Fantastic experience from start to finish! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, it's very evident that the bikes are well maintained. The route was a perfect mix of landmarks and hidden spots. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations.

Great equipment and best service! We returned early and had no problem with a partial refund (didn't need overnight).

We came up from San Diego and went to Victoria for the day. All of the staff at the Pedaler were so welcoming and helpful. They showed us the best routes to see the city on bikes in a short timeframe. They even took some photos for us and gave recommendations on lunch spots.

My daughter and I did the 10: 30am Castels, Hoods and Legends tour with Mike yesterday, he is an amazing guide, very personable.
Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone that wants to see the site and get a little exercise at the same time!

Easy walk into town from cruise ship pier. Equipment was top notch, and staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, our experience renting e-bikes with The Pedaler was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and explained in detail how to operate the e-bikes. They answered all of our questions and even highlighted some amazing places to go to while we were riding around. The e-bikes were easy to use and also came with a lock so we were able to stop at places and lock up the bikes if we wanted to explore. It was such an amazing way to view parts of Victoria that we had never seen before. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone thinking of renting e-bikes while on the Island. Thank you so much for making our experience wonderful. We will be back again to see you the next time we visit! You have incredible staff as well as an incredible selection of bikes to choose from. We've live in Victoria for more than five years now and mostly driving and walking around. But last weekend decided to try e-bikes with the Pedaler Cycling. It was an amazing experience! Jordan was a huge fun to talk with! He gave us tons of useful tips about the city and places to visit
We did a great ride along the Dallas road and definitely will be back for more rides to the Galloping goose trail and to Sidney! Cheers to the Pedaler

Charlie- your passion for the Pedlar business, your excitement, taking my family out on the trail up to Butchart Gardens, and your sense of happy humor turned a "fun event" into an "unforgettable adventure". Better yet, we got 2! The first day was scheduled, and the second day you said "you know what? I'll go with you just for fun, so you don't get lost". That was an incredible gift for us. We will never forget it. And we all, really hope we get to hang out with you on another biking adventure soon! You are a very special person and adventurer. Amazing customer service! In August, I chose to do a day rental and half way through my trip I unfortunately got into a accident which caused damage to the bike and myself. Not only did the staff not charge me for my abruptly shortened rental or damage but they also took time to patch me up too. They were very kind! They offer multiple bike options are all well kept and in good condition. Moreover, they have various tours, and rental options available to suit all riders and trip durations. My experience has been outstanding so I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to rent a bike or do a city tour.

Took a bike tour today with Mike. It was a lot of fun and we were impressed by how much knowledge he had to share at each of the stops. The tour was a very fun way to pack a lot of sites into a couple of hours.

Rented a bike for the day from The Pedlar. Its located in the prettiest part of an awesomely beautiful city. Great experience, many thanks to Jord and the staff for making it happen Will definitely do it again on my next visit.

We really enjoyed our bike tour. Our guide Mike was knowledgeable, fun and did a great job showing us around town. My BFF and I had regular bikes and my husband opted for an ebike. We all had a great time - this is the perfect way to get an intro to the city and learn a bit about the history of the area. Here is a photo of Mike with the tallest totem pole in the world!

We went on the Victoria Castles and Neighbourhood Bike Tour with Mike. We had a large group and Mike ensured everyone was safe throughout the tour. What really impressed me was Mike’s historical knowledge and the fact that he made no attempts to whitewash history, and I appreciated that as a POC. He started the tour with land acknowledgements and the traditions and history of the First Nations in the area. He also took the time to explain the history of Chinatown and the treatment of the people at the time.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this tour!

We had a great ride on rented bikes. The bikes and price weren’t as good as we had in Vancouver, but still good enough for a great day.

We did the ‘Castles…’ tour with our two daughters of 13 and 16, it was great! Mike was very enthusiastic and well-informed. A really fun way to discover Victory which has the perfect scale for a tour like this! It’s not physically challenging but does get you nice and active after or before high-tea

Our tour guide Rick was so friendly & kind (making a special effort to engage my 13 yo son). What a great way to tour Victoria & find out all sorts of interesting historical facts about it. Rick also gave us options and adapted the tour to our interests. I highly recommend using them to tour the city!

Bought a bike, had repairs done, and thinking of getting a bike e-converted. They have always been great to work with: so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly.

Got my mountain bike repaired/tuned up and 38 year old chain replaced. It's running great now, much less friction and no clicking noises. Fast friendly service, inexpensive. I'm very happy.

Charles and and his wife Leslie welcome us very warmly. It was such a nice first day in town. Charles’s knowledge about Victoria is huge. We learnt so much about the city, history, founders and architecture. Our kids 7 and 12 loved the experience. We rented one tandem and two bikes. Price are reasonable and service is Covid proof! Have fun.

Friendly and courteous service. Very helpful with describing the route options and use of equipment. Butchart Gardens tour is a full day excursion but easily manageable on the e-bikes.

We had a fantastic time exploring Victoria with our guide, Richard, on the Castles, 'Hoods & Legends tour! He was so personable and shared some really interesting information - you can tell he really loves the city! It didn't at all feel like a script, but like a conversation with friends.

The shop is located in a beautiful area of the Inner Harbour, so it has the added bonus of being a great place to take pictures. The bikes were also great quality and we felt very equipped for the ride. Richard even gave us the option of making it more challenging in certain areas, which was really fun!

We would highly recommend this tour and company to everyone, and are very excited for the next time we can take a tour with them!

We rented a tandem bike to explore Victoria. We had a great time cycling from James Bay to Oak Bay. We covered a larger distance. Cycling gives us the option to explore the beauty of Victoria more quickly and efficiently.

The staff and owner are super friendly. They are cycling enthusiasts themselves. They gave us helpful tips on how to use the bike.

Price wise, this is probably the most reasonable rental price we could find.

Renting a bicycle here was an absolute delight. The rental was affordable, the staff were extremely lovely and helpful. I would recommend you pay them a visit. PS, ask for Richard, he is a great guy to chat all things bikes with.

Rented a bicycle from Pedaler for one of our family members on our recent Galloping Goose 2 day ride. The one we rented was way better than our own! We all should have. Excellent service, very thoughtful, courteous staff. Highly recommended. Will rent from them again for sure.

This bike rental place was located right downtown Victoria, the staff was super friendly and they thoroughly cleaned the bikes and wanted to make sure you were comfortable and happy with your bike before renting it. Definitely recommend renting from here if you’re staying in Victoria! Prices were very fair.

We had a great city bike tour with the pedaler. Terry was a great guide, very informative and we learnt alot about the city. It was a great day and we would highly recommend others to do this tour

Had a really fun bike tour through a good chuck of Victoria. Our guide Alan gave us great info, especially on Native American history as he works with a Victoria based organizarion that seeks to preserve their culture. Highlights were the ride through the cemetary where you see tons of beautiful stags and deer, chinatown, the world’s second tallest totem and the loop through Beacon Hill Park. Pace was great and the Pedaler in general has a really awesome and friendly staff. Helmets were clean and bikes in great shape! Would go again for sure and most definitely do recommend

Such wonderful staff. We rented 2 tandem bikes for the day, and the staff were a big help. They were very helpful to get us on the bikes and even had a map for us, because we asked them what the best route was to the places we wanted to go to. They showed us the route and we were off. The bikes were also right outside when we got there, and there was no wait to get us on the bikes. The location was great, right next to the parliament buildings. Would definitely come back here and would reccomend it for all ages. (They have trailers that you can pull young kids around in too!)

Ilse gave such a wonderful tour! She told us stories about the history of the city, was very safe on the roads, and took us to delicious places to eat and drink. She was a treat to be with. Great tour from The Pedaler!

Our tour guide, Ian, was great! Informative and good storyteller. I love bike tours as an introduction to a new city. We visited cultural and historical sites and several neighborhoods in our 2.5 hour tour. No issues with bikes. Highly recommended.
