There are still okay deals to find here. I used to buy suits here but ever since they started to split them up there's been no point.

No change rooms? ! Very dismayed by their pay first /try on at home policy. If the clothes don't fit, they will not return your money. Even more maddening, they will not issue a store credit. Instead, you're kindly welcomed to waste your time and pick another item of same value (without trying it on) and participate in the 7-day 'exchange only' silliness ad nauseam, until you either get lucky, or more likely just give up. If you want to gamble with clothes fit, you're better off ordering online. I'm not a gambler -but if I was, I'd buy lottery tickets or hit the casino. They say it's to 'fight the virus' but there is'nt, nor ever has been any science backing this nonsensical, unethical, Monty python-esque, abusive policy.
To add insult to injury, a high percentage stock is overpriced, & poorly organized.

I strongly recommend shopping instead at the wildlife rescue thrift store down the street at 71st and Granville, (has change room!). Oh wait /scratch that.the wildlife rescue thrift store closed /is no longer there.

I used to shop here a ton but since covid they have closed their change rooms and you can't try anything on anymore so I don't even bother going in anymore.

Salvation Army doesn't test their electronics. They also refuse to take said electronics back. They sell broken items knowing you can't do anything about it

First time checking out this Salvation Army location. It’s right next door to the VPL Marpole branch.

Very well organized and clean. Has a mix of things. Some decent deals and obviously, lots of overpriced items. Know what stuff is worth if that’s an issue.

FYI: No tax charged on their prices, 15% off if you have a SPC card and a 10% seniors discount for 60+. Surprised they offer a 15 day exchange on clothing items.

A wonderful place filled with hidden treasures. You never know what you are going to find. And deals are aplenty.

After today's visit I will never go to this store again. Half of the stuff there should be thrown away. Shoes so worn they should never be on the shelves. Tea cups priced at 19.99 per set, stop using eBay prices for a guidance.

Very expensive for a thrift store, and many items are low quality, especially the clothes. I searched a long time for a nice shirt, I only found one which fit me and was nice enough to wear at work, then I noticed it had a large wine stain on it. Also, a lot of the inventory is dirty.

I have just emailed Salvation Army filing a complaint for what I witnessed today at this location. I shop at SA thrift stores often and generally find them clean and organized. But today I was screamed at for entering through an exit door as well as witnessed two employees demean a woman for dropping off donations in the front rather than the back (after she apologized that she didn't know, an employee rudely remarked: "I don't know if you're aware but there's a global pandemic going on"). Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location.

Grossly overpriced items for what is supposed to be a thrift store. Items say working condition but they are all defective in some sort of way. $29.99 for a broken breadmaker that I now cant return because they only refund to a store credit. I just want my money back, and no I dont want to find anything else in your shop. DONT SHOP HERE GO ELSEWHERE. Now I understand why its final sale!

Overpriced for a thriftstore, more like consignment prices. Would recommend any other Salvation Army or Value Village than this store on granville.

Highly overpriced, like close to retail cost for second hand items. I saw a lamp for $40.00, a grandfather clock for $500.00, men's jackets are in the $39.99 range, old desks and dressers are $75.00 or above, they have friendly staff, but. If you want to find something great for less expensive than retail. This is not the place for you.

I saw a customer bragging to the staff, about being rich. And you have to be, to shop there.
