The Scratching Post Cat Hotel

I'd like to say my cats loved it here, but they think every place that is not home is the seventh circle of hell. But, they were well-cared for, fed, medicated, safe and warm, and that was what I cared about! Thanks so much!

We boarded our three cats for 17 days in a private room and we are incredibly happy with the amount of care and attention that Holli and the staff had given to our cats. The room was cozy and clean, with lots of toys and cat trees, and the webcam could be accessed at all times of the day! The entire facility is a 5-star hotel for cats, so if this is your first time, please consider boarding your cats with Holli because we will for sure be coming back!

Our cat stayed at The Scratching Post Cat Hotel for 13 days in October while we went on a family vacation. Holli clearly loves and understands cats and is very sensitive to their feline needs. We were so happy to be able to see the Instagram photos of what our little kitty was up to while we were away. It was great that she could be out and about, playing and interacting. We highly recommend the Scratching Post!

This was our first time boarding our fur baby and to be honest, we were a little nervous. But as soon as we met Holli we knew our kitty would be in good hands! Holli is kind, caring and very attentive to her fluffy guests’ needs. She provided lots of stimulating toys and activities and kept our little one feeling safe, secure and loved! The daily photo updates were a treat and we enjoyed seeing our kitty looking so relaxed and at home. We left our cat here with Holli for 8 days when we went to Mexico and it was worth it! We had great peace of mind knowing our cat was in good hands and not locked away in some kennel somewhere for a week. Holli takes great care of all these animals and would even go as far as to say it was probably a great experience for our cat as well as she hasn't socialized much since we got her. Would definitely recommend boarding your cat here, we'll definitely be doing it again next time we go away.

Willow is a reserved cat who doesn't like change and is slow to warm to people. Hollis' single room hotel experience was amazing, from the TV playing fish videos, air conditioning and the viewing windows, Willow had 5* treatment.

We are very happy to leave our two cats with Holli at The Scratching Post. We trusted our previous cat to Holli and now leave our two siblings with her. She runs a great operation and seeing the IG photos is an awesome touch.

I left my cat at the Scratching Post Cat Hotel for two weeks. I received periodic updates and my little fur baby was happy to socialize with the other kittens. Holli, the owner is such a nice person and very accommodating. The place is busy during summer time, so as soon as you have your vacation dates, book the place for the cat. Great place for cats, highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to board your cat while you are away. Holli clearly loves the cats in her care, and is very knowledgeable about cat behaviour. The cats are safe and well cared for. As a bonus, she posts photos on social media so that you can see what your pet is up to while you are away! I highly recommend The Scratching Post Cat Hotel.

My two scaredy cats had a wonderful time (a 2 month renovation stay) at the scratching post. I even got to visit them with my toddler and he had the BEST time petting and playing with all the sweet kitties. Holli knows her stuff, is so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend if you need a home away from home for your kitties!

I boarded my 3 cats around mid February to early March this year and we all loved the experience. My cats stayed in the private rooms and were very well taken care of. Holli and her staff made sure they were always happy. I was nervous at first since it was their first time boarding and being away from home, but I came home to 3 cats that became more social and less afraid of strangers! I will definitely be booking them again with this hotel in the near future!

Holli and her staff clearly love cats and take good care of them. There were a couple winding their way around her legs almost as soon as we arrived! My cat is an older scaredy cat who never wanted to come out and play. Holli spent a good while making friends with her and making sure she was as content as possible, even managing to give her her daily meds.

Some of Holli’s staff have special needs and Holli is really to be commended for employing them, even though -I’m sure - it put more work on her organizationally.
