The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. Elnaz, is the best nail technician I’ve ever had and she’s such a truly artist. She does things in her process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

I made an appointment to remove acrylic nails. Everything was going well in terms of customer service, when I got a quote they said it could be $20 or more (which is why I didn't have any problems). The reason I would give zero stars is because when the manicurist started removing my nails, it wasn't gentle at all, she hurt me and she also didn't ask me how I wanted the length or shape of my nails. Then when I got home, I could notice that one of my fingers had injuries and that apart from the nails, they were not uniform. When I went to pay, what was initially around $20, they raised the amount to $30 and the tip was around $6. So I ended up paying $39 (I did tip). I really regret going to this salon AND paying this amount.

This is the first time that I am leaving a negative review for a business. It was my first time in this salon, unfortunately one of my friends recommended the place and since my nail artist was not available I chose to go there. The staff were very friendly, and the salon was clean. But the nail artist (Crystal) was doing my nails was not confident and not gentle at all. Finally I was saved by another one (Susan). I did my nails 4 days ago, but I can not still use my fingers to type. Very painful
