I won't recommend this Clinic to anyone, totally unprofessional. My daughter had the first session, and for the second visit, I did clearly indicate that we want to see Dr. Pelly for the adjustment they agreed upon. I had to cancel the appointment due to some work and the next appointment they had given automatically without discussing it with me and it was not even with Dr. Pelly. I cancelled that and I discussed again our requirement and my appointment was scheduled when I saw an email it was again with another Chiropractor but not Dr. Pelly. I cancelled again and asked why you keep giving me an appointment with another Chiropractor for my daughter when I told her upfront that we want to see Dr. Pelly only for the second visit, understand Dr. Pelly doesn't do the first visit initial assessment. They are so rude and don't have any time for their clients they call you and keep you on hold for several minutes and keep dealing with other customers. Come on! One should give the proper attention and time to their customers! Last but not least; the Clinic doesn't even have parking.you need to park on the road at your own risk and you would be lucky if you get the public parking spot empty.
I would recommend more good chiropractors who are not running a money-making business-like Pelly Clinic but offer the utmost care for their customers /patients and provide them best service and treatment. They send you an email to give them a five-star review and win a prize.such a bogus clinic! All these stars must be fake and bought by them.

The Pelly Clinic is a forward thinking office with a refreshing approach to healing and health in general. Dr. Roberts blew me away with her knowledge and ability to tailor what she knew to my specific body and situation. 2 weeks with her and I'm already feeling a massive difference. It feels good to finally have answers about my body that I've been searching for at other clinics for months! And I learned them within my first couple of visits. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone seeking a new Chiropractor - her technique and overall energy is unmatched!

Went in today as an emergency patient and got the best chiropractor care. Dr Roberts was very professional and friendly, explaining everything she was observing or doing. I left the clinic feeling considerably better than I came. Would highly recommend the Pelly Clinic to anyone living in the area.

This is the first clinic I’ve been referred to and so happy it was! Everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough (especially your initial visit). So cool to get other tests done besides an X-ray. Your well being is their number one priority. Highly recommend Dr. Angel! Also, offer other services such as massage and BrainTap. Definitely a nice touch after a session. Always leave there feeling amazing!
