The Source

James Trupp greeted me upon arrival and was of great help to me. I needed a screen protector for my phone. He assisted me with that, explained how he could save me money on my phone bill, all the while being friendly and efficient.

Sid (and the entire team really) at the Source in Fernie did EVERYTHING in their power to get my phone plan connected with all the advertised deals. Even the struggle with porting our numbers (my fault, wrong account number) they fixed with grace and a smile on their face. They never said not possible, they always said - we can figure this out! I'm a devoted customer now! THANKS TO ALL AT THE SOURCE FERNIE!

Surper helpful and knew about the products. Little slow to get a phone onto the mobile provider, but I'm always the hard way so I'm used to it

I just walked into this store and got scowled at by the only one working, no hello, terrible vibe! I was gonna spend 1400 dollars on a phone for my sons birthday but I left. I would have a staff meeting about your customer service

Do NOT go there expecting them to know even the MOST basic s*&^ about phones. The are completely inept.

Excellent service! I Needed a new screen protector, they found it for me, cleaned my phone and phone case! Installed the new screen protector onto my phone. They even stayed open abit after closing, to help all the customers get what they needed.:) thank you

I went into the source today and a young lady named Brooke helped me get a phone running for my daughter. She was so quick and efficient! It was fantastic. She even helped me find a cute phone case my daughter will adore! Super fast and great service!

Great experience at this facility! I had many questions about my device and employee Nesta Malcolm was nothing but helpful and enthusiastic. He is a 10/10 employee and should defo get a raise for his hard work.

While I appreciate the fact that after numerous attempts at phoning, they did answer finally and agree to put an item on hold for me. I was very disappointed to wLk into the store and stand around waiting for over 25 minutes while both staff dealt with cell phone contracts. Ive been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, and this is not right. The most successful businesses know what takes time and what doesn't. A good business would put a time limit on certain items. Insurance companies do, restaurants do, many types of business. Im glad they had what I wanted, but the wait time was unacceptable. Hopefully they see this and think about possibly getting more staff in, specific cell phone staff, and simply stop doing cell phone customers as of a certain time. In the time I waited I watched 6 other people wait around and eventually walk out, I wonder how much business they lost? Myself and the 2 others that waited around did not seem impressed either.

I would love to express how friendly and professional my experience was at this store with Elisha. She greeted me with a beautiful smile and made sure to help me until I was a happy shopper!

This place is hard to rate! I guess it depends what side of the bed the employees working got up on that morning
It's more on the I really hate but job but I guess I'll go in anyways kinda of environment.

I entered the source Fernie looking for a memory stick for my 6 year old cell phone. I was greeted with a smile by Elisha within seconds of entering the store. As I glanced over the newst options of cell phones, Elisha approached me, explaining what was available. I was apprehensive about upgrading as I was always scared my cost would increase. Not only was Elisha attentive, she was genuinely interested in my concerns all while exercising her knowledge of information respectfully. She saved me nearly 50$/month on a brand new IPhone; case, screen protector and charging block included. I highly recommend this store, this was the best upgrade Thank you Elisha

I have received the best customer service from this store. All staff is very knowledgeable and treat their customers like a family. We had some issue with our phone and plan. The store manager Dheeraj gave us the new iPhone 11 for really good price and renewed our plan with the best deal. I went in the Source, Fernie this morning with a request to help moving photo files from camera to computer. Hayley was most helpful demonstrating how and then successfully transferring the files. Although I did purchase an SD Memory card I felt no obligation to do so. Great local service genuinely appreciated. R

Had an experience, i would say the manager is what she was, because of co vid would come to the door and let one person in at a time.
There was two of us and needed to go in together.
She wouldn't let us in, finally the owner came to the door and let us both in, were were getting ready to drive to cranbrook so we could get phones,
Glad i waited, got my phone, people who helped us were great, we had two one was on training, they made a deal for my son which was amazing.
I know if we had to deal with the manager, i would have walked out with no sale.

Like to shop local and when buying my OLED TV the price was as good as anywhere and free shipping to the Fernie store staff great. Helpful and always willing to assist.
