From the moment I entered the facilility it was clear that I was in capable hands, the staff were professional, well mannered and highly skilled. From my experience with the receptionist to the cda and finally the dentist it was overwhelmingly obvious that the management was highly adept in finding the right people and fostering a well balanced atmosphere of positivity and friendliness along with consice and efficient dental work.
Overall I think this is an amazingly ran establishment that has mastered the patient experience with highly refined processes and top notch dental work

I just wanted to express my sincere thank you to Dr. Sourial and the wonderful job she did with my teeth. Not only she changed my visage with modeling my front tooth but I can bite without any pain now. It has been painful for past few years and yesterday within half an hour she just changed the filling and I am not experiencing any issues anymore. I am amazed!

Its was a great experience getting my dental work done by Rise Dental Group near Cambie crossing west 8th branch. Staff is quite friendly and welcoming. The dentist who operated me seems experienced and very confident in working. The customer service was at the desired level.

I take it back, I've done fillings before that were deep and
1- I didn't get as much sedation as I get (even though I've told her I get headache after I get them, missed on work & classes for 2 days)
2- my tooth feels hollowed out and hurts (did fillings before & never had the same filing)

the other thing that I don't get I came in late first appt and they said they can't do any work (which I'm okay with as usually first appt is for setting plan and checking your teeth) they did some x-ray then I'm asked again to set check up appt for another day.

But to be fair everyone there was friendly.will i get back again to the clink? Absolutely no.

Everyone is wonderful. I absolutely adore all the staff at this dental office. Dr. Mariam has always been so attentive! Every issue that arises for me is always addressed with urgency and care. Thank you for your smiles and kindness!

They recently tried to send me a bill for services rendered over 10 months ago! I always paid in full the remainder balance after my benefits were deducted as soon as I got out of the chair!
I checked against my benefits to my debit records and everything matched up. Glad I checked. I find it very unethical they tried to pull this. How many people are they pulling this scam on and haven’t checked?

That and I have filling lumpy residue on a couple front teeth from a sloppy job!

Best dental clinic in Vancouver! The team is run by rockstar women, and I loved that they made me feel really safe and cared for. They definitely raised my personal bar for what dental care should look like, and the direct billing for insurance is so easy!

Everyone here is so friendly and they always remember details about my life so they make me feel respected and not just any patient. The dentist is never an appointment I particularly look forward to (scraping teeth and fluoride and all), but they make it more than bearable. My teeth are definitely well looked after here!

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but if I had to choose somewhere togo it's here at Rise Dental. I cannot say enough about the wonderful team who look after all my teeth needs. Simranjit is a wonderful dental hygienist. Not only is she kind and funny during our appointments, her skill at her craft clearly shows years of experience, matched with genuine care for her patients.

Just started going here. I've only had a check up with Dr. Sourial so far, but she is very gentle and seems to really know a lot and cares about what she does. I had my teeth cleaned and polished by their hygienist (Simran). She is very thorough and did an awesome job. Everyone who works here really seems to like their job and are all extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. If I had any friends I would definitely reccomend The Rise Dental to them.

It was my sons first dental appointment ever, he is three. My idea of a successful first visit would be sitting in the chair, learning about the tools used in dentistry, and a dentist or hygienist touching some teeth. Anything more would be a bonus.
We arrived on a weekday at 5pm during COVID, in August.
We were shown to the dental chair by front end staff, who were very friendly. We did not see the dentist or hygienist until 5: 20pm, 20 min for a three year old in new environment is a little long.
Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of age appropriate distractions. I had hoped the tv on the ceiling would have him mesmerized, it wasn’t used (possibly broken?). A computer screen was used to play PeppaPig, great choice! Unfortunately it was out of view with him laying on me in supine.
The dentist had an agenda, polishing his teeth and ensuring he was comfortable having water sprayed and suctioned from his mouth. I wasn’t asked about my expectations for the visit.
After the visit I was informed he has no cavities. When asked about some tooth discolouration I was told it might be a necrotic tooth related to a previous fall. My sons fall was many months ago, he has no loose teeth and the discolouration is minimal. The dentist re-assessed his teeth and suggested it may just be stained.
All in all the experience was fair. My son didn’t scream or cry and tolerated everything pretty well.
My suggestions for your team:
1.ask parents what they would like to get out of their child’s appointment/visit,
2.book kids when you have plenty of time and patience (not at the end of day),
3.be flexible with your expectations,
4. Introduce new tools to kids, let them hold or play with the instruments and see how they work before using them.
5. Don’t bribe, offering a toy if they allow you to do what you ask.

Being at the Frontline at VGH ICU in this Covid19 uncertainty, I am so glad having my dental routine done. First thing, the atmosphere at the clinic is positive in welcoming me. Wearing appropriate PPE mask and face shield of the staff is assurance for me as being safe. Thanks to all of your hard work and staying strong during this uncertainty. Stay strong and we’re truly in this together.

I absolutely regret going to this place. Yeah they're friendly, but after a dentist there treated a minor cavity of mine, which didn't even hurt before the filling, that tooth started hurting at chewy, crispy and of course hard food. Two dentists from Rise said it's bite problem and rubbed that tooth and the tooth next to it, but things never got better after four months.
Today I went to another clinic and was told that the dentist drilled my tooth so deep that the nerve endings were exposed. So now I have to bear with it for a half to one year, hoping the nerve ending would die out, otherwise they'll have to kill the nerves of the entire tooth. Well played.

Dentist, hygienists and staff here are professional, competent, patient, kind and empathetic. No qualms about recommending them. Their precautions during COVID are reassuring.

This dental service deserves the FIVE STARS! I was very glad and super happy being introduced to this place to get my wisdom teeth extractions! Everyone working there were very friendly and warmth welcoming. They took good care of me unlike my previous dental. Brianna was such an amazing person who explained thoroughly about my wisdom teeth procedure and made me feel so at ease. Thank you! I’ll definitely coming back in the future for my teeth check up and etc. I highly recommended to everyone. This place is a win win.

They are all so friendly! They also do a great job. The dental hygienists are knowledgeable and give good good advice (I appreciate that they do some teaching/prevention instead of just cleaning).

I’ve had the greatest experience with Rise. The dentist saved a back tooth for me that I think others might have pulled. Now the hygienist has helped me turn around gum retreat. I’m delighted!

Amazing service here! Staff are so friendly and service is quick + painless. Facilities are very modern and comfortable. I've been going here for years and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here (at once) by Dr. Eiman and I'm seriously not kidding when I say it was one of the easiest dental operations I've ever had. Done in 45 minutes with next to no swelling and absolutely no pain whatsoever. I recently had my Invisalign procedure overseen by Dr. Mariam. It went so smoothly and the results are amazing! If you've been on the fence about Invisalign, you should go for it ASAP.
I seriously can't recommend these folks enough. If you live in the area you should definitely be going here!

Definitely the best dentist experience I've ever had, although my last dentist was pretty bad. But nonetheless I highly recommend Rise!

The Rise Dental Group exceeded my expectations! Had to find a new dentist since I moved across the country, gave them a try and I will never go see any other dental cabinet again. Everyone in the office is overly nice and understanding, make you feel very comfortable and they even direct bill my insurance company. I almost enjoy going to the dentist now. I strongly recommand this place; you will not be dissapointed!

Amazing team of professionals who truly care about their patients. I am always scared of dentists but Pinky has put me at ease.she is so caring and simply is the best dental assistant I have ever seen. Dr Keshvarynia is funny and confident in what he does.despite I was being unreasonably afraid.he was understanding and I could tell his work was amazing. I could actually eat an hour after the fillings! Simran was amazing as well.making the cleaning experience relaxing. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
