly the best pizza I've ever tasted. From the quality of ingredients to the inventive flavors, The Parlour really knows how to deliver an exceptional pizza experience. Highly recommend for anyone in the downtown area!

Went for happy hour on a Friday evening. Had 2 pizettes (Hawaiian and the mushroom) Caesar salad, carpaccio and sliders. Everything tasted amazing. I concur with previous reviews the pizza is fantastic! And the service was just as good. Shoutout to our server Janelle who was so kind and friendly who refilled pop without even asking and made sure anyone’s beer was never done before asking if we wanted another. Anyone who complains about the service must have had a bad day. The place was loud and busy but we had no issues getting served. Will definitely be back for all of it especially the pizza!

The DJ should take a class in how to do his job and chill out on the sound effects. Whoever was playing the music on 12th of July was mashing the sound effect button 3 to 4 times a track with a loud high pitched unpleasant screeching sound. The music was played at a volume where the speakers couldn’t handle it and they were crackling. Food was good!

We came here for people watching. Mission accomplished. Food was pretty good. Happy hour here is definitely among the best in Yaletown. A must-try!

We ordered at least 3 rounds of drinks at the bar and I didn't tip the very last round. The bartender called me out in front of other people and said if I want better service next time, I should tip! Tip (GRATUITY) is optional, and I simply refuse to tip when I order 3 shots at the bar, with no table. This attitude shows that the restaurant has clearly failed in either adequately compensating their staff or training them for a basic customer service.

This place has gone way down hill. The service is mid at best. The atmosphere is leaning towards the gross end rather than an upscale bar. The worst part is that they nickel and dime you on everything as if I’m flying on some budget airline. Want sauce with your pizza? Extra charge. Want two flavours on a pizza? Extra charge. More olives? Extra charge. And then their machine starts the tips at 18%.

If you want good pizza, go across the street to Ignite. If you want a bar, go anywhere else.

We came on a Tuesday night and it was jam packed! Great location and atmosphere, however the time restriction was 1.5 hours. Some of my friends came a little bit late because they had to park farther and it was 15 mins walk. But other then feeling rushed out everything was great.

Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious, we enjoyed the beef carpaccio and oysters were half off. Win! Got a dozen of those and I had the smashed burger. In my opinion it could be juicer. The meat was on the drier side. Flavours and bun were ok.

Bland food, bland drinks.over priced. Went out for dinner to celebrate our friend's birthday and everyone wanted to leave because the music was way to loud we couldn't hear each other talk and our ears hurt. Terrible experience all around.

This star is only for customer service. In terms of texture and taste of pizza, the star can be 5.
My friend and I went there last night to celebrate a new work agreement and unfortunately it was a very bad experience.
I went there 5 years ago and based on my past experience I suggested my friend to go there and I didn't know that the new management has provided a very bad environment for customers.
The first point is that the interior of the restaurant is more like a night club than a restaurant. The second point is that after 1: 30, when I asked for the menu, they avoided giving me the menu and said that the table was reserved. This is if no one told us that the table was reserved upon arrival.
The restaurant manager, who was a very thin man and did not even introduce himself, rudely said sorry, you have to give the table and did not even let us finish our drinks.
I pointed out to him that I was very upset and nervous, and he mockingly answered, is it possible that anybody was upset and angry at the same time?
He kept repeating the same sentence. Now this question arises, is this place a restaurant or a night club? What is the reason for having such a large number of security gurds?
Why the environment that is supposed to be dedicated to eating and enjoying the minutes has turned into an unsafe and night club-like environment.
Is there no supervision for these matters?
I told to the resturan manager that I'll write review about situation and he said " don't care".
It is quite clear that they have not responded to any of reviews.

Best pizza in town. Try the Gold Member Pizza. Its our fav. And the 6-10 dipping sauce, arugala salad and burratta too. Yum!

The Hamilton pizza is one of the best and most unique pizzas I have ever had. It is so sweet and delicious with pear on it. I feel very full after I eat it but it’s full of light and healthier toppings that I never feel guilty eating it. I will say that the price is a bit absurd for the pizza though ($27). I really don’t think blue cheese, arugula, pear, walnets and caramelized onions along with the dough justifies the price given there is no meat. If you can try the pizza as an appetizer with friends or on a doordash or uber eats special, i seriously recommend it. I would rather order something with meat for that price point. Unique and delicious nonetheless!

Great Service and Atmosphere, but Disappointing Time Restriction Policy

I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes, attracted by the positive reviews about their food, service and atmosphere. While those aspects lived up to my expectations, I must say that the imposed time restriction left a sour taste in our mouth and impacted the overall experience we were seeking.

Upon arrival, my party was informed that our table was reserved for another group after a 90-minute time slot. This immediately set the tone of being rushed, which was not the relaxed dining experience we had hoped for. Although the service was attentive and friendly, the second reminder at the hour mark that we only had half an hour left added unnecessary pressure.

What perplexed us even more was the fact that there were several empty seats throughout the restaurant. It felt strange to be rushed when it seemed there was no shortage of available seating. Curious about this policy, we politely asked our server if they had received much feedback regarding the time restriction, and to our surprise, she agreed that it had been a point of contention among customers.

In a proactive attempt to address our concerns, our server took the initiative to speak with the manager. We watched as she pulled him aside to explain our disappointment, hoping for some understanding and possibly a resolution. Unfortunately, the manager walked right by our table, seemingly uninterested or unconcerned about our feedback.

While I appreciate the restaurant's efforts in providing a great menu, service and maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, the strict time restriction policy overshadowed these positive aspects. Dining out is meant to be an enjoyable experience, where customers can relax, savor their meals, and engage in conversation without feeling rushed or constantly reminded of time constraints.

I would urge the management of this restaurant to reconsider their time restriction policy and take customer feedback seriously. It's important to strike a balance between accommodating multiple reservations and ensuring that guests can fully enjoy their dining experience without unnecessary pressure. Addressing this issue would undoubtedly enhance the overall satisfaction of customers and encourage them to return.

Despite the disappointment caused by the time restriction policy, I would like to acknowledge the attentive and friendly service we received from our server, as well as the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant. If the issue with the time restriction policy is resolved, I would be more than willing to revisit and potentially update my review accordingly.

We visit this location for some food, while babysitting a 5 month old. The staff were wonderful, friendly, supportive, not only did they provide all the care and love the manager went out of his way and provided us a discount. I highly recommend this location and I am absolutely grateful to all the staff. Thanks

• My personal favourite was the Yaletown which was essentially a poke bowl on pizza
• Runner up was The Big Prawn, super meaty and rich in flavours
• The Goldmember wasn’t my cup of tea since it was super carby and heavy but if you’re really hungry get that
• The Stack of Short Ribs was alright but I wouldn’t get it again
• Sadly, the service we received was quite awful, we asked many times for water, ice and other things that just never came or came way later and our server would never come to our table

I went to “The Parlour” in January, 2023 and got food poisoning. I went and staff was nice. I ordered the gluten free cheese pizza with vegan cheese and it looked a little gross. I still ate it thinking that this is a restaurant and it should be safe. However, that night I puked 4 times continuously and was sick for a day with a fever of up to 103 degrees Fahrenheit. I would not recommend going here.

Thank you to the staff @ The Parlour for making my 25th birthday one to remember. Our server was very kind and attentive, the drinks and food were great, and if you go on a Thursday night, you might just get some free champagne! I will come again.

Good vibrant music on weekends. Vibrant sophisticated club-like scene great place if you’re out for a great night mingling with people your familiar and unfamiliar with.

I enjoyed the food, vibe of the restaurant and the front staff was very welcoming. However I am giving 3 stars because I found the waitress who was serving us to be rude. It felt like she was rushing our table, poor customer service skills and didn’t check in once to see if we needed anything. I found that I had to call her over to fill up my water. I would visit again, but hopefully get a server who actually enjoys their job.

Went here on Sunday after many years and it’s safe to say the quality is still amazing.

Ordered I’m a fungi split ($3) with the yaletown and it was the best combo for enjoying different flavors on one pizza crust.

Thanks for giving so much sauce - if there’s two pizzas, it’s good to order one sauce for $3 which makes it worth it. I really like the spicy parm dip.

Spent the rainy evening enjoying delicious drinks, good company and extraordinary food and service! We sat on the patio and the heaters kept us comfortably warm! The front of house team were friendly, accommodating, and polite; it's clear they love what they do! Tori was our server who has clearly been in the industry for some time. She was fun yet professional, informative and attentive.
The back of house team and cuisine, where do I even start. Wow. Just. Wow. Our order came out in record time! It was cooked to perfection, the presentation was on point and it was all so flavourful. So many wonderful flavours in each bite.
I can't recommend this establishment enough. Now I just have to wait until they open so I can order a pickle back pizza to enjoy on my way out of town!

The Parlour has an amazing vibe in a perfectly lit environment. Waverley and Tristen are two of the best bartenders I've had the opportunity to interact with and I highly recommend checking out this place. There is a great mix of happy people enjoying great food and drink.

Ordered a Plain Jane pizza with added pepperoni to avoid the red pepper flakes they add on the Pepperoni pizza. I can't do spicy at all. When the pizza arrived they had added red pepper flakes anyway. Not sure if they just decided to give me the regular pepperoni pizza instead of what I ordered. But the pizza was inedible for me. And it was a delivery, so there was nothing I could do. Had to reorder dinner from somewhere else.
