The Property Twins team! What impressed me? Many things. Initially, their website. Then, my initial meet and greet with Chris and Paul, was a comfortable and honest communication laced with a bit of humour which for me is very important. Things moved very quickly the same day with an awesome photographer arriving and a beautiful brochure was soon delivered and we were listed. After my initial consult for my sale, most of my communication was with Jamie and/or Paul and I was impressed that I always received a text or call back very quickly to any enquiry, matter how ridiculous it may have been. Paul looked after an Open House and we had an offer! As well, I was very fortunate to enlist Paul to arrange to see and negotiate my new purchase. Any time I wanted to see a listing, Paul was accommodating and always on time or early which I greatly appreciated. Listening skills. Paul obviously has some awesome listening skills as I no doubt said a few crazy comments and asked a few crazy questions which didn’t seem to phase him. I also have to do a shout out to Melody for her assistance. It's definitely a "team" effort. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the Property Twins team. These guys are the real deal if you are buying or selling in the Fraser Valley! Jamie and Matt found us our dream home within a weekend. My wife and I came to the team as damaged goods; we started working with the team mid house hunt after letting our previous realtor go. What can i say, The Property Twins make the buying and selling process a breeze!

This is the second time i have worked with Chris, Jamie and Matt, once on the buying end and just recently on the selling end and i couldnt be more satisfied with the way things turned out. They really tap into the new age marketing side of things to get your house out there in the best way possible and they are very accurate / realistic with pricing and compareables.

Selling my house this time was a wild ride. I worked mainly with Chris we had two offers fall thru due financing and everytime one fell thru another offer came to the table. I put a offer on a house in squamish after the first offer i got on my house so i had until december 15th to make it work. I was pretty much ready to loose hope after both offers fell thru becuase the clock was ticking on the squamish house. 7: 30 pm on the 15th he said i found someone interested like very interested and they want to see your house tonight at 8: 45 pm so i said ok lets do it, it was my last chance to not loose my dream house in squamish. Long story short 11 pm rolls around i get a no subject offer, i got to keep my dates i had set for my new place in squamish and at 11: 45 pm everything was official and the rest was history, it was a christmas miracle.

The reason i tell the full story is becuase you can really feel how much work/care/ passion they put into selling your house and they will go the extra mile to make things happen no matter the time of night or circumstances.i honestly couldnt of been more appreciative to them for what they did and getting this deal done. We both sold our existing home and purchased our new home with Paul Piche from the Property Twins and are so happy with how the experience went. When you work with this group, you truly have the advantage of having an entire team of caring, knowledgeable agents who provide responsive communication and down to earth advice.
