I recently visited The Samosa House and was satisfied with the delicious food and friendly service. The samosas were crispy and filled with flavorful ingredients, and the lamb curry was rich and satisfying. The staff was also attentive and made sure our experience was top-notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty Indian cuisine.
The Masala samosas were our favorite.

Samosa house is a great place to get fresh samosa made to order. They are hot and fresh. Tried the original, was very good. Will try others. Best to order ahead of time as they make it fresh.

We called in a week ago to order Samosas and requested them to be picked up at 11am, we had called again in the morning to confirm they would be ready and they said yes no problem, now my driver has been waiting there for an hour and their still not ready when we asked to speak to the manager she hung up on us twice. We had a lunch planned for over 100 staff members and it's lunch time with no food. Very unprofessional would not recommend using them.

We ordered chicken, classic, paneer samosas. The paneer was super oily and no taste. I found the chicken too salty to eat. Classic was okay only.

This place was introduced to me by my boss. Everybody at work loves their butter chicken samosa with tamarind sauce. Best samosa in the world. I can finish like 8 pieces in 1 sitting. It’s so addicting and so delicious. My little one loves the classic.

WORST tea I ever had and owner denied a refund. Tea was prepared with
used tea leaf, even water tastes better than the tea served by this takeaway joint!

They accomodated my order of 150 pieces of classic samosas. It was done in 20 minutes. I like that the samosas were just spicy to my liking. Thank you for the great customer service.

Butter chicken samosa was awesome, spicy samosa are actually spicy so, if you are a spice lover must try here. Samosa are really crunchy

Best place to find different varieties of Samosas. We loved the hot and spicy classic and Masala samosas, also desi style hot chai.

They are least bothered if a customer is waiting to order. Could not even order. Was kept waiting. Had to leave as no one was available to take the order itself. It was an in person order

Shahi paneer samosa - Did not like combination of chopped onions with shahi paneer as regular dish does not have them. Rich tomato purée taste, mild spice, overall worth a try solid 3 stars.

Samosas are heavily adapted for the non-Indian market so for Indians looking for authentic samosas, this might not hit the mark. Samosas lack flavour and chutneys are flat. Chai is light and milky. Staff is nice but service is slow.

This is a scam. Don't waste your money here. Samosas were good but NOT WORTH 2 DOLLARS A PIECE. It's less the half the size of a traditional samosa and twice the price. Save your money and just get traditional samosa there's nothing special about these ones. I'd give 0 stars if i could. Highly dissatisfied

Had ordered samosas gave 20 min notice. They were fried overdone and inside dough was still sticky. Would never go back to this place for samosas

I wish they made beef samosas. I grew up in East Africa and grew up eating beef samosa. I really miss them. However, these guys do a great job on traditional and not so traditional flavours.

Every time I'm in Surrey I make an effort to drop by because they've got some of my favorite samosas. The samosas are a little smaller than other places but they're more flavorful and have lots of different flavors. My favorite is the spicy paneer one. Both the tamarind and mango chutney are very good

The samosas were ok at the best, very small and bland. Chai was disappointing, barely tasted like chai and was like watery milk.

Their samosas taste really, really good! I usually go out of my way to get them. Price is a bit high for samosas though and the service is hit and miss

The somosa house is a great somosa shop, they have a wide variety of somosas including classic and my favourite, paneer. They have relatively fast and good service. I would definitly recommend their delicious somosas.

Some of the best samosa's I've had. Light not greasy at all and perfectly seasoned. The kitchen is also spotless. Highly recommended.

Ordered veggie pakoras but felt like it was potato pakoras as that's really all they use. The pieces were small and slim. The colour was very dark - as if old oil was used. The taste was soggy and very salty. Made two orders but they put both in one box. Was ready quickly though.

The samosa's were tasty however i found it expensive. Walmart Deli Brar's samosa is value for money.

I was extremely disappointed with the service as I made the order online this morning to have my order pick up @ 12: 00pm but they were not ready till in 15 mins later. Also I witnessed the cook picking hot chicken samosa but suddenly it was dropped on the floor. The cook picked it up and put it back with the rest samosa: {: {: {: {. She (the cook) did not wash her hands (so gross) and continued to cook. She saw me witnessing and suddenly spoke with the other manager to close the door quickly. I decided to have a serious talk with the manager asking what is going on with my order and why they were not ready by 12p.m. And why the cook didn't wash her hands after picking dirty samosa up on floor and putting it back with the rest samosa. Seriously she didn't think seriously before take action. I demanded not to take the order because I am not too sure if she put the dirty samosa with my order. The manager said to me "no way she cannot do this" and was willing to give me new order anyway. I was satisfied but not too satisfied with the cook who didn't think of the hand hygiene including washing hands during the COVID19 situation.

Please have your staff practice and follow the food hygiene and safe procedures seriously.
I am not too sure if I will return to purchase samosa from the Samosa House.

This place is my most favorite place to go. The samosas are the best. Always my first stop when in Surrey. It's samosa made with love!

Great tasting samosas. Definitely order more than you need, as they are a bit smaller than what I traditionally see. However, they make up with their flavors. I also liked how the food was not as oily as others ones I've tried. Definitely recommend the classic, the shashi (butter chicken sauce and paneer), and spicy samosas. Their tarmarind sauce is a great compliment to the food as well.
Although they usually fry up to order and the food is hot and crisp, I would definitely recommend doing during lunch, school-out times, or dinner, as the order will be fresher.

They will not sell you less than 6 samosas when you walk in if you are white, I asked for 2 paneer samosas and 4 veggie samosas and was told i had to order a minumum of 6 each, and i could not get less than that of any type. When I left the person behind me, who was not white, ordered 2 samosas and was served promptly with no problem.

Really unfortunate to see this type of discrimination in this day and age, really hard to take.

One of the go-to place for samosa in Surrey. Let's say the samosa served here definitely deserve 4 or 5 stars. Overall the service is great and the samosa tasted really good, especially the classic. There are other flavors for someone wanting to try something different. The marsala has a good spicy kick to it and the butter chicken is pretty good too. If you like the thin crispy dough, this is the samosa for you. Ultimately, I like the traditional thicker dough samosa - hence this review is a bit bias towards that preference.

Such amazing samosas and friendly service! The staff was so understanding and patient as I navigated the menu for the first time. I like the size of the samosas, they're a bit smaller than traditional samosas but they're the PERFECT size so I can try a little bit of each of the flavours-and trust me, you'll want to try ALL the flavours! My favorite is the butter chicken samosas-the chicken is so tender 10/10 would recommend, for just yourself or try a bunch at your next family party! Definitely a must-try!

The business concept is interesting, but the samosas were just average.
The veggie and potato samosas weren't very flavourful. The BBQ chicken one was seasoned with a smokey flavour that is very reminiscent of traditional west coast smoked salmon. It was a disturbing flavour combo. I love smoked salmon, but the dry, chopped pieces of chicken in samosa pastry was the wrong way to experience the flavour.
The crust is OK, but could have been better.
The Tamarind chutney didn't have any classic Tamarind tang to it. It was slightly sweet, and completely bland.

I won't be back.

Worst customer service the girl on phone is ridiculous she cannot even add extra sauce with $25 order, comeon learn some etiquettes to talk, you guys need to work on customer service and theres a way to say no. So disrespectful people, i was like can u add the tiny mint extra sauce she was like no no no, comeon you are in a profession where the profits depend on service you provide, learn how to attend customers will never be back just because of her.

I personally like their spicy samosas. They have 8 different types of samosas but it'd be even better if they had a halal option. The vegetarian options were still pretty good for us.

Not worth the hype. Ordered 6 different samosas and they were not crispy and was given 1 small chutney. $12 for small samosas I would expect a bit more. Should have checked the order when I picked up. Golden Samosa Bakery is cheaper and more crispy even though they have limited flavours.

Have been here quite a few times bow. Great variety. I do wish they have those regular big samosas but otherwise top notch food. The place is really clean and service has always been great.

This Guys Having delicious samosas I tried Butter Chicken and Paneer one this ones are very famous I think so and most important think is that very impressive customer service @Komal@ she Is very Help full and she suggest us which samosa is better for us.

Samosas were good but I had different expectations, I was looking for MP/UP type samosa. Stuffing was good but not great.

Restaurant was nice and clean, staff was very nice.

They have some of the most versatile samosas but my favorite snack for order has to be the veggie pakoras. Most places have too much breading but these guys know just the right amount of batter and veggies that is required to make a perfect snack.

Absolutely amazingly delicious samosas! Driving home from White Rock to Coquitlam we decided to give this place a try based on reviews! So delicious, the wonderful women there were so friendly and kind to our kids, we had to endure the 30 minute drive home with the delicious smells! We ordered regular, spicy, butter chicken and paneer.all were incredible! The kids loved all of them (except the spicy, because they are kids lol)

We will definitely stop by again hopefully sooner than later!

Dont make samosas. It doesn't takes like, or look like or feel like smosas. Not the real Indian samosas. Staff is good. Place is nice and clean.

Samosas are always delicious but when i ordered only 2 samosa, the kind of face cashier made after my small order was mot delicious.

The samosas are delicious. No doubt about it. Customer service most days is great. The issues are even when doing a large order they are unwilling to accommodate allergies which I can understand but also don't at the same time. Also the pricing online is less than what you get charged in store which is disappointing.

This place hits it out of the park for both creativity and flavour. We love going here, especially when we have guests in from out of time. Our go-to's are their BBQ Chicken Samosa and their Butter Chicken Samosa. Just writing this review makes me want to go back again to eat another one. Definitely will be going back for years to come.

Staff could be more friendly when dealing with new customers, but the butter chicken samosa was amazing!

Spicy samosa is really nice. Has a proper samosa spice, not a pyramid samosa, triangle samosa. Eat samosa when warm, you wont enjoy once it gets cold. The prices are high compared to size and quantity of samosa. Could do better in service.

One of my favorite places to go to for samosas. They are a little pricey compared to other places you can get samosas. My favorite are the Sahi ones! If you pick up in the store the more you get the cheaper they are.

I have eaten couple of times at this place. They have increased their options in vegetable samosa. The filling inside the samosa are good but size of the samosa is very small. The reason for the 3 star is becoz excessive pricing. 2 bucks is way too much for a small samosa. Overall Taste and experience was very good.

Samosa House's samosas have become a staple for our get together parties. They are really good, less spicy and yummy for all guests. Wish they delivered for bigger orders.

Also another suggestion is please change the packaging of chutney as both of the containers leaked and made a big mess everywhere and on carpets. Because those stains dont go out quickly, please be considerate and use better, leak proof containers.

Sleek modern interior with friendly staff.

Situated in a newly built complex the Samosa House is the cheapest and highest possible quality spot to get samosas. There are some more expensive options which because of supply cost is understandable. Their is limited seating but it is not usually so busy as to need all of the seats. Parking is very limited in the complex and sometimes people park in the way of the sidewalk.

Rumour has it that the samosas are small but they are decently sized and again, well priced. Their vegetarian samosas feel lighter in a health mindset type of way. They aren’t as oily or fatty as other samosa places. The spice is quite mild in the ‘original’ samosas which is good if you are sensitive to spice. The flavour is fantastic and incredibly fresh tasting.

Overall definitely deserves the 5 stars.

They are not real Indian samosas. The shape, texture, taste everything is fusion. 2 stars for good preparation, clean kitchen, customer service. I tried spicy classic samosas. You can get cheaper samosas every corner in Surrey. Good luck TSH
