So good, definitely a must! Creamy soft serve icecream, delicious chimney cakes and the best toppings/sauces. Yummy chimney cakes are made fresh to order. The hot chocolate is so yummy too. They are located throughout the city and open daily

Good soft serve ice-cream. Personally I think the idea is right but the execution fails. Not my type of ice-cream

We finished dining at another restaurant in the outlet centre and decided to try Praguery’s offerings. We were just going to order one to share but after waiting in line for them to solve their payment issues I had to order two. They were super yummy. The pistachio and mango toppings were delicious. The cinnamon cones were different and offered a layer of texture and flavouring. The insides of the cones had chocolate chips to plug the ends. They were filled with pistachios and mango syrup and strips. My only complaint was the vanilla soft serve was a little too soft. It would have been perfect if it was firmer.
Overall I highly recommend trying a cone.

Had the blueberry and Caramel ice creams. Loved the texture and the taste. The biscoff on the caramel was great as well. I couldn't get enough of it. Next time I'll definitely get a double. Hopefully I can visit you guys again soon. Definitely want to try other flavours!

Awful. The service. The ice cream. The server was rude. To my Son. The ‘cone ‘ was inedible. We threw it away. Save your money.

Bestest ice cream ever! Very creamy, rich and yet not heavy. Loved it! Their chimney cake base is so unique and delicious. I mean, if someone has a sweet tooth, it's a sin not to try it!

I tried the birthday ice cream. I wish they put more sprinkles on the ice cream and maybe a few. The chimney cake was tasty and was soft. The ice cream was creamy and tasty. They use one base flavour for all their icecreams and add different toppings. So it would have been great if they were generous with the toppings. This was 9 dollars.

Super love this! I scream for Ice Cream all the time and would normally crave it in the weekends. We’ve been planning to try this but only did so this weekend and it didn’t disappoint. So yummy from the Ice Cream to the Cinnamon cone. So yummy and it’s not too sweet too, just right to satisfy your chilly cravings. We will surely be back and try the other flavours:)

Delicious! If you want something a bit different than ice cream and waffle cone then give them a try.

The cone is so very delicious! Enjoyed every bite and would have happily gone back for seconds.

Me and friends love their sweet and the service except one of their caucasian staff in Richmond outlet location. She was in some kind of attitude when we were ordering, and I hope this won’t happen again. Thanks.

So expensive for soft serve. Do the math it's not worth it. Yes it was good although they ran out of strawberries "so sorry". The Asian guy working the cash couldn't be bothered with orders and when I asked for a receipt, the printer wasnt working "so sorry". No strawberries and printer not working? Not wanting to be present for the taking of my order? Just an unusual experience for DQ ice cream. Save yourself the trouble and wait for DQ. 2 cones for $21 absolutely not worth it!

This was amazing, not too sweet, not too big, fast service in spite of the line. The only thing I didn't like was the chocolate chips at the bottom, we told the lady taking our order 3 times that we don't want those chocolate chips, and she still added them.

The food truck is parked right outside the outlet entrance so it’s easy to find. I’ve had several of their “cones” and it’s always a delicious treat. The cones are served warm and covered in a cinnamon-y sugar goodness and filled with a creamy vanilla soft serve. Kudos to the friendly staff on their service even on a busy hot day.

This is a fun spin on a normal soft serve cone.
The cone itself is perfectly flavoured and is crunch on the outside and soft on the inside.
The pistachio was not as good as we were hoping but the lemon was great! Perfect for a hot summer day.

Delicious is the word to describe the items served by them. Must try for all visitors to this outlet mall.

I enjoyed their chimneycakes so much! With ice cream even better! I like how they present different flavors and topping and have a quite variety for us to choose.the panda one is so adorable! The truck is at a perfect place you can buy one before or after your shopping at this mall. Love it.

5 star for the Ice Cream and the for the friendly staff. Though I felt the ice-cream is a bit pricey, it's worth it.

Just ok, the cake is a lot smaller than what is pictured, was a bit stale for being ‘freshly made’. Also pretty expensive for what you get.
