The Repair Factory

Shoshana, Drew, and company were amazing. My MacBook had multiple problems that they helped me through, and I ended up needing to send it back to Apple through no fault of Repair Factory. They were super supportive every step of the way, talking me through it, making sure I got a return on the part no longer needed, and were very generous with making sure I had a loaner so I could still do my work-from-home job. The repair ended up being beyond the scope of what they can do locally, but what I care about is the service along the way, and that was without a doubt 5-star.

I recently got my Samsung phone fixed in here. They were on time did the repair and even the after checking in. Polite and honest staff. Very affordable cost and trustworthy service. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs it. Good to have u guys in Kootenays.

I love the Repair Factory! It's awesome to be able to have your tech tools repaired instead of thrown away. The service is friendly and the communication timely. I recently had to do a return and was really impressed with the curtesy I received. Will definitely comeback.

I brought in my iPhone7 to get the shattered screen replaced. From their quick response to my request for a quote, to their obviously adequate stock which had what I needed, to their very fast service (get your phone there by 11am for same-day service), it was a great repair experience. The Nelson Repair Factory is my local Mac service center. Recently had issues with a 2017 Macbook pro, which led to complicated decisions as to what to do. The staff walked me through my options and we came up with a solution that I'm pleased with.

Great service! I thought my laptop was done / not worth repairing. I was wrong, these guys were right. They fixed it for far less than I had expected, and far less than Apple quoted me. Works perfectly again.

Good communication and friendly service. They replaced my iPhone battery for a reasonable price and it was done when they said it would be done.

They managed to pull all my information off my old phone and put it onto my new one when Samsung told me it wasn't possible. 10/10

I was extremely happy with the service and professional assistance with my repair. Eric immediately set me at ease with my seemingly impossible problem. By being careless with backing up hardrive, when it caved I thought photos and other projects were gone. The crew said no problem, installed an awesome replacement at a killer price, and migrated all my data over. My laptop is at Mach speed and with new OS! They also follow up to see how I am doing and if I need any help. I will be doing all my computing business at Repair Factory! Thanks again everyone!
