Attention ladies in the greater Victoria area! If you are looking for skin rejuvenation, look no further. Dr Hatfield is one of the most attentive and caring physicians I have come across in the field of medical aesthetics. My skin and face are literally glowing! I felt instantly more confident, and look and feel as though I’ve turned back the clock.

My areas of concern include crows feet around my eyes, loss of fullness in my cheeks, and common signs of aging related to sun damage, and breakouts.

I highly recommend the entire team at the rosenthal clinic as they are professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. The treatment options cover a wide variety of conditions, and I look forward to continuing to work with them as I move through my 40’s with a renewed confidence.

I’ve lived my entire life with a scar in the centre of my upper lip. As I’ve gotten older the right side was seemingly less full. Dr. Hatfield gave me lip filler & I am delightfully surprised with the results.
Guilty confession: I am a smoker as well, my treatment was a double win as my lines are much more minimal. Over all my experiences at the clinic have always been nothing but fabulous. The staff are amazing, friendly, understanding & so respectful. An amazing team!

Have been to this clinic 2x before. Had a laser genesis treatment and a dermaplaning treatment. Both times staff were very friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very clean and overall was a great experience. I will certainly be back to get repeat treatments and perhaps try something new.

Reading the reviews, all the positive reviews sound like a script and the negatives sounds like real individual people. I want to get laser treatment but am most definitely not going to be trying this place. Hope you find real clients one day once you learn what you’re doing!:)

I went to the Rosenthal Clinic for a Co2 laser treatment in mid-December 2022, for acne scars and lines above the upper lip (smokers’ lines), among other things, and it was such a great experience. Not only were the practitioners and Dr Rosenthal professional, very generous with information, and overall conscientious, which put me at ease and gave me peace of mind, but also the results were phenomenal. They really did exceed my expectations. In the past, I did have CO2 laser treatments in another clinic, but the results at Rosenthal were by far better. I am so pleased, and I will gladly return to the clinic in the future. I highly recommend!

‘It’s worth the drive’ to experience the expertise and knowledge of the amazing team of clinicians at The Rosenthal Clinic. I have been very impressed for many years now, and therefore I do not attend any of the “other places” even though the drive time would be considerably less.

I absolutely love Dr. Rosenthal and everyone in the clinic. April and Bethany are just a few of the professionals who care about what you want and discuss at length the approach they will take. The team is always willing to spend time explaining procedures and are all well versed in their area of expertise. I am always relaxed when I arrive and happy when I leave.

I have seen Brittany at the Rosenthal clinic a few times. I have done coolsculpting, laser and ultherapy treatments. Brittany’s professionalism is incredible. I was so comfortable during the coolsculpting and she made me feel so at ease while doing my consultation. The ultherapy appointment was so worth it! My jawline and neck are so much more lifted and firm. We did the treatment a few months before my wedding and the photos are incredible (hello jawline!). Brittany is just the sweetest technician ever. While these aren’t the most comfortable treatments, Brittany talked me through them all and made them a breeze. Would definitely come back again and again to the rosenthal clinic and especially to see Brittany.

I had Coolsculpting done in June 2019. I was told it would take 3 months to show any change or difference. It has been 5 months now and I have seen no change at all. I was told that I had the right body for this procedure to work well. I go to the gym and workout regularly, I have a fat pocket on my inner thighs that create friction, which often causes a rash when it's hot out and I do a lot of walking. When I had my consultation I was told it doesn't work on everyone but that is just a very small percentage of people and I an not over weight so it usually works. I guess that is not me, it's very frustrating to spend that kind of money ($1,400) and get nothing. My consultation was great, very friendly and excited and the procedure was simple and was exactly as explained. I got one email after about 2 months and I said no changes so far, and that's all I've heard from them. They said the would want me to come in after for a follow up and to take pictures but haven't heard a thing since. I guess there is no reason to take a picture if there is no change.

I had outstanding service and results with April at The Rosenthal Clinic. I couldn’t believe the before and after photos after just 1 laser appointment. I can’t wait to go and see her again soon! I’d highly recommend her!

Exceptional. I spent a lot of time researching various services and I didn’t get a good feeling from other companies in town. They seemed rude, cold and arrogant in comparison. Or, under educated and desperate. In contrast, the entire team here is very well trained and educated, have an impressive bedside manner and their treatments are very effective. I always feel well cared for and in great hands with the ladies here so I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If you want perfection Dr. Rosenthal is the lady for you! She has done my lips with filler and my botox for my 11s, brow lift and my chin and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. She and her team are amazing, you will not be disappointed!

This morning I had an opportunity to meet Katy when I visited the clinic to purchase another Glo lip liner, (Pronto), which does corral my aging lips and prevent bleeding red lipstick!
Fortunately, Katy had some time to respond to my query re a foundation which would work well for travel and I am now in possession of a Glo primer in a 30ml.tube, (SPF 30), which is 'perfect'!
Katy also experimented with a mineral powder foundation which I intend to purchase later.
Clearly, Katy knows skin, product, and how to use them. I did not feel I was being 'up-sold' which I appreciate (and which I would resist!)

I have sensitive skin and am using a skin care line and regime that has really helped me take care of my skin. I love the hydrofacials and notice a big difference after each treatment. I am cautious as skin cancer runs in our family and preventative maintenance is extremely important (hat, sunscreen, sleep and water).

Dr. Rosenthal and her staff are always up to date on product knowledge, current procedures, are a wealth of information and provide patient education and always follow up.

Dr. Rosenthal who was once my GP has gone above and beyond in my medical care and I have been very blessed. The same level of professionalism is present at the clinic which includes her wonderful staff whom are professional, caring, conscientious and funny. Thank you to all of you!
