The Source

I had a wonderful experience at the Source Castlegar. Josh was very supportive and professional in his job. He explained everything patiently and I really appreciated that.

I needed help with the transferring of my old phone to a newer one. Other cell phone service providers were charging an unrealistic cost. Walked into the Castlegar source. Such a big thank you to Josh who who completed the task at no charge! Also a thank you to Rob and Benjamin! Such amazing store courtesy and service. The Castlegar Source will always be my first stop from now on!

Benjamin was beyond a help. Not only did he give me the best financial advice on my new cell phone but he hooked my technology inept self up with all of my apps. I felt relieved and I have never had any other customer service representative go out of their way to facilitate my emotional state all the while with patience and kindness. Thank you so much Benjamin.

Went in looking for a USB-C, long story short I brought my computer in as I was very frustrated it was having issues and I had no idea where to go from there. The sales associate (Ben) was very thoughtful and listened to my concerns. He helped me navigate issues that could have been wrong with my computer, as well as made my day, as there was no other option than having my computer fixed as I am a busy student. Superb customer service, will definitely go back there again!

Irsh, the salesman at Castlegar, The Source Store, was very informitive, friendly and approachable. His knowledge of the products is amazing, he helped us to purchase a product for the TV (Roku), that made our life easier by his easy manner in educating us to what each product does to best suit our needs, He took his time and was very patient in helping us to upgrade our phone and plan. Mr. Irsh is a great asset to this store, well done.

Stunning place to shop. Last week I came to buy a printer and Sagar went out of his way to help me. I love how he solved my problem and he also showed me the way to get the discount through my Bell number. Ask for Sagar.

Amazing service. Bought a chromebook thinking it would do what I wanted but eventually figured out it didn't and it was past the return period but the manager was AMAZING and let me return it for credit towards a laptop that worked more for my needs (:
